    A pretty decent place for the location and price. The place is fairly old, so dont expect a luxury setting. They are super quick to respond to questions and if/when things break. Major shoutout to Lilia for always being on top of things! She makes the place a five star location!

    Im so glad I went with Soring Gardens Apt when choosing my future apartment! Not only is it a beautiful property, the Manager Lilia its awesome and maintenence is great , I put in a request and theyre here fixing it within a couple hours!

    I love living here at Spring Gardens! The office manager Lilia is such an amazing person. She has helped me and my family out so much especially in hard times like these.I got approved for the Texas rent relief program because of her, went to the office one day and she helped me fill it out. She always looks out for all her residents and does whatever she can to help. She’s does such an amazing job and is also bilingual. Keep up the good work Lilia.

    Been on the look out for a new apartment and I can say that I have found one. Staff was professional especially Lilia she went out of her way to make sure everything was right and in order. She made you feel welcomed as soon as you entered, I will definitely recommend checking it out.

    I just renewed my lease because the new Management has been doing an awsome job. The property is cleaner sewage system is better now when it rains. Management is more friendly than previous management.

    Karen is so nice, and the apartments are beautiful. Karen embraces the beauty of the apartment complex by putting beautiful flowers by the main office, and by painting the apartment complex over again so you can see its full beauty to the fullest. These apartments, are peaceful, and quiet, i just love them so much.

    The apartments are good and the girl in the office is spectacular, very good person and very helpful, and the maintenance people are super fast and just as helpful. I recommend these apartments 100%. I had a very good experience from everyone in general and the great kids do activities for the children. In short, I am very satisfied. Thank you.     I have been living here for almost 1 year and the apartments have amazing upgrades, they are very spacious, the property is very clean and any maintenance inconvenience is resolved immediately.
