Summerwind Apartments is an amazing place to live within a certain location within the Greenville area. People friendly, peaceful environment, with a great property manager as well who always make sure that her tenets have a great experience while here at Summerwind Apartments. As an incentive, you can receive a $300 on your rent after 60 days when you refer a new tenant to move in the apartment.

I had a tour with Leticia and walked the property. It was nice and clean, the office smelled amazing and I love the dog park. I am looking forward to making this my home.

We just moved in over the weekend and the process was super fast and easy! The apartment was clean and the ac cooling perfectly! The manager, Leticia, was very communicative and accessible to answer all of my questions throughout the application process.

Leticia at Summerwind apartments is amazing. She helped so much with me getting an apartment and I had a family emergency she got me in the same day I flew in to TX. Three days ahead of my scheduled move in date. Apartments are clean all the amenities are beautiful. Can’t wait to start my next chapter at Summerwind.

I moved into these apartments approximately a month ago. I did not want to move in apartments but they have made it an easier transition than I expected. Leticia is the office manager and she is a very sweet lady that is very attentive to everyone. It’s been a pleasure working with them

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have never had a bad experience here. The apartments are very nice. When the new management came in last year, they were very nice and helpful in helping me get switched over to the new tenant portal. When my AC decided to keep having problems, the maintenance team worked hard to get it fixed and also provided me with an AC unit to use until mine got fixed. They also were very efficient in getting a repair team in to fix my ceiling where they had to replace the line that runs from the AC unit to the thermostat. I love that this is a nice, quiet, safe place to call home.

Highly recommend. They apartments are nice. Rent is nice. The people are amazing. Every time I had a question I was helped no questions asked. I was helped every step of the way. This has been a wonderful experience trying to move in!

I just wanna share such an enjoyable experience when I viewed the property at Summerwind. I must brag a little on my experience with Ms Britney and Ms Lauren. I was very pleased with their help and making it so easy to feel very comfortable asking 1,000 questions! I felt like they really took the time to answer with genuine feedback to my questions and made me feel like I would be happy and safe on the property. They both were very pleasant to talk with and made me feel if I chose these apartments , I would be very happy with my choice! It was well worth the trip to Greenville . Keep up the good work Ladies!

My fiancé and I were looking for a place in Greenville, TX that would be cheap and cozy, while simultaneously not being an outrageous price, as is the case in and near neighboring cities. That being said, the pictures and reviews throughout the internet (at least at the point of writing this) do not do justice to the work and effort put in by Mrs. Dorris and her crew. Recent renovations and upgrades have made this place an amazing value! A few examples of this is the dog park and laundry room, that have both gotten a recent upgrade. Another example is the recent paint job everything (inside and outside) has recently gotten.The signing process has been smooth, despite the back-and-forth necessary. The units with the fireplaces are especially a real steal. In addition to this, they offer a ton of special discounts for those of us that work at L3Harris, or other qualifying places. Mrs. Dorris is always accessible with all questions being answered in a professional and polite manner. One thing that continues to impress me is how much attention she pays to the faces that come and go. Several times, I have seen her eyeball a stranger walking through the complex, in an effort to keep us and the property safe. She truly does keep track of and care about each one of her tenants.I mentioned it some previously, but the other reviews do not do this property justice. They are outdated, and from previous negligent management companies. The current company is renovating and re-doing everything! There is not a pest problem, flooding problem, or a problem collecting/receiving money. These are all outdated. If you are considering signing a lease here, please keep this in mind and tour the place before reading other reviews!This complex is great value for the money, with a ton of nice friendly faces that have been there for several years. Great community, amenities, and even better people! Would totally recommend this place, as long as you do not mind having neighbors!

Happy New Year to all friends and family!Just want to take a moment to thank God for another day a new year. We all know we have to pray for our world and people. But today I have to pray for our Apartment Manager, she is such a sweet Lady, she works really hard trying to make our home environment safe and clean. There also under new management and my family was here since last management for me to say, we have been here for a few years and there were some issues before that I can see they new nothing about and they try hard to fix somethings but out of their control 🙃 but she has been trying to fix things around the building continuously and I Acknowledge her hard work. We all knowTheres still work that needs to be done, I also would like to say I love our neighborhood it is very quiet and the people are friendly we need to be thankful for today. Ive lived here 3 years and enjoy the peace and quiet. Manager is friendly and thrives hard to make sure her residents are safe. Maintenance work hard in making sure everything is in good working condition and the grounds are kept really neat.
