My name is Sandie Ramones.I have lived here at Summer Creek approx .8 years .When my husband and I first came Managment was The Best .Then it kept switching hands .I hated it .But now we have LenoreShe is Awesome down to earth . Building 10 loves her .She listens and follows through.We are so grateful .We hope she does not leave us .May God Bless Her Always .She is Truly A Blessing .Just be upfront about any issues and she will work with you .

Ive lived here a long time. The owner and management are awesome! The ladies in the office are very nice. Whenever I need something, it gets taken care of asap. Update: New owners took over 3 years ago. The new managers are awesome. Lenora is so sweet and helpful. Shes very understanding and makes sure any issues get resolved as soon as possible. Maintenance is great. David and Tom are very efficient at taking care of work orders promptly.

I absolutely love summer creek. My husband and I have a 15 year old daughter and its a safe, clean environment to raise a child. And a great location next to restaurants and stores and a fantastic high school next door. The apartments are beautiful we have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with brand new flooring and a great open floor plan. When we moved it had fresh paint, new appliances, tiled showers, plenty of storage in and outside on our patio. But what really won us over was the staff the owners of the building are the most attentive, hard working, sweetest people. They made us feel welcomed and at home as soon as we walked in. They did everything they could to make sure as were comfortable and satisfied in our apartment and made moving day a breeze. Anytime we needed them they were there and any maintenance issues whether with the apartment or the community it self are fixed right away. I truly love this community the neighbors are nice, the staff is caring, and the community is clean, gated and safe. I dont have to worry about anything when Im here. If your looking for a to live to raise kids or to just live this is the place to be. Just visit the leasing office and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

My daughter and I have lived here for almost 3 years. The staff treat you like family. They are very kind and respectful. They do whatever they can to accommodate your needs. I have seen great improvements within the apartment renovations. Since I have been here they have put in new pool and gym equipment, made changes by making the landscaping surroundings esthetically pleasing, and enclosing the complex with a gated community. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. I would recommend living here. Anyone who has had any bad experiences living here is due to their own irresponsibilities or lack of appreciation. The owners are very easy to get along with. There are rules and regulations to follow at every housing residency. I appreciate all that I have experienced here and look forward to many more years.

I am a current resident and I love it here! Ladies in the front are the best Ive ever dealt with from all the apartments Ive stayed in...they are very attentive and maintenance tends to work orders very quickly. Very nice people to run apartments complex. I applaud the staff! Great job!

I have been living in this apartment for almost 3 years already! This place is managed by the owners who take good care of the property! Appliances are brand new, AC units are new! Maintenance are very efficient, and they fix things fast! Swimming pool is well maintain! I love my cozy apartment! I feel blessed to live here, because I used to lived in other complex were they never took care of anything! Here you have the opportunity to see the owners everyday, because the are working the extra mile to have the property spotless! I must mention that they change air filters every 3 to 4 months (if you have allergies this is very important), other places if you want to replace it you have to pay extra for it! If you go to the administration office the girls in charge are very nice, polite, and always ready to help. My son loves to go to the office, because they always have fresh cookies for tenants! Few issues I have had with noisy neighbors they took care of that right away! In addition, apartments are closed to HEB, Walmart, Phill Hardberger Park, and many other places in a very short walk distance! Gated community with plenty of parking spaces!

I have been here since November and I absolutely love it here! I havent had any issues, no bugs at all, my water never turned off for me. I feel very safe here, really peaceful. This is also mine and my husbands first apartment so its amazing to not have any problems. I love the new management, they tend to anything you may need very quickly.

I am conflicted about giving this place 3 or 4 stars. I been living here for a couple of months now. There are many pros and a few cons. Some of the pros are the location! You are near many great shops, restaurants, and bars. I love the location. The ladies that work in the office are super nice too. Every time I need something they have been very polite and I feel like they worked with me. I also love my apartment. I have seen some awful apartments and I am very happy with the maintenance of the apartment and also the appliances seem to be fairly new. The neighbors seem to be very polite. When I was moving in a few offered their help and others introduced themselves. The pricing for these apartments seem to be the most affordable for the area. Other apartment complex charge about $200 more for an even smaller apartment than the ones Summer Creek offers.Some of the cons is how the apartment complex looks from the outside. Although inside the apartments are nice, the outside does not look as great in comparison to the other complexes in the location. Summer creek needs a huge upgrade outside. Also the parking is horrible and now with the construction is even worse.If you are a single person or a couple, I recommend this place especially if you are just starting off in San Antonio like I am.

We moved in to a recently refurbished 2 bed/bath right next to a pool that is well maintained, and tennis courts that my wife and I use on a regular basis and have loved it thus far. The best part about Summercreek is the staff. Maintenance is always on the ball about getting any little thing taken care of for us. The office staff are always friendly and spoil my kids with cookies on a daily basis. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice clean apartment for a family.

Summercreek was a great place to live at! Management was always great, whenever we had an issue it was always quickly resolved, no complaints here! Only reason my wife and I had to leave is because we were looking for a 3 bedroom apt and there weren’t any :\Otherwise we would have stayed! Our apartment was so freaking cozy and you felt right at home. This place was always great and even after we left they’re still very helpful! Shoutout to Ana who always looked out for us!! You’re awesome!! 😊👍🏼

Was the first person to move in under the new management a few years back. Has been my best apartment experience to date. Any issue I’ve had(which hasn’t been many at all) has been resolved promptly. Neighbors are super quiet and they just expanded the parking space a few months back. Definitely moving back when I come back to town.

My family has lived in these apartments for over three years. Since we have lived here there have been major changes and upgrades. Improvements are constantly being made. Any issues are promptly fixed. The maintenance, management, office staff and owners are all very kind, polite and friendly. The complex is very secure and has many amenities including a fitness room and swimming pool. We love it here!

Been here a month now the management has been really great. There were a few minor issue in my unit but things were taken care of within a reasonable amount if time. I like the location of the complex, everything is close by. The rent is very reasonable for the size of the units. The new owners are working day and night to renovate the complex, I have no doubt they will make this property as nice as the other property they own. This is not a corporate owned complex with a big turn over of staff, it is a real family owned and operated business. I am very satisfied with my decision to rent this apartment, I am comfortable calling it home.

Management is taking great measures to make this place amazing. My kids and I love the pools and their dad loves to grill using the new grill next to the pool. The new gates are great because it has helped keep out people who dont live here. Management is also very friendly and quick to help.

My wife and I moved in here about a year ago. We moved into a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances and everything has been just great so far. Our neighbors are generally quiet and the surrounding neighborhoods are not bad. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, Alon market HEB is just around the corner and probably the best HEB in town. Crime is almost non-existent at this complex probably thanks to the new fence and gate put up around the entire complex. All in all a great place, we will be renewing our lease for sure.

Best management ever and have lived at both summercreek and the Winston apartments for about 8 years combined. I had to move last year but planning on moving back. If you want to be treated right and have issues get fixed on a timely manner. Then those two places are the best. Love Mike and Lamya. Great people.- Carrie Simons

The new owners are amazing and really polite, is a really cool place to live bacause everything that you need is really close like you can walk to every store because is so close... I really love to live in here is a really safely place yo live! If you looking for a place to live and you wanna call it home summer creek is the perfect place!

Loved this place. We lived there for a year. We would have stayed but were needing a bigger place. The staff is very kind. One of the best things about it is that it is owned by a husband and wife, not a big corporation, therefore, they really care about the property and try to make it as nice as possible.

Excellent place to live, I recommend it. We have had a great experience from day one. The only bad thing is the cockroaches, but everything else is very good. From the office staff to the maintenance people, they are nice people and very easy to get along with. You break something and they immediately come to fix it. We have been there for a year and of course we are going to continue here, God willing. Blessings to all.

I love this apartment complex. I have lived here for 2 years. The apartments are very comfortable and the spaces are well distributed. The administration staff is very nice, everyone especially Lorena. The maintenance staff always resolves problems as quickly as possible. The gardens and common spaces are clean and well maintained. The pool is always clean, even in winter time. Schools are within a few miles of these apartments. Its a good location. It is a very nice place to live as a family. I recommend it 100%.

In the last 1 or 2 months everything has improved! Many things were horrible, and there were some people in the office who were unbearable, the new people in the office are very nice, everything is better, except that the pool is never open and the laundry room is very dirty.

Good place to live, maintenance although there are few but they solve the pending things and needs of the apartments, excellent attention from the owners Lamia and Mike and the office staff, very good people, I would recommend this place to live, good schools and everything is very central, it is a very good area, I would say excellent to my taste and that of my family.
