    My family and I have lived here for a little over 6 months now. I really like the neighborhood. It is quiet here and appears to be a safe area. We havent had any major issues, but maintenance seems to be on top of things. I very rarely hear any noise inside of our apartment, we always have a parking spot close, and its clean (no bugs). I would recommend these apartments.

    I must say I was a little discouraged but this young lady Ebony Mangual when she called me I was a little sad she not only brighten my day but she went over and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. She has the best personality and she made me feel really comfortable with the process most of all she didnt get frustrated with me at no time I do appreciate that.thank you Mrs. Ebony you really mad my day now this is what I truly call customer service. Thank you

    My kids are happy living here. They have a pool and a playground to keep them busy during the warmer months. The after-school program is a great idea. We are very grateful to have these options right at our door.

    The staff is great and very proactive. While Melissa was helping another property, Tamara was patient with me and professional. Since I was moving from out-of-state she had to keep emailing me papetwork. Although the error was on my end, she remained professional and helpful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to move into my unit at Rosemont at Oak Hollow; Melissa sprang into action. She got my paperwork over to Rosemont at Mission Trails. However, compliance was dragging their feet. I ended up having to stay in a hotel. The second day came and I had to check out with no where to go. Melissa was on it, driving back and forth between propertys to make it happen. Five oclock rolled around and still no answer from compliance. Melissa pulled her resources and made it happen. I moved in that night! 🤗😇😊 She even called me that evening after hours to make sure everything was okay. Thank you is not enough. I appreciate your due diligence and hard work. Now Im able to use my washer and dryer!😀 The staff here at Rosemont at Mission Trails is great as well! A big😙!

    The leasing manager and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a question they couldn’t answer. If you see maintenance out working (which you often will) They will give ya a wave if they can’t stop and say hi. I tell my friends and family how happy I am living here.

    Ms. Melissa is a great leasing agent. She made sure you has everything and she was straight forward about if you couldnt get approve. I also like her rule that kids cant be outside with out patents because of there failure to clean up and not terrorize things.

    Ive moved here from Tulsa Oklahoma.. and I came here it took a while but it was all worth it ms. Tamara is the BEST I love her she work with me called me and made sure I got my keys Ive been in my apt for a month and still since dat day 1 she still helps me fax things for me .. I love my apt its way bigger than any apt Ive had in the past the BEST part I love is I have my own BATHROOM 😏.. the only problem I have is my upstairs neighbor she makes a lot of noise during the hours of the night I wouldnt mind the noise but having a newborn baby that sometimes bother him other than that I love the Rosemonts

    I moved to the Oak Hollow about 5 months ago and I really like it. I had a few small issues when I moved in and they had them fixed the same day. I can say they provide great customer service here. The staff is always really nice.

    I applied to these apt the staffing was nice and helpful and they really do there job unlike some place u have to wait 4weeks after applying just to see if you’re approved at rose month they are friendly and professional and they care about there tenets and future tenets and they give great Tours of the site

    Wonderful living experience. The property is absolutely beautiful. I knew the moment I saw it that is where I wanted to live! Everything has been top knotch since first contact with lilli Midtown! Totally Recommend!

    Management and staff couldnt be nicer. Very quick to respond to any issues and the property is always clean. The pool is great and we love to picnic and just relax.

    I will be goin here to apply it is safe to raise a family it’s quit clean I love the inside of the apartment people in the office is friendly in professional In I love the inside out of the unit in it’s really clean in nice pool stay clean apartments is nice in clean no roaches or begbugs how I like it I will be goin in applying there in ms April is such a sweet heart in nice as well as the manger
