I have been living at Springs at McKinney for 4-years now, and are not looking to go anywhere else!! Springs at McKinney checked all of my boxes. I love all of the staff, the maintenance team is amazing. The staff is quick to respond and go above & beyond to create a positive experience. If you’re looking for a great place to live, Springs at McKinney is it!!

I Lived at The Springs for 2 years. I absolutely loved it. The Management and maintenance teams are amazing. You can tell they take pride in the grounds and the look of the apartments, it’s a super fun complex and I loved that is is well lit especially being a single woman.The 2 things that caused me to move were the lack of parking spaces and the noise from Stacy Rd. If you rent here definitely get a garage, or pay for your own parking spot.

I’ve lived here since 2019. It’s a great community. The staff is amazing and Dante in maintenance is wonderful too. Meghan in the office has gone above and beyond for me several times. One time in specific, it was after hours and I had a medical emergency and didn’t have a key to get back in my apartment. It was after midnight. She met me at office to give me spare. I don’t know many other communities that would do this. Francesca is so great. Always friendly when I come in to office and when I see her through out the community. Parking can be a bit little bit of a hassle but I just got a garage and problem solved. Super pet friendly. My babies love it here. I’ve met many great people that live in this community. Too bad I can’t give it more than 5 stars.

Up to now I have been new to this property for a few months but my experience has been positive, everything is clean, impeccable, the maintenance staff is respectful and always ready quickly to make any arrangement in my home. office staff respectful and so far a quiet place . I recommend this property if you love tranquility and peace.

I live at springs at McKinney and am very happy I moved here ! The staff is very kind and helpful and professional! Mercedes is so very helpful she is very thorough and pleasant on ever task at hand! I enjoy living at the Springs of McKinney. It has a very “homey” feel. The office staff has always been friendly, accommodating and helpful. They have addressed any questions or concerns to my satisfaction. The maintenance staff has been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. I am very happy I live here. We feel safe and love the location.

Definitely staying here for another year since Meghan and Francesca are very transparent with you about everything that goes on at Springs at Mckinney! You won’t be disappointed at all!I’m moving here soon and I cannot wait! The staff is very amazing and they provided me with a wonderful experience! The apartments are really nice too!

I’ve lived at the Springs at Mckinney for almost a year now. This being my 1st apartment living alone with my son we absolutely loved it. A big thing as a single parent is safety. Loved the quiet & gated community! I have no complaints & will truly miss everything about this community. Maintenance is very timely & fixed the few requests I’ve made same day. Leasing staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Community is always clean & well kept. Parking is limited, but expected living in any apartment complex. Will recommend the springs at mckinney moving forward to friends and family in the area!

My husband and I moved into The Springs at McKinney in February. We both love our new spacious apartment. The floor plan is awesome and we get a lot of use out of the kitchen island. We chose an apartment with a garage and the garage has tons of space. The staff is top notch. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming. The maintenance man is one of the best. He does a super job. The grounds always look amazing. The location is convenient to 121 and grocery stores and restaurants . We are very happy with our choice to move to The Springs at McKinney.

Update: Valet trash service is good these days. I see it’s getting picked up as per schedule even though I don’t use it much. Moving from 1 to 5 star as valet trash was my only concern. The maintenance team continues to do their best and completes the requests quickly.Valet Trash never gets picked up. Even after complaining 5 or more times in leasing office, there is no use and the trash is always not picked from my home. After 10 pm, I had to go out in cold to drop the trash so that I can take my bin back. Getting charged every month for a valet trash service but then they really don’t collect the trash at door step. Didn’t had any other issue at this community so far and Maintanance is pretty good, but the valet trash is horrible to the core. What worries me is that there is no action taken from leasing office staff even after complaining 5 or more times. I am writing this review at 10:45 pm after frustration of going out on cold to drop the trash myself. This is 5th time on this month and leasing office is not really fixing the problem even after complaining many times.

I moved here over a year ago after selling my home. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with the staff. They are very friendly and try to get to know you and for you to get to know them. The maintenance man, Dante, is awesome and super responsive. I didn’t give 5-stars because I think it’s overpriced for what you get. I’m paying for the location and newness, but there aren’t a ton of amenities for the price like you would expect. It works for me for now.One issue I had at the beginning that they’ve worked to resolve was the floor plan with garages underneath. My apartment would shake and the sound of neighbors opening/closing their garages was so noisy it would wake me or interrupt conversation. Once I let them know, they worked with the builder to get it sorted. It just took a long time IMOAll in all, I would recommend this apartment.

Recently toured this property and absolutely LOVED it! Very well maintained common areas with pretty landscape. Model units are staged beautifully, have spacious balconies and upgraded kitchens that definitely add a luxurious touch. Zoned to AISD school which is a HUGE bonus and fairly close to outlet mall. Only reason I didn’t sign a lease on the spot was because I was waiting to hear back on work location which ended up being in Rockwall. I definitely recommend this property for those looking for luxury style living in an amazing location!

Beautiful New Community, Very nice management team. Very friendly , honest and helpful. Not to pushy but sincere in making sure you pick the right place to live. They are a very good team of people. I recently relocated to the Springs at McKinney and it has been a great experience so far. The office staff has been amazing in assisting me with all my questions. When I received my keys, Robert (in maintenance) met me at the apartment to walk through it. Anything I mentioned Robert made quick repair of and he did it was a great attitude. Im so glad I found this property!!

I moved to Springs at Mckinney, 4yrs ago. I relocated to Texas from California. My daughter and her husband was given the task of being my liaison in finding me a safe, reasonably priced friendly, professional. quiet community. And Springs at McKinney has proven to be that and more. The Management has been relatable and professional. Every concern has been addressed in a timely manner. I plan to renew my lease.

The staff here is AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I moved in around June and we have been very pleased with the community as well as how the staff remembers your name every time you walk in to the office. We have the 3 bedroom apartment, and LOVE all the space it offers!!

We move here in a little less than two weeks and I am super excited. Meghan allowed us to see the exact floor plan of our unit (since ours was still under construction) to get an idea of the size for furniture and other items. I am super excited about not having an upstairs neighbor and having a gigantic garage. We chose the 2 bed 2 bath with garage under floorplan.I can not wait. It seems like a superb place to live!

I cant say enough about my time here at the Springs at Mckinney. It is a great community that is safe, clean and provides you with lots to do. Franchesca, Meghan, Lindsey and Dante are amazing! They always make you feel welcomed and apart of the family they have built here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to make their next move. You wont regret it!

I love these apartments! Hands down the most modern and up to date apartments I’ve ever lived in. The only two things I absolutely find so inconvenient is (1)not having real area for kids to play around.... the Dog park is nice and all but I find it a bummer that my child can’t really run around many places (2) The Valet trash is awesome buuuut there are sometimes I just have more trash than one bag so I have to dump it myself which is fine.... the issue is with the trash compactor. I wish there was just a dumpster for the trash. It would be so much easier to throw away. With Covid-19 times I just hate touching the door to the compactor each time I need to throw trash away. Sorry just being honest. That being said Staff at the Apartments are TOP NOTCH!!!! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly!!!! Love it here!!

The apartments are great I was a tenant in Colorado Springs so when I relocated to Texas I really wanted to stay with this Community the staff is great but the parking is not so good but you can learn adjust to it my issues was my downstairs tenants had two dogs and they continually bark and after repeat reports nothing was never done but I guess that’s the breaks huhBut trust the community and staff is great just dog barking but life is about adjusting to the little things right
