I been living here since 2021 and so far it hasnt been bad. Theres always a clean pool, they have family events, every month there is an exterminator that comes in. The administration really try to keep this place clean and neat. Plus the gates are always working, and the entry doors are always locked.

Just want to say I’ve lived here 4 years now and I have no complaints. Property is very quiet and clean. Norma is amazing and sweet. She always manages to help me on last minute calls for pest control or maintenance services. She is very understanding and helpful. She definitely keeps this property on point. Stone Forest Apartments was my first apartment experience. This complex was my home for three years. Every experience was easy: from looking up apartment details, getting the apartment, submitting trouble tickets, paying monthly, and moving out. Well, my last move out statement has yet to arrive as today was my last day, but no issues are expected there.The staff has been good to me since the first day. Later on, I got married and my wife has also not encountered any issues with the staff. Norma and her staff have always been kind at every encounter.I’d like to comment on a few of the reviews that are currently posted on here. My AC went out (I can’t even remember when) and was fixed immediately. Well, I was out for the weekend anyway, so I can’t really tell when it was remedied. There seemed to have been a critter in the attic/roof and that too was remedied in a timely manner. Yes, there may have been a roach or two, but the complex does pest control treatments frequently enough for me to RARELY see one. Yes, the apartments are old, but the complex has just hired a company to power wash the buildings and scrub the floors. The price reflects the complex’s old age, but I feel like it was perfect for someone starting out; it sure was perfect for me.With that said, everyone has opinions and experiences; mine just so happen to be a good experience with this complex and staff. Don’t expect luxury, pay your bill on time and you’ll be good. If I was in need to go back into an apartment in this side of town, Stone Forest would definitely be first in my list – as long as I can get my old room back.

I am a resident of Stone Forest and have been for 9 yrs now. One of the main reasons for my stay at this complex is the manager Norma. Who was the manager when I moved in. Norma is gracious, concerning, professional, intelligent, but STERN. Those are qualities I think are excellent in a manager. Her team there now are friendly and try hard to get to know the residents. I am close to retirement now with a lot of medical problems but have no intentions of going any place else before I have to. That is mainly because I am comfortable and my comfortability is because of the Management Team and Maintenance Response I have received in the 9 yrs I have been there.As long as you follow the rules, Stone Forest is a wonderful complex and community to live. GOOD JOB!

The staff is very nice to my family and i. Maintenance are quick. They have a afterschool program for the kids thats free and they eat there everyday. A nice hot nutritious meal. I thank god for them in my time of need. Last yr they gave my neighbor a boat load of xmas gifts for her whole family. I am not ready to move and wont be any time soon.

Ill live here for about a year now every other month pest control come by to spray. 10 minutes from Maryland shopping area 15 minutes from Galleria Mall. Management is on point with all of my questions and needs.

Wen I lived there it was quite no body bother you and did I say quiet I didnt get what other people got the pool was open didnt never need nothing fixed so I like them bout to move back there
