    I was really impressed with how clean my apartment was when I moved in. Lavanna, the cleaner for the apartments, went above and beyond. She is very detail-oriented and takes her time with cleaning. Ive never moved into a rental without having to clean first, but now I can say I have! I highly recommend Lavanna for any cleaning needs.     Luvana has been my housekeeper for quite a long time, but when we built a house and she came and did the cleaning before we moved in. She was a godsend The white dust. I couldnt get rid of it and she came in and it was all gone now.I have her on a regular basis and I could not do without her.

    If youre a student and need a comfortable place close to campus, and/or youve never rented a place before, this place is great! Great rent prices, especially if you live with a friend. Everybody is friendly, easy to communicate with, and fast at responding. The maintenance people are just as great, theyre always nice and quick on the job. Also, just a decent walk away from campus! Overall this place is great and I highly recommend it if youre a student or just need a cozy place to live!

    These are the nicest people to rent from. they are always super transparent and make it super simple to rent especially for first time college students. they go above and beyond for their tenants. I recently had an issue with my new dishwasher from a third party company and it was not installed/working properly when they brought it in. Maintenance came by the very next day to to ensure it was working, even ran a load for me. I got several messages of them apologizing about the inconvenience and you can tell it was so sincere. Everyone in office and maintenance are so polite and i’ve never had any issues or any dissatisfaction whatsoever.

    I have to be honest that I rarely leave reviews. I am taking this time because of how impressed we are with Stephenville Rents. Their group, specifically Emberly, has to be one of the most friendly, professional, efficient and thorough individuals. Their process is seamless and clarifies exactly what is my sons verses the property managers responsibility. I highly recommend this place.

    I absolutely loved both apartments I have lived in through Stephenville rents!!! Their prices are both affordable and fair!     Ive been with Stephenville Rents as a tenant for two years. Their townhomes are perfect for first-time college students who move from the dorms. Emberly and Ciara were always punctual, answering any questions or concerns I had during move-in and throughout my time as a tenant. Maintenance was always timely, and the men respected my time and space when working. I cannot recommend this rental property enough!

    The most professional and organized apartment company Ive rented with. I took over a lease from a previous tenant and they took care of everything and kept me informed on status, answered all questions, and made the transition seamless. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. My apartment is nice and reasonably priced. It is no wonder they dont have hard time maintaining at or close to 100% capacity in all of their properties

    The two years my fiancé and I lived here were great. The company is great and fun! They made living here a piece of cake. It was always easy to communicate with them, if there was any issue they were here the next day. If we had no other options we could come back.Emberly was so great and kind.     We move into our new townhome on the first and I have to say the whole process dealing with stephenville rents has been absolutely perfect. Weve had no issues, everyone was very sweet and professional. Being able to upload payments on the app has been super convenient. These people are the ones you want to go with if youre thinking of moving to stephenville!

    For the past two years, this upcoming July will make it 3. My girlfriend and I have loved our time here. Sadly we will not be renewing, but not for negative reasons. We’re graduating! If we could take this company and all its staff with us, we definitely would in a heartbeat. Speaking of the staff, everyone is full of light and amazing people. Not many maintenance workers get recognized, but Chris and Cody are great and always there with no complaints to help with any inconveniences. You will not find a better spot in Stephenville for the price, space, and amenities they offer than others.

    I am moving back to stephenville this coming week. I contacted stephenville rents immediately when I knew I needed a new place to stay. The response was quick, and within a few days I was looking at townhomes. Not to soon after, that I was signing my lease. This is my second time to rent through them, and the quality has not dropped at all. Mrs. Shields, and her team take great care of their tenants. Absolutely recommend renting through them! Get out of your apartment and into a townhome!

    I live in The Village townhomes off Lillian St and I absolutely love living there! The apartment I moved into was exceptionally clean and well maintained. When we have needed maintenance to come out and fix a situation, they have come in a timely manner and were very respectful and nice. The office staff are all super helpful and sweet!!! I would recommend leasing with Stephenville Rents for sure!!!

    We lived in one of their properties for a little over a year and a half. They have a very helpful staff, quick maintenance, and in my opinion the best “student housing” in town. We found it to be very affordable considering that in our specific property they paid for WiFi, cable, and water. If we ever had an issue it was resolved within one day of reporting it- other places we lived took weeks to resolve any issues.

    Stephenville Rents is absolutely amazing!! I had a traumatic experience happen a few weeks ago so i immediately had to get out of my apartment lease, but I had to find a new place to live quick. We called Stephenville Rents and explained what had happened and what my rent was at my previous apartment. Within an hour, after they worked super hard and contacted multiple different people, they had me a lease to sign at a discounted price because of my situation and i was able to move in the next day!!! I was absolutely shocked and overwhelmed by their generosity and how understanding they were. I will never be able to express how thankful I am to Stephenville Rents for working so hard to help me out. Thank y’all so much!!

    Nothing but good experiences so far with the management and staff. (Cierra and Mariah in particular have been great)They have been considerate and very helpful with the small number of issues that I have had. Their townhomes are modern, cozy and well maintained (from my experience). Sharing walls can be annoying sometimes when you have active neighbors, but that will be a risk at any apartment/townhome. All in all, Id highly recommend them if youre looking for a clean and well maintained place in Stephenville.

    I absolutely loved living in my townhome for 2.5 years. Never had issues with management and they always fixed any problems when there was one. They are all so sweet at the front desk and my townhome was a dream. Very well kept and clean and I never had issues with my neighbors. Another plus is that they are located very close to campus.     I just recently had a job offer and had to move to stephenville short notice. I didn’t expect finding some where so quickly but the staff at stephenville Rents made it possible. They made the process quick and easy and absolutely convenient. I highly recommend Stephenville Rents to everyone! The home itself is awesome and worth it! The application and applying process is the easiest thing I’ve had to do when it comes to moving anywhere. Between the staff and the overall experience with S.R I give it a 10/10 absolutely!

    I have to say that I have had a *great* experience at Rocky Ridge Townhomes, one of the Stephenville Rents properties. I moved in on a lease takeover on March 1st and have since signed a full lease myself. The staff has been helpful, above and beyond, and responsive. Ive never had to wait for a reply or wonder if they got my message. The 1/1 townhome is a good design for an individual and could event support a couple. The electric is low ($60/month or less so far!) Closet space is excellent, the backyard is a treat, and I look forward to coming home each day.

    We recently moved out of a rent house and had to get out in a hurry, we were able to view and apply for texanville in a matter of minutes (Applying is free by the way). Ms. Emberly helped us out quickly and easily, she made sure she saw any faults in the unit before we did and promised to fix anything and everything within a minutes notice. I have lived in another apartment and a rent house, and texanville fixed mostly all of our problems. With water and WiFi and cable all included this place beats the rest.     I live at Second Street Apts in Stephenville Tx. We had a kitchen faucet begin to leak and I called it in on a Thursday night and they were here the next morning to take care of it. The maintenance technician was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was in and in less than 1 1/2 hours. It was a great experience.
