Just moved in and Im loving my stay here. The complex is clean, quiet and feels very safe. Kevin, Jill and staffs are absolutely amazing and take care of any issue that arises immediately. Been to other apartments, and I would say Stoneleigh on Major is a great one.Looking forward to my longer stay here.

I have lived here for just over 2 years and enjoyed every minute. The complex is clean, quiet and felt very safe for me and my 6-year old. Kim, Kevin and the staff have been nothing but friendly and professional to me and my daughter and our two cats. John and the maintenance guys have been prompt and friendly when/if needed. I’m moving towns, otherwise I would have no reason to leave. I highly recommend living here.I wish I could’ve added pics, but I didn’t think of taking any! Stoneleigh is one of the nicer, cleaner apts you’re going to find in the area.

I have lived at Stoneleigh on Major for 4 years now. I absolutely love everything about this property! I have never had any issues with maintenance and I absolutely adore everyone in the office. I lived here for 4 years, never had any problems. Its important to mention that it was not perfect, I was lucky to be in the building that had no issues(17). Kevin had great customer service, but the manager was rude EVERY time I talked to her. The dog park is decent sized but always dirty, and during the hot months the smell is pungent, it is nearly impossible to walk close to it. This is mostly the residents fault since they dont pick up after their own dogs, but management could probably do better. They did break into unlocked cars a lot, they even stole a couple of firearms from said cars. Aside from that, maintenance was great, theyll fix everything within 24 hours of submitting the request.

Loved my one year of living here. The property felt very comfortable and enjoyed the access to all of the amenities. Never any issues with maintenance and always felt like the upkeep of the property was great. Would recommend to anybody looking for a conveniently located and safe complex in Beaumont. People who worked in the office were always very nice and had good communication with residents.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Stoneleigh on Major. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Stoneleigh for the remainder of my years in Beaumont Texas, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing.

Ive been very pleased with the value Stoneleigh has to offer. The staff keep residents well-informed of any occurrences on the property, and have always been prompt to address any questions or concerns. Maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner, and the grounds are kept up well. They work hard to ensure that this truly does feel like home for the residents here. The location is quiet and convenient, with everything I need a very short drive away, but not so close that Im right in the middle of all the businesses/traffic around the mall and Dowlen road. Very glad I chose Stoneleigh.

Stoneleigh on Major is a gem in Beaumont! First impressions last and stepping into the common area gave you a feel of how the whole complex would look like, very pleasant space and seeing my apartment for the first time, I immediately felt right at home. Kim ang Kevin were the first ones I’ve ever interacted at Stoneleigh, very professional and very helpful staff — even over the phone the first time I inquired about Stoneleigh, they were very patient with explaining everything to me. Coming to a new place, being greeted with kindness makes a lot of difference. I am very thankful I chose Stoneleigh, it’s safe, homey, and accessible to everything — like 5-10mins away!

Ive lived here for over 2 years and its been a fine place to live. The buildings are about 15 years old so a few things have broken during my time here, but the staff has always been quick to fix them. Kim in the office and John in maintenance have always been pleasant and professional. Like another reviewer said, I recommend being careful to lock your doors because I found my cars glove box emptied on a couple occasions when I forgot to lock it.

A friend just moved in. I was over visiting. I found the complex very complex to drive around. However their us plenty of parking. The stairs are straight up which means easing to move. The apartments are well laid out. Very clean and in good shape.

Kevin was amazing! She helped me throughout the whole process and move in was smooth as can be! I was worried as it was my first apartment out of state and I would be moving 16 hours away from home, but it was great. Although my stay at Stoneleigh was brief, I would’ve easily rented here again. The apartments are nice and spacious and the outside just got an update. Overall great place to stay with such a friendly staff and great amenities.

I enjoyed my time at Stoneleigh. My apartment was spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The apartments were located very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping which made living there convenient. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. I looked at many of the apartment complexes in Beaumont before moving to Stoneleigh and after living there for a year Im confident I made the right choice.

I moved here December 2020 and so thankful I chose Stoneleigh. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to emails and calls. The maintenance staff are very quick and efficient as well. It’s a great place to live where you don’t get a crime notice every day like some apartments in Beaumont. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everybody keeps the surroundings clean. I would recommend Stoneleigh to anybody.

Had a wonderful tour experience. My tour guide Ms. Kevin was absolutely fantastic. She patiently showed me all the models i wanted to see and was very knowledgeable. She also spent time with me trying to find the best quote I could get for the type of apartment i wanted. Just amazing! The models also looked very nice. The grounds was kempt and the environment seemed peaceful. I also want to note that I am a younger person and i was treated the same way you would treat an older renter. Never felt pushed to the side at any point in the tour. 10 outta 10, Give this place a try.

This past year has been a good experience. When I first moved here it was after hurricane Harvey had hit. I inquired about availability but it was very tight due to the circumstances. The entire front office aided me in transitioning during this time to include Niki who was friendly and extremely helpful. I was unable to actually view a unit prior to move in but the apartment was an emergency as is move in. The unit was acceptable and any required maintenance was completed within 72hrs. Throughout the year the staff has been courteous and professional. As for the rental rates to me they are acceptable considering the location and the grounds are well manicured and clean. I’m totally satisfied with my stay and have no complaints.

Maintenance and front office go above and beyond for tenants! Recently a friends washer flooded his apartment. All floors were soaked. He used all of his towels plus some shirts to soak up the water. Called maintenance. They were there within 30 minutes. He left for work and when he came home the floors were spotless and everything was cleaned up. Maintenance went as far as washing and drying the laundry he used to clean the floors! Talk about exceptional! Thank you Stoneleigh Apartments!

Stopped by a couple of weeks ago to inquire about an apartment. The lady who showed us around was named Niki. She was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to look over the apartment without feeling hovered over. She answered all our questions with a smile on her face. I found the apartments to be extremely nice and I loved the amenities.

Great place to live. They made the moving transition seamless and easy. The property is always kept clean and grass is always cut on time. I had a shower head that was not working properly and they fixed it next day. The ladies in the office are always friendly. Highly recommend!!

I have lived here for 3+yrs and am very happy and pleased . I have never had any problems with management. They have been very prompt taking care of any repairs I have needed. I also have never had any attitude from anyone here. Some people just like to complain...maybe if they would be a little nicer their issues would be taken care of. I would definitely recommend living here.....it is a great place.
