I’ve had an amazing experience living at Summerwood Apartments. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and great layouts and always clean and accessible.They’re professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the community.I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience!

I moved in a few months ago, and it has been such a nice experience. I got the smaller apartment, and it has so much space, more than I expected! They are wide, cute, and comfy. Management is always there for you and helps you out a lot when you have any kind of problems! If you have a problem, they will always be glad to help!

Summer wood apartments is a great place to live! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the property is well-kept. The apartments are spacious, and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

New management as of January 2020 is excellent. Even as I was moving out, Eric helped me. I was out of town for Thanksgiving and the new apartment needed to see if I had any late payments. My trip happened to come back on the 4th, the day after which you get a late fee. The new apartment called on the 3rd and Eric did not tell them I was late because he looked at all my previous payments and saw they were on time. Eric is a great guy. The previous management was also good. They fixed stuff quickly. The reason I moved out was to move closer to my office. One negative thing I will say is that its a bad neighborhood. I was there for a year and didnt have any problems except for a few weeks before I moved out, when there were 5 gunshots literally inside the parking lot right next to my apartment. Within 75 feet of my apartment.

Irene has the best hospitality I enjoyed The tour of the apartment that was showed to me. It was amazing. The energy was amazing and the people were amazing.

I am pleased to live in this complex. I am now in my sixth year and I am glad that there has been a general remodeling of the entire complex and above all what I really liked is that they put pavement again in the entrances

Went into the office today and Shahala was very nice And super helpful and truthful.. I think I will go ahead and put in an application because I got to see the actual apt I was leasing unlike so complexes who show you models that look nothing like Apts !! So this might be my new home I’ll keep y’all updated because so far the apt was nice spacious didn’t see any roaches droppings and the complex was quiet

I came to live here in Summerwood Apts on Aug 15, 2012 & I like being here. The area is clean & quiet. My neighbors are extremely nice & my apt has a nice set up & view. I feel Blessed being part of this community!!! Thank you Summerwood Apt Homes :-)

Been living here for 3yrs and love it. Mangers are really nice, the maintenance always stay on top of there job very professional. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
