    I have been living at Springs at Lakeline for almost 3 years, and I couldnā€™t be happier with my experience here! The community is incredibly safe and clean, especially when compared to other apartment complexes where my friends reside. Itā€™s such a relief to come home to a well-maintained and peaceful environment.The leasing staff, particularly Rachel and Smyrna, are always so friendly, professional, and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and their needs are met. The maintenance team is also top-notch, handling requests promptly and efficiently, which is something I truly appreciate.The amenities are another big plus. The pool is always clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot to relax on weekends. The gym is equipped with everything you need for a great workout, and the complementary granola bars and protein shakes are such a thoughtful touch!If youā€™re looking for a community that combines excellent service, safety, and cleanliness, I wholeheartedly recommend Springs at Lakeline. It truly feels like home!

    Long post but sharing my experience in case it helps someone with their decision.I recently moved to Texas from another state and during one of my visits, I decided to physically go see some of the apartments I had on my list. I had a neighborhood in mind and a list of basic criteria and to be honest after visiting all the communities they were all pretty comparable. However, I choose Springs at Lakeline not only for the typical things such as cleanliness, security, price point, etc..but the staff was the deal breaker. They are friendly and helpful and specifically Rachel who was the one that helped me the day I came in. She went above and beyond. She practically showed me all the different models and asked questions to narrow down what would work for my needs which in the end was different than what I was originally looking at.Ive been here about 2-3 weeks now and Im pretty sure I made the right choice. I couldnt ask for a smoother transition to a new state. The staff always friendly and helpful with my questions and the apartment in excellent condition where I basically just moved in with zero worries & issues.

    The leasing staff is consistently kind, helpful, and ready in resolving issues! Unlike many other leasing offices, where poor service is the norm (think about unanswered emails and ignored calls) the team at Springs stands out from the rest. They always respond promptly and are dedicated to finding solutions. Even the maintenance team is exceptionally friendly and professional. You can truly count on them for a great living experience!

    Smyrna went above and beyond!! Current resident here and recently a package was stolen off our front porch. Its never something that has happened before, but still disappointing. I messaged management just to let them know (not expecting anything, just seemed important to tell them). She was super understanding and kind. Then she mentioned that she ordered me a door camera and even offered to install it! So incredibly thoughtful. Feeling very lucky to have management that cares šŸ˜‡

    This has been a life changing move for me. I havenā€™t lived in an apartment for over 30 years and I was super scared about it. The team here has made the move worth it.Iā€™ve called the office for small things that normally would be on a tenant to have to fix on their own or do on their own, however, calling the office I can remember a time Darius stopped what he was doing. Ran right over to fix my garage because I just couldnā€™t figure out how to enter a code which he has done that multiple times. He is someone that goes out of his way for all tenants in the community and he always greet you with a smile, kindness, warmth, and professionalism . This was the best decision I ever made.

    Springs at Lakeline was the first apartment I moved into after graduating college and relocating from Orlando, FL to kickstart my career. Over the years, Iā€™ve seen many community managers, leasing officers, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel come and go. Despite the changes, the quality of community engagement and support has consistently remained top-notch.The community is impeccably maintained, and the management team excels in providing clear, proactive communication regarding any changes or updates. Whether its temporary pool closures for cleaning, clubhouse reservations, or parking lot re-painting, the updates are timely and straightforward. Combined with my personal experience with the 24/7 maintenance team, I honestly couldnt ask for a better place to live.Earlier today, on a whim, I browsed the available units for a potential transfer. After some thought, I realized Iā€™d outgrown the studio I moved into back in 2019. So, I headed down to the leasing office with a friend to tour the available spaces, and was warmly greeted by the always-iconic Rachel.Every interaction Iā€™ve had with Rachel has been a pleasure. Sheā€™s upbeat, fun, and gets straight to the pointā€”no fluff, no nonsense. She happily showed me a few units on the spot, and we discussed everything from unit availability to transfer logistics and financial considerations. Every question I had was answered with clarity.Whether youā€™re moving into your first apartment or seeking a modern, peaceful community, I wholeheartedly recommend Springs at Lakeline.

    Living here is a blessing. Absolutely clean environment. Friendly residents. Located in the perfect area to keep it safe and quiet from the busyness of our beloved city Austin.The floorplans are fascinating and appealing making it kind of hard to choose from!When I moved into my apartment it was in mint condition I have no complaints. The best part is the amazing sleep I get in this peaceful place.Shout out the the amazing staff for their hard work and friendly professionalism in making this place wonderful

    We just renewed our lease because we have had a great experience living at the Springs. The complex is quiet, clean and well run. Maintenance has been great to work with, as has the management. We have been here long enough that there have been some changes in staff along, but they have always been very helpful and professional. When that occurs, you have to believe that attitude and training comes from the top, so I thank Smyrna for that. After renewing, I decided to post a review and was shocked to see some residents had issues with the complex. We have never had any problems, understanding that sometimes contractors like the trash guys may not be perfect and in fact the contractor got changed out while we have been here. I appreciate the trash pickup and rules like that which keep the complex clean and neat. I saw a video someone posted about a preventative maintenance visit that the resident wanted to tape and have to say that many businesses (including where I have worked) do not allow videotaping of any processes. This started in my line of work because of a lawsuit based on a video that was later found to be altered, and although the suit got dropped, it was a big deal for all involved and resulted in the new policy of no taping. Granted, parking rules are strict and I sometimes wish there was greater leniency there, but if there were no rules it would be like other complexes where residents have a hard time parking near their homes. Anyway, the staff has been great to work with as far as we are concerned and there are rules for reasons.

    I am loving these apartments!!! I have been here for about three months and I got nothing bad to say. The layout is spacious, and the amenities are great! Moving in was a breeze all thanks to Rachael!! I was so happy I had her as my representative when looking at the apartments! She has such a wonderful vibe and she made me feel like I was her long time neighbor!!!

    Darius Brown was extremely professional during my visit to Springs at Lakeline on Monday September 16,2024 showing me a Grand 1 bd/ 1 bath . He took the time to be very thorough thru out the tour . On Wednesday September 17 went in to make an application, at this time toured a smaller unit ( better fit for my budget) and now waiting approval. Beyond excited to Make Sorings at Lakeline my new home . The layout of the property put my mind at ease as far as safety . Thank you Darius for your kindness and patience helping me thru this new Chapter in my life . Best Regards .Unfortunately days later was not approved after waiting on rental verification status ( which I knew was in good standing) Still beautiful community. Hopefully in the future. Pending final paperwork of denial.

    After spending some time with Rachel Smith at Springs of Lakeline, touring my new residence, I have to say she is one of the MOST welcoming people I have ever met, and made me feel completely at home, in a time of great transition for me. She has a wonderful energy an aura about her that just makes you feel at home. Im very blessed to have found her and this complex and can not wait to call it home.     We had a great experience living here. Iā€™ve lived in numerous apartments across the country, and Smyrna the community manager is the best. She goes well out of her way to help residents and truly cares about her community. Communication is amazing and sheā€™s incredibly quick and helpful to solve any issues. The apartments themselves are clean, quiet, and peaceful, nestled in a convenient location. Move out process was seamless and easy- no hidden fees or being stuck with charges. Truly a hidden gem in places to live within Austin!

    My family moved into this apartment complex, and we are loving it. We didnt have any problems, everything went very well from the application to our move. I want to praise the attention and patience of the staff, especially Rachel who was always willing to help us. So far we are loving our experience! Today I would recommend this condominium with my eyes closed. We came from a place where people were excellent at interpersonal treatment, but the condominium was dirty, poorly maintained and the most problematic thing was expensive.

    Iā€™m currently in the process of searching for a new apartment with my wife, and we recently visited Springs at Lakeline to check it out. I have not decided on an apartment yet, but I felt like I needed to leave a review to recognize the amazing work that Rachel in the office is doing.She is very knowledgeable in the industry -as anyone who speaks with her will quickly discover. She is very personable and was straightforward answering our questions, even if she knew it was an answer I didnā€™t want to hear. Rachel displays all the qualities I would want/need my property manager to have. Clear, direct, polite, and intelligent. šŸ‘šŸ½The only factor keeping me on the fence about signing a lease is the fact that there are no ā€œassigned parking spotsā€, nor are there any covered car ports available. This is worrisome due to the random nature of our weather here in Austin -with all the hail falling sporadically through the year. I was informed that they do offer garages and some units even come with an attached garage. However, they are a little out of budget for what weā€™re looking for.

    I highly recommend living at the Springs at Lakeline. The entire staff is wonderful, whether it be in office, or maintenance calls, there is always someone to help. Recently moved in and James has been so helpful with my transition. Every work order has been answered and greeted with a great attitude and work ethic. Have definitely learned a thing or two about replacing filters, dealing with a leak, or even how to work my digital thermostat! Always a joy to see him around the property.

    My partner and I fell in love with the community when we first toured. It was the second complex we had toured, and wanted to keep looking just to see if there were any better options for us. As much as we looked, we always compared the apartments to Springs at Lakeline. I am beyond grateful for the staff here. Smyrna as well as the rest of the office staff made our moving process so easy. The maintenance staff has been super helpful and responsive when we have service requests. The community is calm, clean, and I feel completely safe walking here. The gym has a great variety of equipment, and sometimes I sneak in a quick workout when my schedule is busy. We are so happy to be living here, and look forward to staying here as long as possible!

    The apartments are beautiful, and spacious. I moved here from out of state and they look exactly as pictured online. Shout out to the cleaning crew, because my apartment was spotless upon move-in.Quiet neighborhood. Even on New Years people were finished with fireworks by 11:30. Maintaince staff is great, very communicative and professional. The manager, Smyrna is fantastic! She made the whole move-in process easy.As far as parking goes, there is a strict parking policy, and guest cars will get towed after 7 if not registered. Which I 100% appreciate, because parking is limited. They want to ensure residents can park. My only gripe would be that the guest parking lot is always full with the same cars, so other people wanting guests after 7pm, have like 3-4 open spots max.Otherwise, I love this complex, amenities, and staff!

    I am currently in the process of moving in to the Springs at Lakeline- and Rachel and Smyrna have been nothing but helpful! I booked a very last minute tour with Rachel and she was so kind and understanding despite being extremely busy. She has been nothing but transparent throughout the entire process, and has been extremely communicative. When Rachel has not been there, I have been in contact with Smyrna who has been just as helpful and kind- always making sure I am in the loop with what apartments are coming available (I started searching early), and Smyrna made sure to tell me promptly when one that works perfect for me was ready. The complex itself is beautiful, quiet, and located conveniently for me. A huge step up from my complex now- living off of the frontage road, no balconies, no grass, and having constant noise and problems with neighbors. I am very excited to move forward and be a resident here thanks to my experience with Rachel and Smyrna!

    Itā€™s a nice community, gate works, maintenance is awesome and fast, office staff are friendly. Residents clean up after their dogs, the place is well maintained.Old review-You will hear every single footstep, front doors closing (they slam shut automatically), toilet flushing, shower use, cabinets opening/closing, microwaves etc. For some reason these apartments are built in a way that the ceilings/walls are super creaky/thin and itā€™s noise that I canā€™t drown out unless I wear headphones all day every day.Edit 1 year in 3/2024: honestly, I really like this community. Itā€™s usually quiet which is a plus as a WFH person, the noise transference is still there (Iā€™m used to it now) but my neighbors are very respectful (nothing more than day to day movement). Nothing has broken down in my apartment and no bug issues which is amazing. -1 star for super strict parking policy, wish they would change it so that you canā€™t just have 1 guest car at a time. They need more free unregistered parking out in front of the leasing office but thereā€™s zero space. Other than that I would definitely recommend living here!

    This place is amazing! We needed to find a short term rental while we waited for our house to be built and they had a 7 month rental available. They go above and beyond here. I have lived in apartments where it is good solely because you dont run into any troubles. Springs at Lakeline is so much better than that! They host events and have drinks/coffee at the clubhouse and even have a protein shake bar in the gym. I won a cheese board in a contest and my dog got a new toy and treats from the front desk staff. They are attentive, responsive, and very timely in everything they do. the organization makes my life so much easier. And everyone here is friendly and amazing. I cannot say anything bad about this place. Seriously, if you are unsure just come!

    The Springs at Lakeline is such an amazing place to live. Management and maintenance staff are professional, knowledgeable, and are great at what they do. From the gym, to the pool, dog parks, and car washing station, this community has it all. They have done an awesome job at constantly ensuring that the community feels like home, and regularly host community events that keeps residents engaged, which in turn creates a wonderful atmosphere within the community. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out of 10, two thumbs up, would definitely recommend!

    My experience has been great for the 3 years that I have lived here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and immediately replies to all emails and requests made. The apartment complex is pretty brand new so I never had issues with the appliances (washer, Dryer, dishwasher, AC). This is by far my favorite place that I have lived in and wish I could stay here longer. You wont be disappointed with living here and special shout out to Smyrna and Vince!

    The best management team ever. I am so happy for Derrick that he got promoted. Miss him a lot. Everyone there has always been very nice. Thanks for all the help Smyrna. I forgot the new girls name and she always remembers mine:( The access to the pool, club house, computers, and gym is the most Ive experienced. The response from maintenance is quick. Only issue was parking, but its still not as bad as where I am now. Wish I couldve paid the amount of rent that they were going to charge. It was just too much. Miss you guys!!!!

    I highly recommend living at the Springs at Lakeline! I have lived here for four years and have enjoyed every minute. The apartment itself is sleekly designed and includes beautiful appliances, the staff is responsive and genuinely helpful, and the community itself is the cutest Ive lived in. Additionally, the rate is very comparable for the area, and includes free (open) parking and amenities. I give the Springs at Lakeline my highest recommendation! :)

    The community staff here are some of the best I have experienced. They are conscious and respectful of the residents who live here.Ive never heard a leaf blower or a mower before 9:00 am. on any day of the week. The apartments are well built and are the quality you would expect from a luxury apartment. With great insulation, great AC and floors thick enough you wont hear your neighbors every step.Also No trespass parking (if it is not registered it gets towed)is the best thing ever! Guest park in the front of the office! Living here is what it truly means to be in a lux apartment.

    I love these apartments! I moved to Austin and was having a hard time finding a nice, affordable apartment with amazing amenities outside the city. Most of them were super over priced and or outdated appliances. Here I found beautiful stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, hardwood floors in common areas, mine even came with a balcony. The office were kind and super helpful in finding what I needed in the time frame. Maintenance team have been outstanding they are quick with getting things fixed and very reliable. They do a great job on keeping the community clean, the pool is sparking during the summers and I couldnt have picked a better property! Thank you Springs at Lakeline team!

    Ive lived here for 9 months now. I really enjoy living here. I love how well lit it is. Its nice to be able to go out at night and feel safe. Also, very nice to have a sidewalk where my niece can ride her bike. Love the availability of the clubhouse. The apartment itself is spacious, open concept, only drawback is the closet layout in master bedroom doesnt allow for ample storage space.

    Overall I will give this place a good review. Maintenance is fast to respond to any issue and is willing to go above and beyond to be helpful.The complex isnt perfect, but when you figure in the value compared to other complexes in the same area its a fair deal. The walls are thin as other people mentioned, but the neighbors I have had are considerate and mindful of this. The pool area is actually fun.

    Absolutely love it here! - I moved in back in January and itā€™s been a wonderful experience so far! Derrick is so helpful Lisa and Jessica are wonderful! The residents are all super nice and respectful! They even brought water to my door when I needed to make my sonsā€™ bottles! So sweet! Definitely glad I chose to live here even tho I toured a million places! This one feels the closest to home and not an apartment at all!Definitely check this place out! The kitchen are GORGEOUSā€™!- you wonā€™t be disappointed!!!!!

    I have been very impressed with the property, amenities and especially the staff. Ashley, Abigail, Cory and Matt have been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door they treated me like a VIP. I even called once without leaving a message and they spotted the caller ID and returned my call immediately...who does that anymore! Any maintenance requests are handled property and the maintenance staff is very friendly. The apartment and grounds are in great condition and well kept. My apartment is very comfortable and quiet. Lots of amenities from pool and exercise room to package delivery lockers to dog park. I was a bit nervous moving back into an apartment after living in houses for a long time, but this move has been great.

    I first will start with how truly amazing the apartment manager Smyrna is. I wish all apartment managers were like her. She has been so helpful, understanding, accommodating, and considerate. I was in the process of moving back home due to my job transferring me. There was a lot of back and forth, and Smyrna was the reason I wasnt at least stressing about a place to live. I am not one for long stories. But, I could have been more stressed and she took that burden away from me.I can say I absolutely love living here and also love how amazing and fast the maintenance team is here! Anytime I submit a request its taken care of almost immediately. If you are looking for a place to live in Austin, I would highly recommend this place! I will be here for another six months, as I will be transferring back home after that time. I wouldnt live anywere else while extending my stay in Texas.

    I have honestly never had a better experience at an apartment community. I moved from the Waco complex (Springs at Cottonwood) to Springs at Lakeline, and everyone from the first phone call to present has been fantastic. Maintenance is snappy and efficient, the community is clean and neat, I have great neighbors, I love the layouts and have enjoyed my time at the Springs.Abi Coe was my leasing agent and she was amazing! She took all the time I needed, answered every single question I had and showed me several units before I made a decision. I never felt pressured. Anytime I have a question, I know I can call the office and get an answer. Ashley is another leasing agent and she has been super friendly and helpful as well. Cory, the property manager, is very approachable and easy to talk to! Overall customer service for me has been a 10/10 in every way.The rates here are very competitive - you can live in a brand new apartment for the price of an old one! I love the gym because the machines are brand new and its open 24/7. You can even make a smoothie with fresh fruit and protein. Residents have access to Starbucks coffee and snacks as well. The dog park and car wash are indispensable if you like to wash your own car or have a dog.I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in North Austin to give the Springs at Lakeline a call!

    I love my apartment community. The grounds are always well kept, and work orders are processed in a timely fashion. Parking has also improved since the changes have been made. I can slightly hear my neighbors walking, but like typical apartment living noise. I would recommend the community to others. Ashley in the office is always on top of my needs.     Very new apartments. Very friendly staff. Amazing amenities (free morning espresso :]) 24 hr pool and clubhouse. Some appliances have kinks. Not all new products comes out of the box perfect. Maintenance handled my dryer situation in an extremely timely manner (even with delays for parts, its something no one can really control). You wont find the perfect staff you want in any apartment search, these people fit the your friendly neighborhood staff. Nothing more I could ask for. Policies are laid out crystal clear, u just need to put the effort in reading your contract. Been here for a month now, loving it.

    We lived in this apartment for more than an year before moving into our own house. We loved this apartment as it was in the prime location. There are several parks, groceries stores and schools close by.The leasing staff were amazing and always willing to help the residents with any questions/concerns they had.     I Love it here, the apartments are practically new they are modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The maintenance crew is efficient and very professional, my wife and I love it here. This is a great community to live in!

    Iā€™ve lived here for less than a year and so far everything is pretty great. I love the online system, the grounds look great, the other residents are nice and my apartment seems pretty energy efficient. I will say that parking is horrible if you get home late. When I first moved in, it was not an issue, now Iā€™m assuming that more people are moving in or more people are having guests over. There have been times that I literally have had to park on the opposite side of the property. Thatā€™s apartment living for ya though. Nothing is perfect and if thatā€™s all I have to ā€œcomplainā€ about... Iā€™d say thatā€™s pretty good. Overall, I would recommend this property to family and friends.

    When looking for an apartment my fiancƩ and I take in all the details. We shop around, we ask all of the questions and we try our best to consider the Very best option. Abigail Cole at Springs has been Amazing. She has been professional, patient and helpful. Anytime we changed our minds with something or needed more time to decide, she was happy to provide what ever we needed! I know we probably got on her last nerve but even then she was positive and bright. The property is beautiful and the units are nice. They want to make sure you are taken care of when you come home. An awesome perk, is that they Love pets! The offers they have for pets alone make it worth wild. If you are considering this property, I strongly recommend putting them at the top of the list because we are very happy we did.

    I absolutely love my home here at springs! The staff is amazing and is always striving for excellence and that is a huge reason why I plan on staying for a long time. Con: parking is horrendous. 300 parking spaces to 300 units? Imagine getting home from work late everyday and there is literally no parking- not even at the front office. Ive waited HOURS for someone to leave so that I can park in a spot on the opposite side of the complex of where my home is. Im so stressed out and emotionally overwhelmed about this situation & losing so much sleep due to having to wait for parking to become available. I have tried posting on the community forum, active building, on where else I can park with out getting towed but it seems management didnt approve my post.Parking has since been fixed! :D

    The community is well maintained by the team, the amenities are clean and common areas are well kept. The additional parking, recently built, greatly helps. Unlike my previous apartment complex, the Springs team is quick to respond with anything I need. Would definitely renew here!

    I come often to visit my daughter. The property is quiet and well maintained. Even though parking isnt perfect at times there is still lots of parking. There are 2 dog parks that are clean. So you can let your dog run around and be happy. They have a pool, a gym, a club house, doggy spa and even a car wash.My daughters apartment is large for a one bedroom apartment. It has a nice sized kitchen with plenty of outlets. I love her balcony the size is wonderful. She has a table and chair to sit outside and eat or enjoy a cold one.The tenants seem nice and are considerate when walking around which is great since we are in this pandemic. They do maintain their social distance. There is lots of places to walk around on and off the property, or even run if you want. The streets that are just outside the property are not very busy either.So if you are looking for a nice place to call home stop by and see the staff. They will meet you with smiles and assist you the best they can. Im sure you will be saisified with calling Spings at Lakeline your home!

    Just moved in last week from Ohio and absolutely love it! Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Itā€™s hard to pick up and move across the country and they have made our transition extremely easy and smooth. We couldnā€™t be happier with our apartment!     So yesterday night my AC went out and itā€™s was getting hot. I went ahead and put in a maintenance request but it was getting toasty. So I hesitated in I texting Vince because it was so lateā€¦ but I immediately got a text back. He gave me a temporary solution. And walked me through the steps to fix it on my own for the night. Such a big help and I was able to sleep nice and cold. With that being said, at 8am he texted me to check back up on me and came by my apartment to check on it and fix it all the way.I was so appreciative of this and the customer service I received. Vince is AMAZING and a VALUABLE employee of Springs at Lakeline!

    After living at The Springs for several months, we couldnā€™t be happier. Our apartment has beautiful finishes and the property is very well maintained. Maintenance is always readily available and has addressed any issues within a day. We enjoy the amenities onsite such as the pool and valet trash. I couldnā€™t recommend The Springs enough!     I donā€™t usually rent luxury apartments but the unit design as well as the fact that this is a brand new community with amenities I would take advantage of, was something that enticed me compared to other apartments that would charge the same amount or more but offer nothing close in comparison. Springs at Lakeline was running a very generous move-in-special at the time, and they made me an offer I couldnā€™t refuse. My experience here began with a rocky start. In all my life as a renter, I have never once had issues with background check, however this was not the case with Springs, as the company that was running the check pulled up a traffic violation from another state years ago and put my application on hold. The staff tried to be as helpful as they could, but in the end they had no control over the decision of the third party and ultimately I had to play the waiting game. Ashley from front office was very apologetic during the situation and assured me that everything should be okay. In about a week, things were cleared up and everything was approved.From the time I moved in to me currently typing up this review, I have had nothing but good experiences. Joe, the maintenance guy, is always at the top of his game, from the first time he walked me through my apartment, setting the right expectations for new appliances, to coming over to install my TV mount to the wall, Joe always operated at the highest level, and always with a smile on his face. I remembered one time I put in a service order about the sink not draining fast enough, moments later, I was leaving the apartment and Joe was across the way. He immediate saw me, flagged me down, and wanting to look into the issue real quick. It was a simple fix, and rather having me wait until the appointment date, Joe took it upon himself to take care of the issue and I couldnā€™t be happier with the service.This is so far the only apartment Iā€™ve been in that lets you walk in the office every morning to grab an espresso from their amazing coffee machine, oh yeah and they have good teas if you are not a coffee person. This is also the only complex, that offers a TRUE car wash, meaning you get a pressure washer and a industrial vacuum that you can use for FREE, like anytime you want to wash your car, you can do so. Did I also mention that their gym and pool is open 24/7? Parking has not been a problem what so ever, in fact, thereā€™s only like three cars using the parking space out of like 15 spaces in front of my building. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is the fee I have to pay for valet trash. I would have no problem taking trash out on my own, but it seems like every apartment is doing it. Although I do give them credit for actually having someone come to your door to pick up your trash and replace the bag for the recycle, whereas most places would just move a more compacted trash can near your building and still expect you to walk yourself out and throw out the trash yourself, which isnā€™t valet at all.All in all, I give this place a 5/5 star. even though I have only been here for a month, I thought it would be fair to recognize the staff when good services has been provided, just like your first time experience at a well serviced restaurant. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to move here, keep up the good work!

    We toured several local Apt before picking. Based on features and benefits this was the best fit for us. In unit washer and dryer with out a rental fee was a PLUS. Its quite area, far enough from major traffic. As for wall sound penetration it was not at all bad. We try to be respectful of our down stairs neighbor. But I have no clue how much walking sound they hear. But wall wise you really have to be speaking loud or yelling to hear. I donā€™t hear other TV or Home Theaters. Which means the organization of bathrooms, kitchens, living and bedrooms seem to optimize to reduce sound penetration during different daily activities. It does not mean its zero sound, just not loud enough to be disturbing that exceeds your own apt. Such as if I have my tv on, we are having a conversation, or cooking the neighbors sound is none existent. After living in a house for 15 years we were not sure what to expect moving back to an Apt.Club house is nice. For home gym to this was an upgrade its very functional for most work out needs. There is a charcoal grill which is a plus. Communication about event and general upkeep is awesome. I home office most of the time so the general feel was good during the day. We ended up with a studio apartment its quaint and cozy for a small place and just begin enough to enjoy a small corner office nook and tv/entertainment area.The single story stairs that is complete private to each residence is great as well. Gives a sense of homeliness and privacy.I would say my only complaint is the cabinetry work is cheap. But all the other ones had the exact same style and construction. So apples to apples that is the same for other places we visited.Overall my wife and I are very satisfied. I will update my view in the summer when its hot!

    I love living here, and the staff are super wonderful, but the parking is abysmal. Thereā€™s so little parking that if you come in past 10pm on any week night, you might as well park near the front office.Yes, you can rent a garage for an extra $45 a month, but thereā€™s no guarantee that itā€™s near your unit.The garages themselves take up a TON of space for 4 cars where you could easily fit 6 to 8 parking spots.There are way more units than parking spots, so itā€™s just really awkward.But the apartments are beautiful, well laid out, and the complex has great amenities.

    Love this property and the staff. Some of the staff live onsite so they really take care of the place and look out for us. I often go by the office simply to say hello and grab a drink, which they provide for free.The property is still under construction as not all buildings are ready, but for the side that has opened, it is kept clean and neat. It is a pet friendly community with one very nice dog park already open, and pick-up stations all around the property, although many residents often wont pick up after their pets, or even leash them. It is a shame Poo-Prints is necessary because people should want to keep the property clean for everyone else.I am happy and proud to call this home.

    Update: Iā€™m now in my second 15 month lease here. And Iā€™d still give the property five stars. As Iā€™ve said before, it isnā€™t perfect, but itā€™s a very nice place to live for a reasonable price. When problems arise, I feel the manager and maintenance staff do their best to resolve anyissues.I should note that the sound proofing could be better. I guess no one lived in the unit behind me until a few months ago, and I can definitely hear everything that transpires in their kitchen. But honestly, I believe thatā€™s partially because my new neighbors tend to slam drawers and cabinets regularly. My downstairs neighbor claims he can never hear me at all, and I try to not make stomping or slamming noises.

    I read the previous reviews and thought I would add mine to the mix. First and foremost I think the team is doing an exceptional job. I have been here since June and have no complaints. The application process was a little cumbersome due to system issues but that was not the fault of the onsite team. Ashley stayed afterhours to help me through the process. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and wished I could have moved here sooner. I really appreciate the social events the team host, very nice touch. Cory, Ashley, Matt and Mike have been nothing but professional and responsive when ever I have a request. One item I would like to team to re-visit is the pool access. It would be nice to get access through the gates earlier than 8:00 am so I can access the club house and gym without havening to walk all the way around the building. I would recommend this complex highly and hope that those not having the experience I am having would give it a chance. Keep up the good work!

    Am little bit shocked at people giving bad review about this place .This place is one of the best , nicest apartment I have ever lived,Just that community set type of environment brings that communal atmosphere and peacefulness .Just moved in here recently, from the start when I applied till I moved in, the staff been amazing !Kudos to Ashley and AbigailAshley was awesome . I was living in New York before moving in here and with my busy schedule , work and travel ,each time t called for anything, if they donā€™t pick the phone , tbey always calls back ..šŸ‘Abigail was awesome on my first day move in .Corey , always a pleasant yong man and helpful ..Mathew , awesome guy . I recently had an issue in the apartment and he was awesome and quick to fix , not only that , was so apologetic and humble about it ..All my appliances are brand new and the service desk are extremely cautious..Also , I work remotely couple of days from home and I use the conference room here to communicate which provides an office type of environment as if am in my office in New York City..Personally , am fully satisfied here and nothing to complain...If you are looking for that luxury set of an apartment hideaway , this is a place to be .. you will not regretThe quiet atmosphere, brand new appliances and most of all, sparkling clean environment make this place worth living ...

    First off, I want to state the level of stress I was under when looking for my apartment. I had been scrambling for months to find an affordable place to live, that was still up to my standards. At the beginning of April, I had stumbled across Springs at Lakeline and sent them a message around 11pm through apartments.com stating I was interested in the available units. Within 10 minutes an agent had reached out and scheduled me a tour with a representative the next morning at 9am. I was then contacted by a very friendly Abigail Coe and given a virtual tour of my unit (mind you this is during COVID/quarantine, as physical walk throughs would not be an option). She was extremely informative and helpful and within 30 minutes I had my lease papers sent to my email. All in all, the entire process was seamless and I had a lease signed within 12 hours of reaching out to the complex. Not only was Abigail able to help relieve a lot of the stress of figuring out where Iā€™d be living, she made sure to consistently follow up with me until my move in date. The property is beautiful, units are aesthetically pleasing, maintenance staff is quick to respond and the front office as a whole has been incredibly helpful. I am not one to write reviews, but felt it necessary to let others know about my experience with Springs at Lakeline.

    Former resident here. After moving to another apartment and seeing the difference from the Springs staff and my current complexs staff, I realized I needed to commend the Springs for having Vincent as their maintenance guy. He goes above and beyond when he really doesnt have to. Anytime I had an issue, he made sure to make it by same day to get resolution. He was always very polite and professional, which isnt something you always see with a maintenance team.
