The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my first apartment and they walked me through everything I needed and answered all my questions without judgement. They helped me put in maintenance requests to get things fixed in my apartment that wasn’t otherwise finished. It has been a great month living here so far.Don’t hesitate to ask them anything pertaining to you stay with them, they are more than happy to assist and answer your questions.

Love my apartment and the layout. Good size for me and my son. Enjoy having the balcony. The staff helped me get moved in quickly as possible. No problems with bugs nor noise. It’s pretty peaceful and clean for the most part. Maintenance keep up on the grounds and quick to service the unit upon request. I enjoy it here and would recommend with my experience here.:)

These are great apartments. My family has been living here for almost three years, and we have been very happy. The staff is super helpful and makes sure any issues that come up are taken care of immediately. Maintenance is great and very responsive. The location is fantastic as it is close to schools, parks, entertainment and shopping. Would definitely recommend these apartments

I love how spacious our apartment is. The tall ceilings make it feel like were in a home instead of an apartment. The grounds are kept up very well and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I really like the trash pick up, I think thats a very nice touch. The grounds are kept up and we love the pool and workout facility. So far so good! Were very happy here.

Gotta admit not a big reviewer. First ever apartment and I was picky about it for sure. Neighbors are very quiet, and respectable. Watched someone love packages on their door step for a solid week and no one stole them so hey theres a plus! You can have everything sent to the office, ask maintenance for tools and most requests take a day or two before they get handled. That all depends on how urgent you place the request. Overall this is a very lovely place to live.

Samantha is a top notch Property Manager! She made the impossible- possible in less than 2 days! She’s such a beautiful person with a genuine concern about her prospective tenants! She got us in an apt ASAP and got us upgraded! She will do whatever it takes to help you and get you what you need! The apartments are beautiful and best price you can find in New Braunfels!! She got my daughter in ASAP without any hassles! Would recommend Samantha and Stone Haven to any one!

We have lived here since last July and we do enjoy it for the most part. The only thing that I would caution prospective renters about is the constant noise. It seems like this complex would be quiet because it is in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. However, the street its on is adjacent to a street with 3(!!) elementary schools on it, one of which is pretty much right next to the complex itself. During the day, there is constant noise from the kids outside during recess. Also, the entire time weve lived here, we have lived underneath a family with extremely loud kids who stomp around during all hours of the day and night. We also live right next to the dumpster which makes noise around 9 pm at night. Of course I dont expect my surroundings to always be silent but the level of noise considering where this apartment is located is a little much for my tastes. I would recommend living on the third floor if you move here so you dont have to be underneath anybody (or at the very least not living in building 7 which is right next to the dumpster and elementary school). Other than that, Stonehaven has been pleasant. All of the staff are very friendly and the property itself is maintained very well. The staff made sure that our leasing process went very smoothly and laid out everything in our lease in detail for us, which we appreciated. I would recommend living here, but would just caution against it for anyone who might mind a lot of noise from kids.

The staff is amazing and so supportive and responsive. They are always willing to help in any way they can. The grounds are kept so clean and maintenance is on top of any issues with the apartment. The complex is in a great neighborhood which is close to all the conveniences like schools, parks, stores, and just a couple miles from I35 for commuting to work. So glad I found this place! Thanks for being so awesome guys!

The Staff at Stonehaven has always been very professional and sweet. They are very nice to my kids and seem to really make a point of knowing their residents. Any Maintenance issues were quickly addressed and could easily be done while we were not available which is great since me and my husband both work during the day. These Apartments are so close to Walmart and HEB which makes it great for grocery shopping, As well as in very close distance to Fisher park. There are also Many sidewalks and walking trails nearby as well. The grass and landscaping have always been kept up and nice and offers a nice area for animals to walk and or children to play. We have never had an issue with safety concerns its a very nice apartment complex and the people all seem to be very nice. I would most definitely recommend this complex to anyone. The quietness is great for older couples and or single people and its also great for kids and families.

I am a big fan of Stonehaven. My family and I have lived here for 7 months or so and are really happy we chose this complex. It is well priced for the New Braunfels market. The floor plan we have is open and spacious and the ceilings are very tall. There is lots of storage space in the kitchen and throughout the apartment. Deep counters in the kitchen as well. Management is awesome and worked well with me during the application and move in process. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone.

Lived here for a little over 2 years. The management before was terrible. The new management, especially Lyla, the Business Manager. After finding a house and needing to move out, she could not have been more helpful. We were worried that we were going to have to pay out our lease for the remaining 8 months, but she worked her tail off and got our apartment leased almost immediately so we wouldn’t have an enormous bill at the end. I cannot say enough about her and the office staff. The maintenance men were also very friendly when working on the apartment and even when out walking your dogs.

This is the best place to call home! The staff here is very friendly and they do everything they can to help you! Maintenance is very quick, and the prices here are impossible to beat! I’ve lived here for 2 years and loved every second of it! When our roommate left, the ladies at the office helped us every step of the way! Samantha at the front has been there for us since day one! We even talked our friends into moving here we loved it so much! Don’t even get me started on the community! This is THE place to live!

Samantha and Erika have been nothing but so helpful and friendly from day one and I really appreciated the welcome letter and personal touch when we moved in. Maintenance are always so helpful and the grounds here are always sharp. Of apartment homes Ive visited or lived at in the past, THIS is a true home and my guests always complimentary of the area and staff.

Great place to live. All the staff are so nice and really get to know their tenants. Maintenance is quick to respond and help you out. Everyone is so friendly there. The prior management wasn’t that great but the new management really changed everything for the better!

I have moved to USA first time and came to StoneHaven Apartment Homes and it was really nice experience to stay here since last one year, one best thing I want to highlight that both Business Manager Lyla and Community Manager Samantha are really good and supportive. Both are working exceptionally well and always address the concerns of tenant those who are living here. I will recommend to all apartment seekers in New Braunfels should move to such nice place which having friendly supportive staff.For Future residents below is the useful information1. There are 2 day cares withing a mile distance. (Blue Bird Academy is in front of the entry gate)2. Walmart Super Center 1.5 miles3. Fisher Park for Kids 1.3 miles4. Kraft Park for Kids 0.6 miles5. Walnut Spring School 0.6 miles one of the best school in New Braunfels.We are feeling more secure because we have fire station number 5 of New Braunfels at 0.4 miles.All these are added advantages you will get when you will move in to StoneHaven Apartment Homes.
