If you are thinking about renting here . DO IT .! This is the best community!! They respond to maintenance requests PROMPTLY and always thrive to satisfy their residents! Apartment units are clean and spacious and floor plans are amazing for all family sizes!

I’ve lived here for about 6months ! I love it here. The office staff is great, Bree, Misty, and new Manger Tonja are all great individuals and want best for property. Their door is always open for help . They are dedicated to their job and mean great for the property. The maintenance men are hard at it , they do their best and it does take a few days for them to come visit when a request is in but that is excepted when you have to run a large complex. I did have one problem when one maintenance man had come to fix a problem and told me he would come back but never showed back up but the head maintenance guy took care of the problem in a timely manner . I will definitely be here for the long run because in no time the property is going to be back to top tier.

Living here has been the best for the past 16 months that Ive been here. The maintenance men Chadd and Key are awesome and always getting work orders done in a timely manner. Bree and Misty are always great when it comes to me either calling or going into the office with an issue. The only thing theyre missing is RESERVED PARKING SPOTS, but other than thats its a great community to live in especially if you like shopping at Sams Club like me. Lol. Also its next door to the Noble Young Park and its a trail leading from the apartments to the park so if you dont feel like wasting gas you can just walk there. My kids and I go at least 3 times a week.

The process was so good and management was amazing Miss.bree was sweet and understanding I am now in my place and completely enjoying it not to mention it came with washers ND dryers..

I like the apartment they are nice. The staff are nice always very sweet. But there are some weird bugs maybe because of all the trees around us but we are pretty clean and we kill at least 3 to 4 bugs a month. Spiders 🕷 and some weird bugs I’ve never seen. If I could post a picture I would post it.

The management is awesome. The property gates are always working and its clean and quiet. The maintenance is spot on. I would refer my parents here if they lived in town. If your moving, this is the best place in town! All apartments come with a washer and dryer and all normal kitchen appliances. They even painted accent walls for me before I moved in. I cannot wait until the pool opens.

I love living here and getting to interact with the ladies in the office. Rachael and Misty are a joy to speak with. They are so efficient and dedicated to their job. I was having such a hard time finding a place to live in the Tyler area and these ladies made it so easy. Friendly, polite, and hardworking.

I this is polk I stay at southwest pines apartment I would like to say that mr.bree is so amazing person and she help so many people and she have a good heart and I have nor meet no one like her and I been here for two years and I do say that she is best manager that I ever had..yours truly mr.polk.

Give 5 stars to these apartments, a very professional staff, always ready to help, maintenance department is on top of everything. These apartments are equipped with stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Spacious rooms, big closets. I feel at home when I enter my beautiful apartment. Will recommend these apartments to friends, family, and co-workers. Thank you for everything. God bless

The apartments are larger than most other apartments I have been inside in Tyler. Management is friendly and work to maintain a safe and clean atmosphere. Anytime there is a problem management ensures a quick response and solves the problem. All apartments come with washer and dryers. Local police officers live on sight as courtesy officers to respond to issues or problems the residents have. I would recommend Southwest Pines for anyone looking for a quiet place to live.

The price is better than any other place in Tyler for the square footage and it came with all the appliances. Ladies in the office are always so helpful and sweet to my family.
