Moved in in August and really enjoy living here! Ms. Sharon helped me with paperwork and other needed things to make moving to a new residence as easy as possible. The office is always clean and well decorated for the season. Ms. Sharon does nice little things like having Trunk or Treat for the kids, coffee and food trucks come in. I have not seen these things done at other apartment complexes I have lived in!

I have lived here going on 3 years. It has been a wonderful experience. The new management is great. Very responsive. Very hands-on. And Sharon does everything she can to show she cares about our community. We had a trunk-or-treat so our kids had a safe place for Halloween, coffee for us, and tacos today for thanksgiving! She even had pizza , snacks and drinks for our kids when school started. Shes great at listening, too! Overall, greatly satisfied!

I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough! It’s always been great, but ever since Ms. Sharon came on board it’s been even better. She is enforcing the rules, which the past property manager did not do. My apartment has all the upgrades with hard wood floors throughout, and are the most affordable I have found even in Longview. It is a small complex, which I like. I am a single mother, and I feel completely safe and comfortable here.

This is by far the best place ever. I moved in so fast after I met Sharon. When I called her about moving I came the same day and leased the same day. This complex is pretty amazing and quite. I feel very safe here. This has been my favorite by far and the last place I lived in did not feel like my own home. When I pull in the parking lot and then get home and walk in my home I feel like I am actually home. Sharon is the best and has done everything when I have a problem with my apartment and she is very attentive. Best PLACE EVER!!!!!!

Sharon is the friendliest property manager I have ever met, as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a big smile and was more then happy to help my family with whatever we needed! She was extremely professional and the property was super clean! We are super happy with our decision to rent here! ❤️

I was recently looking for an apartment and spoke with Sharron. Unfortunately Stonegate wasn’t the Apartments for me (we decided to buy a house instead) but I just wanted to come on here and say Sharron and her staff was amazing. They were kind and courteous and they helped me in my decision, the apartments and community is beautiful. If the decision was made by how sweet and helpful the Office staff is, I would definitely be living at the Stonegate Apartments.

Just a beautiful small quite complex, granite countertops, open living concept, with split bedrooms, big closets.And nice pool area
