    I have had a great experience living at Summers Landing. The front office staff, Gracie and Lissandra, are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help residents. They make the leasing process smooth and are always available to answer any questions.The maintenance team, Carlos and Miguel, is also fantastic. They respond to requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything is taken care of in a timely manner.     Carlos Lopez always arrives ready prepared for work. He solves any maintenance issues. I’m a current resident and over the last year or so, I have never had a problem getting great service from the team here. Carlos knows what he’s talking about and always does a great job.

    Hello everyone, I have lived at Summers Landing apartments for exactly one year now and I stayed in luxury apartments before but these apartments are clean. It’s quiet you can’t hear through the wall. There are no roaches no bugs when you call maintenance for something it’s addressed before or within 24 hours the garbage is always picked up. This is what you call a luxury apartment. I love it love it love it here and I’m not going anywhere anytime soon. And management is awesome to say the least thank you guys

    Been a resident for over 1.5 years at Summers Landing. Recently transferred into one of the lofted units and greatly appreciate the help Lissandra provided throughout the process. She helped get all the paperwork done swiftly and made the transfer a breeze. 5 stars to her !The apartments have great layout in terms of privacy from neighbors. Maintenance team is always very swift to resolve any issues, almost always the same day. Thanks to Carloz and Miguel.There are some issues specific to apartments being older like poor HVAC units(be prepared for higher than usual electric bills), no fence/gates and no GYM. However overall Summers Landing Apartments provide an overall good and peaceful living experience especially for the location and price.

He shows up quickly when you register a problem on the app, fixes things fast, and leaves the work area clean. Carlos is a cool guy, friendly, and courteous.     Gracie Castillo is the on-site manager for this property and she is very helpful. I was having issues with making rent payments due to some technical problems and she was always available to answer my questions and she worked constantly with regional manager to resolve the issue ASAP. Highly recommended place to live and staff is amazing as well.

    I have been a resident here for 9 years and I have had some minor ups and downs but overall it has been a joy living here. Thanks to the current staff in the office they such a pleasure to interact with. Lissandra and Gracie are always being very helpful to me. Being that I’m mature in age, they show me much patience when going that little extra mile to assist me with the things I’m not really sure of and not understanding. They’re like having two granddaughters that’s making me feel like it’s going to be okay. And I hear my coworkers always complaining about how long it takes when they put a work order in or they just never come. That’s not true here the maintenance men Carlos and Miguel are very helpful ,prompt and they do their job with kindness and respect. The team here makes it a joy staying here at Summer’s Landing

    Searching for an apartment that fits your price range and preferred location is not easy. Once I visited Summers Landing,I was hoping this was the one I was looking for. I scheduled a visit and was happy I did. I was greeted by Karin,who did a wonderful job of finding choices for me. I do not like on line applications,who does? But being able to get some help from Karin,I made it through the process. Communication was never a problem,whether by phone or text or e mail. My move in process went smoothly with the help of Gracie,she did a great job with the final details. Thank you Ladies for all your help. And I want to give a shout out to Carlos who works Maintenance at Summers Landing. Very friendly and helpful answering questions that I had. Overall,I am very happy to call Summers Landing my new home!

    Lissandra Has been an amazing addition as a leasing agent here at Summers Landing. I’m a current resident looking to downgrade from my two bedroom to a one bedroom due to my son moving out. This has been hard for me becoming an “empty nester” and Lissandra has been there for me along the way helping answer all my last minute questions and decisions. I really couldn’t have done it without her! She has made this a smooth transition for me ❤️

    I’ve lived her almost 6 years. The property has changed management several times since then but I enjoy the community here. My favorite aspect about the property is the maintenance team. Mr. Carlos is the absolute best. He always responds in a timely manner to all maintenance requests and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is fixed correctly. Thank you Summers Landing and Me. Carlos for all that you do. The community events are a plus also.

    After living here for a few months I have realized how blessed I am to have Gracie as a property manager. I am easily able to communicate with staff and all maintenance is resolved quickly. The landscape and everything is kept clean and presentable. However what triggered me writing a review was how quickly and proactively management responded to criminal activity in the complex. They even posted safety packets on every single door and kept us updated with investigations through the police department. I have never lived anywhere that would have responded like that and I was just blown away by Gracie’s management and the community that I live in. It is an overall peaceful and friendly community. Thank you to the staff at summers landing!

    Listen carlos the maintenance guy is the absolute best my unit went out and it was very hot in my apartment and even though it was after hours he came in 10 mins to fix my air and did a great job honestly he is the best maintenance man ive ever dealt with he really cares about the ppl who lives here i wish i could take carlos with me but overall I loved these apartments Ive lived over here for 5 years and honestly every apartments have their ups and downs and true enough they need some fixing and they are honestly working on that making these apartments better and around the community so I really commend them for that. But yall really need to do something special for Carlos because he deserves it.

    Ive lived here since 2011. Its clean, quiet, and safe. The maintenance staff is wonderful and always respond in a timely manner. Carlos our maintenance Lea does a fantastic job. He is quick and efficient and if any repair he does creates a mess he always cleans up after himself.

    I’ve lived at Summers Landing for 20 years. Jackie, the manager did an awesome job of helping me get transferred to a downstairs apartment in my favorite area of the complex. I had several minor things that needed repairs when I moved in. Carlos has been quick to respond to all my maintenance requests. He always comes the same day I submit the request & has done an awesome job of doing the minor repairs. And he was willing to walk through my mazes of boxes to get to everything since I haven’t unpacked yet. Thank you Jackie & Carlos for helping me get into my dream apartment. And thank you Miguel for getting my apartment ready for move in. I love my new apartment.

    I was a resident here for 3 years about 7 years ago. Still my favorite place to live to this day. The floor plans are huge, the apartments and grounds are nice and you have more privacy as far as how the rooms are positioned to your neighbors. I forgot to mention that the location is perfect!

    I just had to come on here and say I have had the best professionalism staff handle my leasing experience. I am set to move into my new unit (super excited) and Christina Lee happen to be leasing agent. She was very Attentive and responsive With emails and phones calls answering all of my questions about the facility as well as neighboring areas. She was smiling and seems to enjoy what she does. Honestly if it wasn’t for her in would not have gotten the unit even if the unit was something I really liked. But when you have people in the office that makes u feel welcoming and is professional it’s makes VERY BIG DIFFERENCE IN SALES. Again thank you Christina Lee.By the way the units are pretty nice and cozy and very affordable.

    Really great so far! They are so nice and welcoming. When I let them know something was wrong maintenance was there the next day. Super quiet during night and day. Plenty of light around the complex, like seriously this place is lit like a stadium. They even called to check on how I was doing in my new apartment and if I needed anything. This is my first apartment and its the perfect choice.

    I like living here. This is the first apartment I have rented.Its been more than a year since I started living in here and its calm and pretty safe place to stay.The management, especially Teair Sanders is/are always available to help out with any queries or management stuff you want to get done.They are very polite and friendly.The maintenance team(Carlos and Miguel) are pretty good too , they respond within a day and get most of the things fixed asap.

    Update: 10/21/20Carlos in maintenance moves fast. I submitted a maintenance request on last night and he responded immediately saying he would be here in the morning and he did just that!I absolutely love my new apartment. Initially, I was nervous about being on the 1st floor and my bedroom window facing the parking lot. I feel much better now as my neighbor upstairs is quiet and no one drives through the parking lot with loud music. I havent seen anyone hanging out either. Its very quiet during the day and night, even on the weekends which says a lot about the tenants. I had minor maintenance issues that would not have been known to management prior. These were things that a tenant would observe. Jackie and Teaire have been very patient with me and very understanding, even when my was attitude was poor. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to call home. Hearing the air planes are a plus. I have a yard which makes this feel more like a home instead of an apartment and I LOVE my kitchen! I can tell management tries really hard to keep the grounds clean. Im not far from a dumpster and Ive yet to see trash laying around, even on the weekends. Hearing the airplanes are a plus! I am very grateful to call this place home!

    My experience touring the complex went very well. Gracie was very pleasant, honest, and very knowledgeable for me to ask questions to. The application process was simple and easy to reach for assistance. I will be living here soon because of this impression and I know that I’m in good hands with their management team!     I absolutely love this apartment. They office staff is nice and accommodating. Unfortunately I have to move I lost my job. I know the staff would have worked with me but between job loss and sick family that needs me I have to go. I found peace here in the short time I was here. I looked forward to coming home everyday. If your looking for something cute and inexpensive this is your place. The apartments are so updated, that decorating was very easy. Not only that they are centrally located easy access to Dallas, midcities, and Arlington. This is a definite Gem. You wont find anything in such a nice area for this price. This was my first apartment and let me say they definitely set the standards high.Tiffany B.

    Awsome apt complex.i have been here over 2 years after moving from out of state for a transfer at my company. Sherry the manager is really nice and always helpful. Seth is the best office guy you will ever deal with, they all are the best apartment office staff you can find, nice, honest friendly and helpful, there is no bs here. The maintenance staff is the best and fast service always Glen and Carlos work really hard and stay late to complete jobs and make sure everything is right. Everyone that works here truly cares about customer service! pool is always sparkling clean. really nice apts with stainless steel appliances, big patio with storage area and free covered parking. great central air, ice cold and my electric is only $43/mo. average year round. i have never had any bug or pest issues here, its very clean and no noise from neighbors here, only downside is who the new tenants are, really odd cooking smells. i was told they cook goat in fish paste here on the stove! its stinks and permeated my apt

    Great place to live. Friendly neighbors, no theft issues. My office staff is the bomb.com. They understand the time in which we’re living in today. My manager Teair Sanders is always there with her quick response when I put in a request. She assisted me with a payment arrangement for my rent. Teair your support and understanding are much appreciated. Thank you for all that you do. I’m glad to be apart of such an amazing community.

    Our whole family including my baby boy stayed in this complex for a year and I was so happy that I chose them.Diffrent from many other apartment managements, they really care for your living conditions.Especially 2 senior mangers are really kind people. (Ms.Jacintha even helped us with dealing some situation after we moved out)And the head of maintenance (Carlos) is a really hard working man. They didnt do any sloppy jobs and they were always there when we needed help.We were sad that we had to move out due to our personal situation but I would like to highly recommend this apartment complex if you are considering to move in.(I was never paid for the review!)

    Over all experience to apply online easy and staff was pleasant. Only disappointment is at move in water leak in kitchen pipes, electric outlet plug connecting garbage disposal and power switch not working. So I have to submit a work order first week of move in.

    Love living here, is calm, safe and quiet. BH management are usually kind and helpful and the pool area is pretty, parking is also convenient. The downs are they are always fixing stuff so is normal to wake up to construction noises, but its understandable as everything remains well cared for. The maintenance people come inside the apartment a lot, to fix different things that were not requested, which is a little annoying. different from that is a very confortable place to live, 2 blocks from the TRE station, plenty of restaurants around and a safe area. also need to notice there is not a fitness or business center in the premises.
