They say home is where the heart is! Yes I will say that is true. This is now home and my heart is happy to be here. I will like to thank Maya for working with me and my family on getting an apartment here. She did everything to make sure we got into an apartment in the time frame we wanted to move for. We didnt tour the apartment once but twice just to make sure everything was right up to our standards how we wanted it. I will also like to thank Gilbert and the other maintenance guy that has been on site helping to fix little minor things for us. When we reached out to Maya they were here the next day to get it done. Everyone that lives here that I have seen they have been outgoing neighbors. it really has been nice living here. Come here if you want a nice place to call home and have an amazing, sweet, and understandable leasing office team like Maya. Thank you again for everything!

We made this home last month and so far we are happy. The manager Maya is absolutely amazing. She was so understanding and tried her best to accommodate our needs.There is someone on call 24/7 in case of arising issues, which was the case with us on our 1st night, which was a weekend! The door jammed, but I emailed Maya, who sent someone first thing in the morning.The place is clean and very well maintained. A plus is that every unit has its washer & drye🤩 theres a swimming pool and its location is pretty convenient.Do consider making this your next home. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start off about our maintenance man Gilbert!! He is a godsend. He is on top of any work orders that I have had to put in. My A/C went out and thanks to Gilbert Martin and Maya I have a new A/C. I have lived here for over 5 years and most residents long time ones we find it quiet there.

I have raised both my kids here. I have been here for a decade and most people have been here longer. Leti an Gilbert are amazing! They are very empathetic and professional. We are so happy there is an on-site maintenance man in case of emergencies. Couldn’t think of a better apartment to live at.

I’m extremely proud to be a resident of Spring Creek Apts., I can’t began to say enough about Mrs. Letty she has gone over & beyond to assist tenants in need of assistance no matter what time it is she will reply back, and this is after working hours that’s what I have experienced first hand on several occasions, and I personally know of other situations with other tenants that she has taken time after working hours to assist, and resolve the issues etc., Keep up the hard work Mrs. L. You never know what will come you’re way.

This is the best place ever to move too.I love it here ..best maintenance man ..Ruben..hes always there when you need him ..Ruben and his wife deedee go out of there way to help any one out ...he lives on property and his family is very nice .Ive never had any problems living here ...very quiet here...pool is always clean .laundry room is always clean..Mary in the office is an awesome manager...I recommend anyone looking,this is the place for you...they are always full but will worth it...

Without a doubt a very good experience with Miss Maya, she is always there to clarify my doubts and when I say doubts it is because she is there to explain step by step everything that you ask her, she assists you kindly and takes the time to listen to your concerns and treat to solve your problem as best as possible, she is a really kind girl who speaks English and Spanish. I recommend that you ask to be assisted by this girl, without a doubt you will have a very good experience. 🙂
