Just finish my application process and Raquel was such a help and pleasure to work with . She broke down everything I needed in order for a successful move. Also I was able to tour my unit again and Marci was so amazing and gracious on such a cold day making sure she answer all my questions about the property and school district. My whole process has been wonderful me and my family are excited about our move to Stone Cayon.

Lived here for about 2 years. Absolutely loved it maintenance was always on time for all my issues area was nice. Krogers and Gym right next door.Good size living room.Only issue I had was bathroom tub paint chipping but I scheduled for it to be repainted and all was good 👍🏾

Been here a few years now and I just love this place, so much that I plan on staying another year! Marcy is the best manager I’ve ever had in an apartment complex. Not only has she been consistent but she’s always been happy to help whenever I call in/walk in. Definitely provides that Chick-fil-A customer service with a smile. In the years I’ve been here, my apartment has always been clean, maintenance guys have all been awesome, and I’ve always felt safe. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live

The ladies working the front office are friendly and were helpful when I had an issue with the new payment system. My unit had washer and dryer included and storage space on the patio. Maintenance takes care of requests promptly. There is a nice little dog park. Location is great - next door to 4 grocery stores and close to everything you need. It is close to 290 and the beltway so you can hop on the highway to go anywhere. I’ve enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

I stayed here for 2 years the leasing office was amazing they worked with me and was patience MARCY IS THE BEST LEASING MANAGER EVER...Bittersweet to be leaving we really enjoy living @ stone Canyon apartments property was always kept clean and the apartment complex was always quiet had a couple bumps, but things happen. I just have to give a shout out to Marcie and Allie and stone canyon!! This has been the best place I’ve lived and amazing service and accommodations as needed as well. They are always informative, supportive, and helpful any way possible in their power! From moving in to move out dates has been amazing and supportive. Been living here over a year and it just gets better and better they are always updating, upgrading and trying their best for all the residents and even the personal apartment Maintenance team is amazing, fast and efficient with any issues we’ve had both big and small! If I ever move back to Texas I will move here it’s gated and very safe and grounds are well kept and pool is always clean and even neighbors and others have been really nice and I never here people above or below me with how well built it is here. Overall 5 plus starts if I could and just want to say thanks for having us be apart of the stone canyon family I’ll definitely miss it here and the location! Keep up the great work ^~^

I have lived at stone canyon going on 3 years. What the property lacks in amenities and secuirty, is made up by the property manager and maintenance men. The property manager Marcy Washington is the primary reason I have elected to stay here! In my experience she has been a problem solver, willing to explore reasonable solutions to satify residential needs, and looks to spice things up in community with events or residential appreciation. If you are looking for an aparment with great management, I would stop by stone canyon for a visit.

Allie and Marcy are really great taking care of us from the start of processing of getting the apartment very professional and caring. Loved moving here to the apartments and through the whole year until we moved out. The whole apartment complex is definitely an amazing place to live, great environment, great area to live in, 10/10 definitely worth it! I’m definitely gonna miss living here, and the office staff.

My tenure living here has been pretty good. Marcy & Allie really work hard to keep the residents happy. The maintenance guys are very quick and efficient and any other concerns are handled very accurately and in a timely manner by the managers. The team in place listens to you!! Marcy is so professional, polite and always keen to help. Ive been here since Nov 2021, this place is awesome to live, very good neighborhood and Marcy rocks when it comes to staffing. I remember once i had a problem with the showers, it was a weekend and i didnt put a request for maintenance, i just called Marcy and she showed up herself at my apt within 2 or 3 minutes and got that issue resolved right away by calling the maintenance staff to get it done. God Bless Marcy. I would strongly recommend this complex to families.

We service this community and have always found it to be pretty quiet and clean. The residents are nice (even nicer when they see us service their areas.) The complex is a decent size not too big. They have pretty much everything you need around them. if my family didn’t need 5 bedrooms we would definitely be here they only carry 1s and 2s . We recommend our friends and employees here all the time. Allie and Marcy make it easy to work with they’re fun people. I hope this helps !!!!

Personally I would recommend this complex. The staff is helpful and friendly. They genuinely care that things are going well in your apartment. Maintenance is quick and easy going. There is valet trash so you don’t have to worry about the walk to the dumpster. I also like the location. Closely surrounding are 4 grocery stores, multiple gas stations and places to eat & easy access to the freeway. My apartment (335) has a nice sun room that I use as an office space & a good amount of space in general. For the price I believe you are getting a good deal here.

Stone Canyon is an excellent and safe neighborhood. We have lived here for more than seven (7) years and love the community and the staff, we are leaving due to personal reasons. The grounds are kept immaculate, the pool and gym are always clean and well maintained.Very professional staff and management. Stone Canyons Community Director Theresa, Ashley and rest of the Maintenance staff are very friendly, caring and accommodating. The maintenance staff are knowledgeable and reliable. The most of the work orders that are requested will be taken care promptly and they do an excellent job with the repairs.Overall, its a great place to live!

Yall.. this apartment complex is number one on my recommendations to live! The ladies in the front, Marcy as well as Allie, are such a helpful team. The matinence crew is on top of all issues that I have experienced SAME DAY! LITERALLY I can not lie when I say I live here and it feels like home. Any issues Ive had (which are few to begin with) are handled with care and honestly class. I could have not had a better place become my home and am very thankful to the little community that is Stone Canyon. 5 stars is not enough. Trust me. 10/10

Just moved out. Allie is a great manager who is always willing to work with you. The apartments arent the fanciest but I have definitely seen worse. The front office is often empty or ran by a temp, but can almost always get a prompt response via email.

I love the apartment complex. Apartments are beautiful, well kept complex, and nice pool!I really appreciate the way they have dealt with me.I recently had an issue with my light bills being extremely high. They hired and electrician and found there was an issue with wiring. They were quick to fix it as well as work with me to find a resolution to it!I appreciated their care and help! The way this was handled was first class!Thanks!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in...and I have lived in many. It is solid, quiet, and the energy efficiency is amazing. Plus they have valet trash pick up which really helps my 54 yr old arthritic back! Tia, the manager, and Brandy are really special! The gates dont always work. But who cares? Being military I have moved on or about 15 times in the last 7 years. Let me tell you that this is the best experience I have had. Work Orders were completed in a timely manner and customer service was exceptional. I cannot stress enough how this people have treated me. Quiet community and safe. Close to HEB and Kroger! Walmart just a few minutes away!

I have yet to move in, right now I am going through the Application process with Mist and Matthew and oh my goodness, what AMAZING PEOPLE these two are!! Mist was taking us on our tour and people made it a point to stop us and tell us that we HAVE to move in, and that its one of the best places they have ever lived. I have learned over the years that Apartments are only as good as their Management, and Misty and Matthew are like the All Star Team of a Management Team!! Highly Recommend it to anyone on the market

Im currently looking for another apartment, so I figured I should say this: I WISH I could find a place as nice as stone canyon. I was in a special situation (needing a short term lease) and they accommodated me immediately with no qualms, at a price much more affordable than any other place in the area. My stay there was fantastic, the people were never anything but nice, and the management was amazing. Eventually, My time in houston ame to a close, and Matt was very helpful throughout the moveout process. Ive recommended stone canyon to anyone who even THINKS about moving to the Houston area.

Great place to stay. Pest control is great. Very quiet neighborhood with respectable neighbors. Theres always parking available for guests. Very nice landscaping, clean pool, clean fitness center, and all night office usage for printing and WiFi. Staff is warm, inviting, and pretty professional. For all of those Section 8, young thug comments sound extremely racist. There hasnt been any violence, burglary, crime, or barely even notification of police since I have been staying here. Thugs are rapist and criminals, not young, vibrant people of color. Management is not judgemental as those previous reviews.

I loved the apartments, they are very nice and the girl in the office, Dulce, was very friendly. I couldnt rent because I have pets, it will be later.
