I enjoyed my stay at Station Old Town and have lived there since the apartment opened. Unfortunately, due to a personal emergency, I had to file for an early lease termination. The front desk employees were very good, and Donnica is the best manager the building has had to this day.However, I did face some issues during my stay. I often clashed with people of alternative lifestyles, specifically those who identify as homosexual. Additionally, some residents were extremely nosey and seemed to have too much free time on their hands, constantly involving themselves in other peoples business. You know the saying, misery loves company, and I dont like being around that mindset.Despite these challenges, I appreciated the buildings modern design and great amenities. Overall, it had everything I needed and was a pleasant place to.

The office staff here is absolutely amazing!!! My wife and I experienced quite a few hurdles prior to moving here. However, Donnica and Nikema worked tirelessly to make sure that we were kept in the loop about necessary steps to take to keep things moving forward. After a mountain of emails, calls, etc..we were able to make things official and move in! Moving from out of state was a difficult transition to say the least. The office staff definitely helped us keep the faith that everything would work out...and they did! So, on behalf of my family..thank you ladies for helping us! We greatly appreciate your diligence and work ethic in our process!

So far I am loving living at Aura. I moved in on 8/31. Management has been completely flooded with applicants and has had to contend with Covid-19-caused supply chain issues during the ongoing completion of this new community, but they are handling it all with grace. I have been treated with respect throughout the process and the apartment itself is glorious. Friendly & professional staff that have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, great fixtures/appliances, good soundproofing, fantastic amenities, and an ultra-convenient location all add up to one of the best places I have lived. God willing, I hope to live here a long time.

I moved in last month and I absolutely love it here. The parking garage makes it so easy to get to and from my apartment, even if I have to park on a different floor the elevator is right next to the door so it isn’t a hassle. Grassy areas all around which makes it easy for me to walk my dog no matter which door I exit through. Maintenance responds fairly quick and the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING! Specially Esmeralda, she’s always welcoming and friendly, she makes me feel comfortable when I need to address any issues or concerns due to her quick responses. Highly recommend. Also, they have plenty of resident events which is awesome.

I will delete this later on but I wanted yall to know, because its important.So on your entire website including the ebrochures their isnt a single picture of the bathtub or stand up shower. So I need to book a tour to know what kind of shower a floorplan has??? And if it has a shower bench. Okay.But im so glad theres 50 pictures of a leasing office ill visit one time.

Ive been here since September 2023 and so far, so good! I truly love the building, love my apartment, and some of the best amenities. I am actually transferring units in 2 months because I need more space and want to extend me stay here. My first interactions were with Taylor and she was wonderful but shes no longer here. Now we have Esmeralda and she is great as well! She is always attentive and ready to help. I would recommend Station at Old Town to anyone.

The new manager has been doing an outstanding job revitalizing the apartment complex. Ive been a resident since it first opened, and in that time, the complex has changed ownership twice, with a constant turnover of managers and supervisors. However, it seems they have finally hired the right person. Since Donnica Scott became manager, significant positive changes have taken place. I appreciate how she keeps everyone informed through regular emails, and the introduction of Food Truck Thursdays is a delightful addition. The property is now cleaner and safer. Thank you, Donnica, for all your hard work and dedication.

I lived here a couple months ago and I have to say this is a safe and welcoming complex. When I was first doing my paperwork process Esmeralda was the one to help us out with the whole process she was extremely helpful and made the whole process less stressful. If you are thinking of moving out on your own I would most definitely recommend this as a first home! And ask for Esmeralda as she will be very helpful and welcoming! My family and I thank Esmeralda for making our lives easier and for always being attentive and helpful.

We came about an hour before closing because we were kind of driving around looking for places and she was more than willing to help us. Very down to earth and friendly. The location is perfect access to the Interstate, shopping, airport, everything we need and like is a close drive. The property still has construction ongoing; the management did a great job getting our apartment finished on time and made our move in easy. We love the property, the 2 bedrooms, and patio. After 2 years we were able to buy a home, we were sad to leave our friends at this community. The maintenance staff were just more than helpful, they truly cared about our comfort and needs. We will miss these guys!

The staff here was very helpful during the leasing process, especially Amelia and Kate! The building is only about two years old, so everything is still looking brand new and modern. I’ve been here about a month and a half and have had zero issues. Looking forward for the summer weather to be able enjoy the super cute pool finally!The only thing I wish I would’ve considered before choosing my unit, I wish I would’ve paid attention to the location. There is a train station directly outside of my apartment and it’s only an issue for me because my work hours are so sporadic and have to sleep during the day, and the sound of the train will sometimes interrupt my sleep. But there are a ton of units on a different side of the complex I’m sure aren’t affected by the sound of the trains.Overall, I enjoy being here at Station at Old Town!

I moved in on 10/14/21 and I have loved my experience so far. Sure I’ve had some difficulties calling the office every so often but it is to be expected with the amount of new applicants and everything. The staff is always very apologetic about the delay in response and make sure to go above and beyond for what you need. Plus this is the first gated apartment where the gates actually stay closed instead of being wide open all the time! 10/10!

I toured with Layla and immediately fell in love with her and then the apartment. Don’t hesitate to stop in and see the amazing job the decorator did as all aspect of the community fits into the rustic team. The apartments are spacious ( especially the second bedroom), dark wood finishes(for those with kids like myself) and tucked away in a quiet area in Lewisville. Thank Layla for welcoming my family 😍
