    Alan! Is the real star of this place from application to conversations!My partner and i are currently shopping for our new place and from the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed by him and his trainee with bright smiles on their faces. (Which we absolutely loved) He was knowledgeable, welcoming , answered our EVERY question and cracked some jokes here and there ! We absolutely loved him ! So very helpful he is bilingual! I would recommend SummerCrest to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place. Not to mention the staff is AMAZING.

    Excited to move to this complex, location is great! I was assisted through my application process by the assistant manager Benny, she was so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process and provided service with a smile. Will recommend to friends and family.

    Summercrest apartments is a decent place to reestablish your rental history with. Beny, the assistant manager was very accommodating, knowledgeable and very resourceful in getting me squared away with my leasing options. The location of the complex is convenient to 290 and Hempstead highway and there are several floor plans to choose from. The neighbors are humble blue collared families.

    Prices for leasing an apartment are decent. Property seems well kept. Linda was a great help, this is definitely on my top 3 to lease. Will consider!
