    I have been living here at the Summit, formerly known as (Airport Gardens Apartments ), since October of 2016.Thanks to manager Tiara who always addressed concerns in a timely manner when brought to her attention, (issues in my apartment)Yesterday I contacted Tiara with a problem with my portal and my up coming rent, it was fixed.Thanks and may Jehovah continue to inspired you to manage and support residence here at the summit.I LOVE LIVING HERE AT THE SUMMIT, NOT PLANNING TO MOVE.

    Living here has been wonderful. It feels like a family on our property and the staff has been amazing. Always warm and welcoming every time!

    I’ve lived here for 2 years and we’ve never had a resident event until today.The pool party was amazing !!! Thank you Ms. Tierra. Now I do have to say that it took the new management company some time to get things together but I love the changes they have made. The new manager is all business and she doesn’t play. She follows the rules and holds everyone accountable. I LOVE IT. Things are definitely changing for the better.

    I have lived at this apartment complex since October 2005. I have experienced different owners and management teams. Overall, I have had nothing but the finest experiences with them all. Our current management and maintenance teams are excellent in their prompt approach in helping me with any problem I have. I especially want to give my applause to Stella Whittaker, our Asst. Manager, and to Carlos and Oscar, our maintenance team. They are just a phone call away from giving me the assistance I need. l feel safe and cared for here because most folks who move here (and want to obey the rules) stay for long periods of time. That gives it a sense of community. The grounds are also kept relatively nice and clean.I am sure I could find newer and shinier complexes to live in (paying a whole lot more $$) but I am comfortable and content here at Summit @7700.Even after experiencing few negative situations recently, my sentiments are still the same. Those problems were resolved to my satisfaction and life here at Summit@7700 is going smoothly!!

    This place is true gem! Ive had no serious issue since moving in and any work order is taken care of relatively quick when theyre in office. The staff is very friendly and courteous and will answer any question you ask. I feel very welcomed here with the neighbors as well. This is my first true moving in experience and I am glad I found this place to call home! Thank you so much! Also, Stella is wonderful!

    I have been living in this complex for about 8yrs.Every manger brings some of interest to this complex.Miss Stella. I have known her all my live living her she is always awesome with treating and helping residents.Also my new complex manager,Tiara has welcome her residents with care and support. and I know she will be a people person manager.Thanks to this Team.

    I just moved in today and they had a really big pool party for everyone. The pool party really showed that they care. Im glad I moved here. My other complex did have anything for us. I know living here will be great

    This was my elderly loved ones home for 16 years. At first we were a bit concerned because lets be honest, this isnt the best neighborhood but from the start, we were impressed by how the property was maintained and how nice the staff were and it felt more of a community of neighbors looking out for each other. After Hurricane Ike had knocked out power and before I could come to help, his neighbors were already sharing candles with him.The kindness and attentiveness of the staff continued throughout the years. Anytime there was a repair needed, they would come there right away. The kindness was even there after he was gone and I will forever be thankful to the staff for that.I should also mention that last summer, there was a major renovation done on the property where they replaced damaged siding and panels, and sealed up places where pests might use to come in. All the exterior has recently been repainted. The appliances and the interiors have been refreshed as well.Now remember, this isnt going to be a high-end luxury apartment. Its still on the older side, there might be pests to deal with if you leave food out, as is the case with most apartments, but for this neighborhood, this is a gem of an apartment.

    I been living at the Summit at 7700 about 5 years and I have been very satisfied. Stella (Asst. Manager) is awesome will resolve any issues that you have. The maintenance team is very good as well. Highly recommend.

    The Summit @7700 is a great apartment complex. I’ve been living here for a year and it’s really quiet and pet friendly. The maintenance is great also I had an air condition leak and he came same day to fix leak . 👍

    This has been the BEST EXPERIENCE moving in so far. I grew up in this area on gessner and west airport and this area has been renovated obvioisly and all these complexes it seems on this street.Summit apartments caught my eye when trying to leave my old apartments. It’s Definately so peaceful and well kept when you come in these complex and simple at it’s best. The inside of the unit I have is great and obviously maintained.I’m here to stay!!!!!! THANK YOU MS. STELLA for everything. You made the approval process and everything amazing!!!!- Rikki

    I had a problem when I paid the rent I notified the office of the problem and was told it was a credit I tried to pay the50.00 then but it kept refusing it I had someone helping me and we was still having trouble getting it to take the money out of the account that is why we sent the rent payment on without and went back for it to be taken out and it refused it and with all that now you rushing me thats not good you had made the mistake with the way the payment was put in

    Best community I lived in so far! I have seen horrible communities in Houston and this one is the best! I wished I moved here first after moving to Texas!!!!! Love it here!!!
