I recently moved into Stone Mist Apartments, and I have to say, Rosie, the leasing manager, made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. As a first-time renter, I was nervous about navigating the paperwork, but Rosie was patient, professional, and walked me through every step. What impressed me most was how she managed to make everything so easy, even during the busy holiday season.Her friendly demeanor and clear communication made the experience pleasant and seamless. I chose Stone Mist because everyone I knew who had lived there before had nothing but good things to say. They also have the lowest deposit amount of any of the other apartments around here! The staff really exceeded my expectations. They are the friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of Communicating with. they are prompt, polite, and very personable.The property itself is quite nice and established also, with Beautiful pool I can’t wait to use next summer.I’m looking forward to my next 13 months here!

We arrived at Stone Mist after viewing multiple apartments. Rosie was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She made a somewhat difficult situation very smooth. She explained all of our options and she looked for our perfect apartment home. The units had new carpet and were very clean inside and out. Maintenance is on top of everything. No bugs in sight. Needless to say that was the last apartment we toured. Thank you so much looking forward to seeing you in November.

This is an extremely beautiful property. It is clear the owners and employees care about the upkeep of the facility, it is very well maintained. Rosie, the leasing manager, has been so extremely helpful in us picking out an apartment. She showed us various floor plans to make sure we had one that fit just right. She had a lot of knowledge about the property and seemed proud of what she was selling. She was honest with her advice, and didnt just try to sell us the most expensive floor plan. She has worked with us on getting the best unit possible and I couldnt be more excited to move in. Rosie truly seems to care about each and every person who walks in the leasing office door, and she made me feel immediately at home. I am so excited to call Stone Mist Apartments my new home, and it is all thanks to Rosie :)

I have lived here for 5 years and still a current resident. Some of the reviews on here I will not agree with , We do not have roaches and if you anyone does just put a request and the exterminator comes every Thursday and I have never had any bug problems. The pool gets clean every Monday never have I seen the pool just dirty where it looks terrible where you won’t want to swim in it. The gates have probably been broken a couple times but never long period of times maybe a few days tops and will be fixed ASAP. Maintenance is always prompt and fixes any problems if you submit a service request the issue is usually corrected within 24 -48 hours depending on if a major part has to be ordered. Overall I feel some of the new residents are not what used to be here. A little more loud on the weekends but nothing just out of control.

Come on over and see what this beautiful complex offers. We have a lot of great amenities and you would love the pool view. Rachael, the property manager will gladly show you the beautiful view and she and her crew has excellent management skills. They are here to help with all your needs and the maintenance department will give you timely service when needed.

I was so happy to find this place so peaceful and beautiful l!! Francine the property manager its such a wonderful person she help me find a place for me and my kids she knew this apartment would be great for us it has such a beautiful view to the pool. Im so pleased with her help she even aded a special detail to the kitchen, a beautiful splash wall. She went out and beyond to help me out in 2 days i was signing my lease.Everyone from the office is so helpful and sweet. THANK YOU!!! 🩷

I just moved in and my experience right from the beginning till the move in process has been amazing. My apartment is in great condition. I leased without even seeing the apartment and it’s exactly the way I was explained over the phone. During the move in day both the girls in the office helped me with everything. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been living here for 6 months now. Things have definitely improved compared to the time I moved in. To be specific the service request is taken care of within 48 hours which was my biggest challenge at the initial stage. The grounds are well kept. The office team is prompt on response at all times.

Ive been here a year and Im renewing my lease. I like the managers Ashley and Julie gives me no problems and Julie is always willing to work with your situation. I pay my rent on time and they give me no trouble. They enforce pool hours and safety. They are always cleaning the property. The maintenance men come right away to fix issues in your apartment. I can deal with the prices for the space and amenities you can pay extra for. They have storage space, parking stations, washer and dryers. As far as the people I stay to myself so theres no issues with anyone. After this lease were moving to a house but until then Im staying here.

This place is a little hidden gem. Has just what you need and then some. We lived there for 4 years, never had any safety issues or parking problems. No flooding either. We are thankful for Nancy and Miros for taking care of whatever we needed in a timely manner.

I lived at stone mist for a year starting August 2014 and only reason i left was because i have a house now to live in. If it werent for that, i would probably lived there another 2-3 years longer. My stay there was very calm. neighbors werent any problems, i was in third floor and i feel like i was the problem neighbor, but no complaints my way. Very nice place, everything was up to date, except the washer/dryer and fridge. I can not take off any stars for that because they were still working and great. I have recommended these apartments to family and friends.

I lived at Stone Mist for about 2.5 years, the first time Ive stayed at a complex for more than a year. It is quiet and the staff are always available when I needed them, if you go into the office. I never called them, so I cant speak to that. The grounds are kept very clean and are well landscaped.Maintenance usually came within 24 hours. The one time they didnt when my A/C was out, I went to the office and maintenance was there within an hour and got my A/C working.I have no idea what other reviews are saying about bugs. I can count on one hand the number of roaches I saw in my 2.5 years of living there. The number of other bugs I saw was negligible.

Ive lived here for 7 months and am happy here. The management is helpful and nice, although Ive never had any maintenance issues so cannot speak to that. They spray the complex once a week so I havent had many bug problems except for a limited a mount of ants. There have been a lot of car break ins so dont leave valuables in your car.

I have lived here for 3 months and had only one issue. But head maintenance is a nice gentleman and the manager is awesome 😎. Now they need to make some changes to other staff members. But it is a nice clean and safe place to live. We take walks at night. The community is friendly and quite. So, I am not sure if these bad reviews are people who were asked to move, but I have friends who lived here before me and it is the reason we moved here. So, I recommend you check it out for yourself.

I called in about a week prior to coming in to check out the apartments. I spoke to Ashley. She was completely informative and patient with my thousand questions. I met her over the weekend to look into the apartment. She made me feel comfortable and very welcoming. Customer service is everything. I checked out other apartments the same day. But because how awesome she is I submitted my application with them the next day. Thank you Ashley - your awesome

Hats off to the new (Property Manager) team Elouise and her team Ashly (Assistant Manager) and Arturo (Maintenance). My husband and I have been residing here four years now. We decided to transfer units so it could take place when our lease expired....and things did not go well AT ALL!!!! We put the transfer request in,paid the fees had movers scheduled and the DAY we were supposed to move-in was told the transfer request NEVER was submitted! The new company Adara took over and new policies were in place. Although we did not get transfer Eloise (I hope this is how she spells her name) worked out 3 months of chaos, confusion, in just two business days!!Tears of joy streamed down our faces as my husband and I had no idea what our future as a resident was. He was recently released from the hospital and I was faced doing the move between work. My heart was so heavy. Our lease expired and were were now being charged $300 month to month fees! As I stated earlier Eloise (Property Manager) straightened everything out. We wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done to ease our minds! Your understanding, solution oriented skills and professionalism made this lingering, tedious process bearable. So glad Ashly and Arturo stayed with you they are great assets, and very courteous. Eloise personality is warm and inviting, you actually LISTEN without interrupting even though you were extremely busy with the merge, you made it seem effortless Eloise and We are happy you’re here! Welcome aboard! As a resident it is a good thing to have someone listen more importantly to valid your concerns by putting words into action! Thanks again team!

Came in to tour a 2 bedroom. It’s definitely cute little property. Grounds look pretty kept up with, pool looked great! Miros and Nancy were super friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to move in June !
