We absolutely love living at Stella Apartments! The location is perfect for our needs—its wonderfully walkable but still nestled off the busy road, surrounded by trees, which keeps it quiet. We never hear any noise, and it feels like a peaceful retreat.The amenities here are fantastic. The pool is great and never gets too crazy or loud, making it the perfect place to relax. The rooftop is another highlight, offering spectacular views, a cozy fire pit, and plenty of grills for those evenings when we want to grill out.Our dog loves the area too. The dog park out back is perfect for him, and its so convenient having it right there. Plus, there’s always parking available, whether in the garage or on the street, which makes life so much easier.We adore our apartment specifically because of the 10-foot ceilings and concrete floors, which give it a spacious and modern feel. The patio that leads directly outside is incredibly convenient for us with a dog, making those early morning and late-night walks a breeze.One of the things that really sets Stella apart is the sense of security and community. We once accidentally left a package at our door for over a week while we were out of town, and it was never touched. We truly have great neighbors.In short, Stella Apartments offer a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and community. We couldnt be happier with our choice to call it home!

My favorite apartment I’ve lived in yet! The leasing staff is always helpful and they stay on top of things and get issues resolved quickly. Maintenance requests are always filled and completed in a timely manner. Also the amenities and facilities are always kept very clean and working. Lastly, the complex often has local restaurants do catering events on a weekend for the tenants as well as giveaways for holidays, gift wrapping stations, and are very dog friendly! I would highly recommend Stella Apartments to anyone.-Damian, a resident of 2 years and planning to sign another 18 months in the fall.

I have been a resident at Stella for 5 months now and overall I have enjoyed my experience. The facility is nice, the amenities like the rooftop lounge with grille overlooking Dallas skyline and the infinite pool in courtyard are a great perk! The staff onsite and property management have been very friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. My apartment is spacious, was handed over to me in good condition, and the features/appliances that came in the unit were well maintained before they were handed over to me. There have been a few building maintenance issues during my time here but they have been managed and communicated to residents timely and respectfully by property management. Property management has made good efforts to host community events to build friendly atmosphere which is very appreciated!A few areas of improvement that I would recommend to enhance property would be the following:1. More routine trash pickup at the collection areas on each level - Sometimes the trash collection areas overflow and makes it difficult to discard items or it will create a smell in hallway if unattended for too long.2. Lower level of parking garage has some minor flooding issues from time during heavy rain - I am not sure there is a easy resolution for this but wanted to mention as it has impacted myself and other tenants I have spoken to.3. Oversight of parking garage - people will park their cars in a way that takes up multiple parking spaces which impacts other guests. Maybe survey issue and provide warning notices as needed?4. More routine cleanup of lobby/front entrance - it is pretty common to see small bits of trash/empty beer cars/etc. left in the lobby or front entrance which is unappealing to current and potent future tenants when they tour.Overall I have been very happy and would recommend to a friend. I hope this review helps!

Great place to live! My fiance and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time here so far, and we already renewed for next year as well. The location cannot be beat in State Thomas. Amenities are amazing - gym, pool, rooftop, other common areas. Rooftop provides an unbeatable view of the city! Underground garage is also a huge plus for security purposes. Leasing office is very responsive for all questions/concerns as well.

Living in this apartment complex has been a positive experience. The management is responsive, and the maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. The amenities are well-kept, and the community spaces offer a pleasant atmosphere. My only concern is that noise levels can be high at times, but overall, its a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.P.S. please make the garage spaces a bit bigger

The customer service at Stella Apartments is unbeatable. If you have issues with anything, need assistance, or just want to have a friend in the complex, the leasing agents downstairs are incredible. They are friendly, kind, compassionate, and helpful. Stella also offers an easy walking distance so many different things. Parks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, you name it! Also, the people at Stella are wonderful. It is a calm and quite complex! I could not recommend Stella Apartments more!

This is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in. From day one the staff is very helpful, kind, and welcoming to the building. The pricing is fantastic for the location and roof top view, and the units are very clean upon arrival. The residents are extremely nice, and it’s not hard to make friends.

Nice quiet complex with one of the best downtown view rooftops around. Loved my time here. Nothing is perfect, but every time an issue popped up, Lauren Hightower was there to help out. She was highly visible and always easy to reach.

We have called this place home for almost 4 years now. The area is great and you can walk to a ton of different shops and restaurants. We have never had any issues with management and they are quick to respond to anything we have questions or concerns about. We love it here!

Stella is an amazing place to live! I love being right in State Thomas. The building is nice and clean. Amber in the leasing office has been extremely helpful with anything I may need help with. I have had no issues living here whatsoever and been here for the past 6 months. I highly recommend living here to anyone.

I want to start off with a big thanks to Amber and Lauren in the front office for always being so attentive! I have had a great experience with the Stella team as they are responsive to emails and maintenance requests get handled within 1-4 days (depending on the urgency of the request). Also, over the last few months the team has worked really hard to make various upgrades to the building, so it is nicer than when I moved in 2 years ago.

I am so excited to live in this community. Lauren and her team have been so kind and helpful. I’m relocating here from another state, and they have helped me every step of the way. The property is gorgeous, super clean and the experience has been seamless. It’s perfectly located, and pretty much 3 minutes or less from everywhere. Highly recommend this community, and they’ve made me feel sincerely welcome.

Having lived in several apartment complexes I know how critical having a caring, responsive staff is. Bailey and Jessica are great to work with! They found the right apartment for me. They have taken great care in making sure my dog walker is doing his job. And they respond quickly when there is an issue. Great management!

These are the best apartments you can get in the State Thomas neighborhood of Uptown.They can be pricey, especially the first floor, street-access apartments, but the design of the apartments are smart and luxurious. This small community positioned in the perfect quiet but close-by corner of St Thomas neighborhood doesnt house many residents, so the infinity pool, private dog park, courtyard, and gym with scented towels are never too crowded or too far away. The hallways are all indoor air-conditioned and controlled by key fobs, in addition to the private underground garage. My unit had high ceilings, beautifully modern and spacious kitchen and unlimited hot water showers with the biggest walk-in closet I had ever seen. And nothing for this price in Uptown can match the rooftop terrace that you get here. Its definitely worth the premium rent, and the friendly, superb staff such as Jessica and Bailey are invaluable. They were so helpful in both move in and move out. Dont feel shy to stop by and chat with them, or use the leasing office magical coffee/hot chocolate machine.In addition, the energy company they suggest, Energyze, is incredible for the price. Energy bills are low here, and even during the summer, leaving the AC off while I was gone at work never had the apartment too hot, thanks to the modern, energy-efficient apartments.

Though I do not live at this property but live next door, I would have been remiss if I didnt take the opportunity to give kudos to their outstanding maintenance staff. The two gentlemen who work here do an absolute magnificent job of keeping the grounds looking immaculate in spite of the oftentimes uncleanliness of the residents. In addition, Amber is extremely professional and this makes for an outstanding unit which Im sure is predicated on the efforts of the Manager!

I Have lived here for over a year and just just renewed my lease. Apartment complex is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. All maintenance request get resolved quickly. Same day from my experience. Lot of great amenities. If you have any problems or concerns just let the office know and they will take care of it!

We got our tour last month and everyone in the office was so helpful and welcoming! We just moved in and we couldnt be happier! The location is great--walking distance to bars/restaurants. Each unit has great use of space! And bonus-- beautiful views from the rooftop patio!

Weve lived at Stella for a couple of months now and its definitely the best complex weve ever lived in. You cant beat the location. The apts are beautiful. We have an awesome skyline view. We love management and the maintenance/cleaning staff. Probably has one of the biggest dog parks in Uptown. Generally quiet neighbors. Only real negative is the extremely tight parking spaces in the garage.

I moved to Dallas from LA and this place is great. The staff is wonderful, and although there were a couple things I would change about my layout overall I am really loving living here. The best things about Stella: The location is amazing, you can walk to all of uptown, victory park and even downtown. The designs of the building are also great. The parking is plentiful and underground. Cons: Some units look at power lines, but most units dont.

Also the Stella has great people in the front office who are helpful and easy to talk to! Highly recommended the Stella.

Great location to the Uptown and Downtown lifestyle! Best part is their Rooftop lounge area with amazing city views which is a rare feature to find for Uptown apartments. Jenna and everyone in the office makes living at Stella where you never want to move out!
