    Super front office staff. Great maintenance staff. Like living in a resort. So glad we moved here.Stoneledge had another GREAT Pool Party. The DJ was rocking, the drinks (water, sodas, adult beverages, etc.) snacks and Pizza were delicious & awesome. Kids, teens, parents & grandparents, swam, ate, drank, played water games and enjoyed a fantastic summer day/eve.As always, our staff and facility rose to the occasion.

    We visited StoneLedge as a tour to relocate to this area from New York City. Big change for us and Rachel, the leasing consultant, met us with a very welcoming Texas greeting. She was genuine, authentic and made us feel comfortable.During our visit to the area we toured eight similar apartment complexes and in terms of construction StoneLedge is much better than average with super nice kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. The grounds layout was also better than most because many of the apartment here have a balcony that does not face parking area. The only thing one would consider before moving here are the school grades. They not bad but in North Dallas many neighborhoods are a 10 out of 10.In our move this spring (2018), we definitely plan to come back and see what is available. Thank you for your hospitality during our visit.

    Were coming up on 1 year here and we love it so much we just renewed!! I am so grateful my boyfriend took a chance and had us randomly tour this place - best apartment & community I have lived in. Jennifer/Darcy are always so helpful - we have a small, but mighty team here; they may be busy but try reaching them via email if a phone call doesnt get you through. The size of this community is stellar - not too big. Amenities: pool, biz center, and gym are great!! Ever since we moved in, people have been so friendly - highly recommend this place to ALL!!

    Beautiful community with nice amenities, very clean, nice landscape with lost of trees, enough parking place for every one, management team are so professional and respectful, they take care any type issue very quickly.The manager is very professional and kind.Matinees guys are very respectful, they respond to your matinees request in short matter of time. The Keep the community very clean and beautiful.Its just great place to live and call it home.

    I’m changing my review to 5 stars because my family and I actually love this place! We had a small problem with a few big cockroaches, but pest control seems to have mostly taken care of the issue. I’m so glad they took care of it quickly and effectively and that I can now walk around my apartment in peace. The amenities are nice and pretty, the grounds are well taken care of, and our neighbors and management are friendly and respectful. We are blessed to be at Stoneledge!

    My stay at Stoneledge was excellent, they are extremely attentive of the details. Lauren is always quick to respond and addresses any concerns with great care. Maintenance staff attend to any reports very quickly, rarely has it not been addressed the same day or next day. The grounds are always clean, and the gym is well maintained. The people that live here are also nicer than most! I would definitely recommend this apartment.

    Great experience living here at Stoneledge!It’s been such a nice experience for me personally. I know that I can always approach Lauren and Darcy with my questions or concerns and they will be answered or dealt with in a timely manner. They’ve been great since I moved in!The maintenance staff has always taken care of my requests and I’m grateful for that. The grounds are well kept by the lawn service and the groundskeeper. It’s a big complex and if everyone does their part, it always makes it more pleasant.This is a wonderful area to live in because it’s close to small town entertainment, and also main highways, and the DFW airport. Easy access to everywhere I mentioned.We have a lovely property, the neighbors are pleasant, and I always look forward to spending time at the pool!

    Great Apartment to live in, always well kept and you can see people who manages this apartment working almost every week to improve it. all neighbor are respectful and friendly.

    Nice gated community. Only lived here for 1 year in a 1-br apt.Pros:(1) Amenities and hallways are kept clean.(2) Maintenance team are quick to respond.(3) Buildings are resistant to weather.(4) Bug incidents once per yearly quarter.(5) Returned my security deposit without issue when I left.Cons:(1) Cheap paint on walls and doors. Very easy to rub off or absorb moisture. Be careful if you lean anything on it.(2) No manual lock for detached garages.(3) A few too many lights in the kitchen area.(4) Bedroom is more susceptible to neighborly noise like stomping or the snap of light switches.2023 Tenant Tip: If you have a weakness to slamming doors or foot stomping, stay away from units adjacent to 6201 at least until Sep. 2023. If you are a stickler for safety/rules such as not cooking on your balcony, stay away from 5117.

    Moved in about a month ago. Lauren was great in the front office. The complex is fairly nice and pretty well maintained. Deducted a star because the apartment required a good amount of cleaning upon move-in that should have been cleaning prior to my move-in. Overall it appears to be a good place to live with nice amenities and great location.

    I had to rent an apartment in Grapevine virtually, without ever seeing the place in-person and Im so glad I chose StoneLedge. First, the staff was friendly and worked with me by giving me video tours and working with answering all questions upon move-in. Darcy in the front office was really the reason I chose this place, she is just so helpful and sweet. The apartments are comfortable and the valet trash is really nice. Free pest control services and maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently. Close enough to Main Street where if you really have too much wine its walkable to get back. Im really happy with my choice of apartment and location.

    Love living here. The apartments are beautiful and the property is so clean. Maintenance does a great job responding to work orders, quickly, and taking care of the property in general. The leasing staff is awesome; Savannah and Rachel have always been friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a bit more parking near my building. Overall, living here has just been fantastic.

    We have been tenants at this apartment complex for about 10 months. The apartment complex is well kept and maintained. We have had minor maintenance problems and have been assisted fairly quickly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Here are some of the pros & cons in my opinion / from my experience.PROSStaff is very kind and attentiveComplex is well maintainedBeautiful and well maintained pool & pool areaGym is clean and always cool (A/C)Location - This is a great location near so much!Main St., shopping, the lake, the airport, near DFW & Fort worthCONSParking - I really wish a parking space was automatically issued to their residents and especially a car port. Spaces are not assigned and are at 1st come first serve basis. We waited approximately 4 months to gain a cover carport and the price for a garage was a bit extreme so we did not get one.Sewage Smell - The area where the apartment complex is located very often smells like rotting sewage.... and it seems to be coming from the corner of Northwest Highway & Boyd Drive. It is very strong at times, especially during the hot season. Not sure if there is anything that can be done but it is very unpleasant and inconvenient.Overflowing Trash Bins - Even though we have trash pick up service, many times on my way to the dog park I notice that the large trash bins are overflowing and the smell of trash is very strong.Dog poop - It seems that a lot of folks in the complex do not pick up after their pets which is very disappointing. I do not know how much the front office can do about this, maybe send out more communication. Everytime we take our dog out, we see dog poop everywhere. I know the maintenance staff picks up after tenants but they should not have to!Pool parties - As much as I enjoy the pool and having a good time... some folks come by the pool with their loud boom box and giant floating devices with not much regard for others who are also there. I go to the Vegas pool parties for that!

    We had a problem with our refrigerator and within 10 minutes Jennifer had another refrigerator installed in our apartment!! Excellent customer service!! Thank you Jenn!!

    This is the best apartment Ive ever lived in and Ive lived in many! The apartments themselves are well maintained and show an attention to detail. No short cuts taken here. I seldom hear my neighbors beside or above me and the hallways are well lit. Maintenance is excellent- I placed a request and they were at my door in less than 10 minutes today. I am extremely pleased.

    I used to live at StoneLedge for a few years before buying our home and I must say I loved living here! Wonderful staff that always took care of me when needed, great amenities and awesome pool. Would recommend this apt to anyone in the area looking for quality housing. Location is nice to as its a short walk/drive to historic Main St.

    We lived at Stoneledge for two years before having to move for work and buying our first home. Some of the best parts of living at Stoneledge were the dog park, the pool, the gym, and the convenient location next to Main Street and the airport. Maintenance was always immediately attentive to any issues we had, no matter how small and office staff was helpful with anything we ever needed. We got to know so many people in the complex and were sad when we had to leave - here’s hoping we can move back in the future!

    We’ve lived here at StoneLedge for four years, and our experience has been great.They keep the property clean, mowed and well kept. Wonderful pool and exercise room. We definitely we’ll renew our lease again when it comes due. Check it out, you won’t be sorry.

    StoneLedge is a wonderful place to live! The office staff are excellent and very attentive to resident needs. The grounds are kept beautifully, as well as the apartments. Excellent gated community and all the residents seem to care about living here!

    Wife and I have lived here for about 2 years and have really enjoyed the experience overall! We were satisfied with the layout and design of the apartments, great location and made us feel very safe. We enjoy all the amenities of the complex and the benefit of this location. It can be pretty pricy but it certainly is worth the upgrade over other apartments in the area.The only reason that we couldnt give them 5 stars was the noise of dogs in the apartment complex. I feel like every apartment has at least 1 pet and they really can be annoying especially the little ones that have a shrill bark. We also had two little dogs behind the wall of our bedroom so they would wake us up on a regular basis. If you have a pet, then you would probably give them 5 stars because you know it comes with the territory.

    Stoneledge Apartments in Grapevine, Texas, this is a nice area and the property was clean and the appearance was good.Most importantly, Jennifer in the leasing office was very kind and helpful. She rolled out the red carpet with kindness.Jennifer spent a lot of hours with trying to help me with a 2br/2bd on the first floor. Sadly, nothing is available yet.Nevertheless, Jennifer calls and keeps me up-to-date with a status on what is available now and what is coming up soon.Thank you Jennifer for being authentic and helpful.     I dont like apartments - not driving into them, living in them, etc. Stoneledge is the exception to the rule apparently. I have not minded my stay here at all. It is relatively quiet, service response is excellent, and I am close to all the perks of Grapevine. The community is well kept and the apartments are well appointed. Im glad we landed here.

    Management and maintenance are professional, courteous, and efficient. Neighbors are cordial, and everyone Ive met so far has lived here more than 1 year. My last rental at Centreport Lakes Apartments was a nightmare so Im extremely satisfied with my decision to live here.

    I have lived at Stoneledge since last May and love it here! The office staff is so friendly and my maintenance requests are always handled on time. Sometimes I do hear my neighbors above me but that seems to happen at most apartment communities. The pool is the nicest Ive seen out of all the apartments Ive lived in and they also occasionally have food trucks out front for the residents. Would definitely recommend living here if you work in Grapevine or Southlake!

    The management is lovely but the presence of any management on the weekend is non existent. There are groups of families at the pool that boast about not living here so then I who pay quite I lot of money to live here can’t enjoy my weekends. There is absolutely not enough parking for all the residents it’s ridiculous.

    I just moved into Stoneledge in December and I absolutely love it here. Ive no issues so far. The office is super nice and organized with everything. The complex is always well kept and I love that the gate is always closed. My old complex never closed it or it was broken. Im glad we decided to move in. This was the first of four complexes when we were looking and nothing compared to it. We knew we were set on Stoneledge and have not regretted one minute of it. If you are moving to the area, start here!!

    MANAGEMENT: where are the photos of the business center online? I remember there being more than what is showing in your photos when I toured the property about a year and a half ago.I have to say this place is beautifully designed!! I would have chosen StoneLedge over my current complex; however, there was nothing available on the first floor (convenient for dog owners) that fit my budget. Truly a beautifully designed complex from Structure, street view, community areas to the individual units.I’m in a place with a business center that consists of a high top table to seat four, pool table, bar, and countertop height computer and printer with an uncomfortable stool and no room to place documents, so the business center matters too!When my lease is up I’m thinking of moving to StoneLedge. This place is a well designed beautiful complex!! If I am remembering correctly they also have a nice atypical business center, and even conference rooms to rent out?

    Great floor plans, grounds are beautifully maintained (even the dog park!), and a good location right by Main St. The manager, Arianne, and maintenance supervisor, Matthew, are super quick to respond and excellent with follow up. Overall a great place to live :)
