I had a hole in my bathroom wall for about a month, I appreciate the accommodations given until the hole was fixed and I appreciate Jermaine and his team for fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. Craig and Chris did an excellent job the wall looks brand new and after using the shower there haven’t been any further issues. Starlite is a nice complex, I like the neighborhood and it is less than 10 minutes from the square and UNT. It’s a quiet neighborhood, neighbors are quite nice. The floor plan is pretty spacious for a two bedroom, my only complaints with the property would be the parking and lack of lights at night when you’re driving in. Parking for guests is confusing in this property so I just tell my guests to park on the road so they won’t get towed. Outside of that I have no complaints, God blessed me with a beautiful apartment surrounded by plenty of trees and peace so I am content. Nice and clean property, good wash and dryer system for their laundry room too, maintenance is pretty efficient (for some jobs it may take a while just because they are servicing many other properties not only Starlite), quick commute to the square and other nearby universities+ Kroger and other nearby stores, there are plenty of nearby bus stops too for those who use public transportation. I’d definitely say check out Starlite, I know every apartment has its ups and downs but this is a quality apartment that is taken care of. Great job to the staff who takes care of this place keep up the great work!

This place is haunted. That isn’t a joke or a lie this place deadass has ghosts. I’ve had multiple things move then they shouldn’t have and lights turn on behind me for no explainable reason. Honestly a good place to stay, but yah you’ll be rooming with ghosts.

Its ok so far only been here since Feb 1,2021But when I ask for any repairs they get it done extremely quick and leave me a note that its been done otherwise its okay theyre pretty nice just have some other issues thats personal with them but they work with you the way it goes and eat and the ones Im living in it is very easy parking
