I recently moved to Springs at Sunfield Apartments, and I couldnt be happier with my decision! The community is beautifully designed with modern amenities that cater to every need. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The landscaping is impeccable, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.The location is fantastic, with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any concerns. The community events and amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, add to the overall appeal of living here.I highly recommend Springs at Sunfield Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. It truly feels like a hidden gem in Buda, TX!

I had an amazing experience living at this complex for the past 15 months and would highly recommend it! The office staff, especially Brooke, was always helpful and quick to respond, making my move-in process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance was always quick to respond, and the guy who handles it is incredibly friendly and considerate, even waiting for me to put my dog away before entering. The complex is beautifully maintained, and I never had issues with parking or noisy neighbors. Also, this apartment is close to a school and even with this, noise levels were fairly low during peak start and end times of school. With this, the location also was within 5 minutes from most basic needs. Fellow dog owners were always responsible and very nice. Also quick to minimize any unnecessary dog barking. The pool was always clean in the summertime. The apartment itself was spacious with plenty of storage and a big closet - one of my favorite parts about living here! As cheesy as it sounds, I really cant think of anything negative about this complex other than their gym being a tad small but even that im pretty sure they are expanding in the next couple of months. The only reason I moved was to be closer to the city for work, but I would happily move back. This place is a solid 10/10!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! It was sad to leave because we felt like this was our forever home but knew it was time to move forward on our journey on purchasing a home. The staff there was amazing and Brooke Whittaker always ensured she went above and beyond to make sure all the residents needs were satisfied!! She is awesome along side with the entire Springs of Sunfield staff. Thank you for everything Springs!!

Ive been here for 4 years and this is the best apartment living experience Ive ever had! The management is great, the maintenance guys are FAST and FANTASTIC and, the property is lovely! I am so happy I found this apartment community!My only complaint is that I wish they replace more of the outdoor landscaping thats been lost over the years. A new resident wouldnt notice it, but I see it here and there.Thats my only complaint!

I love living here! It’s always so clean and well maintained by the maintenance staff! I also love Brooke and Elianna from the leasing office because of how diligent they are with working with the tenants. They have helped me out so much. And are always so welcoming when I walk into the office. Brooke is dedicated and compassionate and Elianna is extremely sweet and always welcoming with a warm smile answering my questions and helping in any way she can! They both are top tier and I am so grateful to live here. This is honestly the best place I have ever lived!

This has been the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. We were able to get a 6 month lease while our new house was being built.The staff here are exceptionally kind and so friendly. There are plenty of dog play areas and the whole complex feels very safe. Our particular unit must have thick walls because we hardly ever heard much from our neighbors. Also the maintenance guys were quick to fix whatever minor issue we had within the same day.I cant say enough about the wonderful people working in the office, especially Elianna! Overall I would recommend Springs at Sunfield to friends and family.

The staff is exceptional and expediently handle questions and requests. Most importantly is their congeniality considering they handle residents’ questions, etc throughout the day. They are so helpful and welcoming, even if you are just stepping in to pick up a filter for AC.

We love it here! We moved here sight unseen from a different state and the online process and communication was great! We were able to sign a 7-month lease with hopes of renewing but the commute into Austin is too much so we will be moving sadly. We love that it’s gated and there’s ample parking. The amenities here are great. The gym, pool, and car wash have been a great advantage. The trash pick-up has been great for the most part, they have skipped us a couple of times, so we’ve been putting the porch light on since it’s dark by our door. Our unit had a quick turn-a-round so there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed and they fixed it right away. They provide a pest control service as well as monthly air filters. Our unit has an ice machine which has been so nice. One thing that should be mentioned is that the walls are thinner so you can hear TVs/alarms through the walls if youre right next to the wall. Only a few times has it really been an issue but for the most part the neighbors here are all really respectful. Overall they really maintain this property and have monthly events which is refreshing to see!

I had a great leasing experience at this apartment even though I wasnt ultimately able to land a unit. Customer Service was reliable, quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice. They are willing to work with you and youre situation. Ill have to put down the name of the lovely desk attendant who helped me once I get a call back finalizing everything.Edit: The lovely desk attendant who helped me finalize everything was Elianna. Forever grateful for her truly, she took great care of me during this process.

I lived at Springs at Sunfield for three years (only moved out because of purchasing a home) and the team there is the best Ive ever experienced in 15 years of apartment living. Over the course of three years, Ive worked with two managers, five leasing / community associates, and four maintenance team members and all of them have made me feel safe and cared for. Theres been the occasional unpleasant fellow tenant experience, but in my experience that just comes with the territory of apartment life and, honestly, to have just a handful of those in three years is pretty great odds. The management team, though, always made me feel as if I belonged and met every challenge I faced with understanding and compassion -- and because of that Ill always look back on my time here with a smile. Cheesy, maybe, but true.

Springs at Sunfield is the best apartment home I have ever had. I have lived here over three years and from the Management Staff (Katelynn, Elianna and Brooke! They are all so helpful and kind!!Pete is an amazing maintenance supervisor and guy! He takes care of every apartment like it was where he lives and is always kind and considerate.Keith is The newest member of the maintenance staff I am sure he will be awesome with Pete showing him the ropes. I met him the first week he was here and he is very sweet and kindI cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is to live. If you are looking for a place around Buda and Kyle, on the outskirts of Austin, take a look at Springs at Sunfield.

We have lived at the Springs for a year now and absolutely love it here. It is the best apartment I have ever rented. The inside is gorgeous, and our neighbors are incredibly friendly. There are 2 dog parks, which is amazing. A lot of people complain about parking, but we have never had an issue with that. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly as well and quick to help you with whatever you need. If my job was not transferring me out of state, we would definitely renew here, I am sad to leave such a wonderful home.

Since I moved to this complex, over 2 years ago, I have had a wonderful experience. The grounds are always well maintained and the amenities are great!The most recent property manager, Smyrna, is phenomenal. She is so kind and answers any questions I may have so promptly.The maintenance team is fantastic as well. They always wave when passing and respond to all my maintenance requests very quickly. The maintenance manager, Pete, has been working here since I moved in and he always does a great job. He is professional, courteous, and goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done more than well. Overall, this complex is great and I’m happy to be a resident here :)

I moved in a little less than a month ago and everything has been amazing! The application and leasing process was quick and easy. This is also the best property I’ve stayed in amenity wise. A car wash, two dog parks, a nice pool, a nice gym AND the above and beyond service? Personally haven’t used it yet but for someone to come let my dog out for me if I need them to? Amazing. Only minor issue I’ve had is the new key fob and automatic gate card, but that’s currently being fixed. Outstanding property!

Amazing complex to live in. Ive been here for over a year now and I have had not one single complaint. Not even a noise complaint. I feel very safe and secure and maintenance and the office is top notch. Super clean property and modern interiors. The pool area is like being at a resort and the gym is stocked with stuff to make protein shakes (powders, almonds, honey, various milk products, etc.) and stocked cold lavender face towels. Equipped with everything you need including yoga mats and the glass garage door opens up to the pool area for outdoor yoga/meditation. Also, super close to everything in Buda!

The Leasing office staff are friendly and very helpful, Mercedes is one who always has warm greeting and asks immediately what she can do for me, great people. The apartments are new so everything is well taken care of. I recommend Springs!

Ive lived here for about six months and its been the best apartment experience Ive had in the last 12 years. The units are gorgeous, the complex feels incredibly safe, and the people are friendly. The parcel lockers are very handy and having an option of two dog parks is awesome. The staff was wonderfully kind on day 1 and Ive only been more impressed with them since. They seem really committed to the community! They have been incredibly helpful to me (and Im sure many others) during COVID-19 and all the ups and downs that have come with the pandemic, for which I am very grateful!

I have been living at this complex for two years now and it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the office staff is very professional and communicate very efficiently. Mercedes at the front desk is very friendly and if I have a question about anything, it gets answered. I am also very impressed with all the amenities the complex offers, as well as being very pet friendly with zero bogus restrictions. The apartments are very nice and I haven’t had any serious issues resulting in maintenance coming out!I definitely recommend giving springs at sunfield chance if you are looking for nice and affordable living!

Great front desk staff, clean complex, landscaping always neat and trimmed, top maintenance department. The carwash is a great perk and I feel safe living here. Top apartment complex in the Buda, Kyle area, and visited them all! The completely private entrance of each apartment is fantastic. No dirty hallways, breezeways stairwells or noisy people to deal with, very unique townhouse type of apartments. Have been here months and plan to renew my contract. The garbage service they use is clean and does not leave a trail of dirty liquids on the cement. They have a doggy poop DNA service keeping the grounds clean and save for pets and people. Im very demanding, came from NY 7 years ago, rented in Austin and the service, quality and cleanliness was under par to terrible. Im very happy here,

Rent is competitive for the area. The management is helpful, accommodating, & kind. The large one bedroom is spacious, the grounds are kept well. Love the swimming pool area & workout area. Use them often. The maintenance team is very quick to reply to any maintenance problems. Which isnt very often.. Neighborhood environment, really enjoy living here.

I’ve lived at Sunfield for over two years now and so much has drastically improved.Within the first 8-10 months of moving in, the office went through 2-3 community managers and staff was rotating, so it was a bit unorganized. THANKFULLY Springs the absolute best property manager. Smyrna has been here for about a year now and she does an incredible job. She is professional and personable and she keeps working on community issues until there is a solution. She has had to “clean up” after a crew that did poor work and created chaos all over the complex.ALSO, Pete is head of maintenance and I am so grateful he has been here the entire time I’ve lived here! He is awesome! He has a great work ethic and gets things done promptly. The work he does never goes undone and he is always so friendly.THANK YOU GUYS!I love my complex and I would suggest it to people in a heartbeat!*not trying to be rude for these comments below-And as far as the parking- I know that Smyrna is continuously looking for solutions to this issue that she walked into from the previous “workers.” It can blow your mind if you address the issue with someone in a polite manner as well. And hey, did you guys try giving them suggestions?-I for one am impressed by the way the complex samples for the dogs dna to identify poop. Never heard of it, but it’s great. . If there was a piece of poop an owner was fined for, it was obviously big enough to be an issue. Does anyone really go scraping the grass for possible left over poop? They always have plenty of bags stocked around the complex- leaving dog poop around is highly avoidable and common courtesy.

I moved here almost 3 months ago and I’ve been happy with my experience so far. The complex is very quiet even though there’s a decent amount of residents. I practically never hear my neighbors. I was worried about that moving from a house back to an apartment but so far so good. The neighbors are friendly and the community is safe. There is 2 dog parks and my pup loves running around. Kim and Smyrna have been wonderful to work with. They made my move in really easy and have checked in with me along the way. They are so helpful and accommodating. The maintenance team is friendly, fast and communicative. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained.The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is for the parking. I know they are working on a solution but if I leave in the evening and come back after 8pm there’s maybe one or two spots left and they are on the opposite side of the complex. That’s frustrating. Other than that the only other thing that would be nice would be a small children’s park. Maybe a slide or two and a swing set.Overall, I’m really impressed with management and the amenities here and the apartments are really nice. Upgraded fixtures, modern paint and granite countertops. I would renew again.

My daughter lives in these Apartment homes and is very happy! She always raves about the staff. Katelynn, Megan and Pete are all so good to her. They know she has an illness that doctors are trying to get under control so they stop by and check on her during the week and help her when she needs it. They are so amazing!

Ive lived in this apartment since last December. So far, Im content with living here. This apartment is brand new, so everything is clean. And, their service is so fast. Also, a police officer is living with us, so I can feel very safe. Whenever I visit the leasing office, there are many drinks and snacks that I can have freely. The pool is so clean and there are lots of fun things to do. Thus, I can give them 5 stars without any hesitation.

From the moment I walked into the Springs At Sunfield it felt like home. Kim was Awesome. I was amazed on how great and well kept the property was. Just Beautiful. After my first initial visit; I didn’t even visit any other properties, in my search for a new home. Kim and Ms Gonzalez made the process as seamless as possible! If you have kids, ESPECIALLY NEWBORNS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY, I swear we have the people upstairs having parts or something with knocking at the door at the a.m.! Parties dont stop until 4:00 a.m.. Good luck to the next tendons. Its great, not sleeping... Im writing this currently at 1 am because my baby cant sleep, and dont want to wake my husband up.Other than that if you have any AC problems or any problems with the apartment they will be fixed almost instantly. The property is managed well, and people for the most part are nice.Thats positive.I feel like we got really unlucky in our apartment being on the first floor. It is a beautiful place where you live quietly and you feel safe. Best place Ive ever rented. Solid pricing, great amenities, very responsive staff. Great location, although the fact that theres a Sonic Drive-In right over the freeway is far too dangerous for me. :) Looks like it could also do a good job building a community with events and such in the common areas, but Ive only lived here during COVID so cant vouch for that.

I would like to take a moment and pay a long overdue compliment to Pete. My family has lived in Springs for a year and I was away for 4 of those months , during the 4 months I was away Pete was always willing to help answer my wifes million and one maintenance questions and was always very helpful no matter how big or small the job was. When I started living in Springs , Pete always gave me a greeting and on occasion a pleasant conversation. Pete will definitely be someone my family will miss at Springs. Thank-you for hiring an all around amazing guy.

When I ask, the typical answer is I dont know, its Active Building.... The place is out of control with big dogs (rottweiler like) running around loose with no leash on. This place is messed-up

The property is beautiful and Jennie was a big help in making sure I understood everything I needed before I moved in. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds looking beautiful and the dog parks are a perfect place for my dog to run and have fun.
