I lived in a 2nd floor apartment for 5 years which was very spacious. When my foot became injured and I was hospitalized for 3 months, Stone Canyon helped me move to a first floor apartment. They installed a handrail in the shower and even installed a large ramp to the parking lot. Then, they installed a ramp to the door which helped a lot. I have been ever so grateful for their assistance in making things easier during my recovery. God bless them!

Awesome place to live! The apartments are clean well maintaining and they have a great management team is hopeful quick to respond and locations convenient and neighborhood Feels safe! A great place to live.

I’ve been here about a month . I don’t really have anything bad to say . This is my first apartment amd I’m pretty satisfied . Only problems I’ve had was my A/C unit making noises , but they came out and fixed it the next day or two now it’s good. Management not really bad , they’re not all that friendly but not rude either. My wood floors downstairs could’ve been laid better but I’m barely down there so it’s no biggie.

I’ve lived in Stone Canyon for a few months and my experience has been awesome. The apartments are well kept, the office staff is amazing and very helpful when you have questions and concerns. The maintenance team is fast and very polite. It’s peaceful I can honestly say that I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a new home.

Stopped by the leasing office to obtain information regarding the property and Ana was extremely helpful and had outstanding knowledge. Great staff

As a young college student, this is my first apartment and living alone. So far the staff has been very attentive and Cecilia the manager has a punctilious personality and does her job extremely efficient. I recommend this property for it feeling homey and a staff going above and beyond of their expectations.

Love it here. The only problem is the pool is never open. The staff are super friendly and always get my work orders out in time. I just renewed my lease. I’m in a 1/1 the larger unit and it’s perfect. My neighbors are super nice. Great location near stores and dining including the stadium, Schools etc...

My boyfriend and I moved into stone canyon in the end of January. We had heard bad things but we proven wrong! Friendly staff, great grounds keep, and great neighbors! I love it!!we will be signing another year for sure!

The new manager Cecilia, the assistant manager Lorena and new leasing gal were so sweet welcoming, and enjoyed a good laugh! They answered all of my questions and were very attentive, their service is beyond what this property had in the past!

Been here for a few months already and have very little complaints. Office staff is friendly and understanding. All the maintenance orders i have had were handled in a timely manner. And they are BUG FREE!

OMG I am about to move in there! Please help me! In all honesty is it really that bad? Or is it just because you are upset right now? I am a single Mom on one income, and out of all of the places I looked this placed seemed to be one of the nicer ones.

They are very nice apartments and above all the maintenance staff is very helpful when you call and something breaks down they are immediately there the bad stars they have were from before now everything has changed with the new manager and with the maintenance people I really recommend these apartments👍
