Fantastic Place to Live!I’ve been living at Stonehill Apartments for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The management team is always responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues.The apartments are spacious and modern, Plus, the location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and parks.I highly recommend Stonehill Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. It’s a friendly, welcoming community with everything you could want in a home!

Stonehill Terrace has truly been a wonderful place for my family and me. Two of my children were born here, and its been a safe and nurturing environment throughout the years. The community is well-managed, with staff always attentive to residents needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is in top shape. The sense of security here is unmatched, which gives me great peace of mind knowing my family is safe. Its a nice community with respected office staff which always friendly and every time ready for maintanance service with smile i never get any big problem in my appartment for small issues maintanance staff fix with in 24 hours i am in stone hills from last 1 year and i am totally comfortable here with out any stressI will recomend stone hill appartment if some one is looking for rent parking,water,loundry every thing is available 24 hours thank you stone hill for great service.

I have lived here for 3 years and never had not one issue at all. Anytime I had an issue maintenance got the job done. The manager Anna is amazing. She’s so friendly and always works with you for anything. She has great customer service and she’s just amazing. The apartments are really big inside. Quiet area and I can’t complain about these apartments one bit. Please don’t let these reviews fool u into not wanting to move in. I never had issue with roaches or rats period!! Definitely recommend to move in and their prices are affordable. Gave 5 ⭐️

I have been at these apartments for almost two years now and no they arent perfect apartments there are little things that do need to be worked on or fixed but the staffing in my opinion has always treated me very kindly and try their best to help when needed. All of the neighbors are very friendly and helpful and Its an overall pretty safe and easy place to live.

I lived in Stonehill Terrace for almost 4 years, i want to say thank you to the new management Natalie , she is very nice and always attending to the residents necessities. The apartment where i lived is very big, the bedroom is huge and i really recommend this complex.

I lived here over 6years and I have no complaints besides the trash but that has nothing to do with the office thats the people that live here ... Im going to miss this place especially the staff they are great ppl.. anna is a great manager regardless if ppl say bad things she always was great with me and got my work orders on a timely manner. I will recommend Stonehill to live.

I lived for 6 months in these apartments and I left because I needed 3 bedrooms and there were none available, and the only thing I can say is that they always treated me well and my orders only took two days and they made everything right for me, they always helped me with everything Very friendly in the office, I never had any problems with the receipt.

They serve you very well, they help you and clarify your doubts, everything is close and the most important thing is the schools, the only negative thing is the garbage deposits, there are few for the great demand, and the garbage accumulates!
