(Amending my original review) We did have some pretty unfortunate events happen when we moved in and were still awaiting an update on our security system but I will say the management team took care of our issues expeditiously. We absolutely love our 3 bedroom unit! Every personnel that lives on site takes pride in doing so and that speaks volumes. We are very pleased by how well our concerns were addressed and tended to and we look forward to this being our home for a long time. I will say that the parking situation is not the greatest. It does seem like there is more visitor parking than resident parking and we have to park pretty far from our unit but we are happy to call Southpoint Villas our new home. -

I had the pleasure of having Quincy assist with some repairs in my apartment, and I couldnāt be more pleased with the service. He was prompt, professional, and efficient in addressing the issues. Not only did he resolve everything quickly, but he also took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend for anyone in need of maintenance services! -

Mrs. Robyn has been nothing but helpful. This is my first apartment and sheās done nothing but made me and my roommates feel at home. Now i wouldnt normally address this but i noticed a review from about a weak ago about Mrs. Robyn from an ex neighbor āReba Hartā. Ms Reba also tried to address my mother as this āhorrible neighborā whole time she was the worst neighbor you could imagine. Imagine having to wake up at 6am because your upstairs neighbors arenāt considerate enough to think āoh maybe others are still sleepā. Imagine working from home and not being able to focus because you hear constant banging and balls bouncing all day EVERYDAY! When we asked them to quiet down please her response was ātheyāre just kidsā which is unacceptable. Growing up my younger brother and I lived on the third floor and never behaved in the way she let her kids behave. The second time i went to ask them to quiet down they acted like they werenāt home. So for her to say all those bad things about Mrs. Robyn is crazy because she gave them an opportunity to move to a different unit and they clearly didnāt want to. And for her to say that management said kids arenāt allowed outside is a lie lol. Iāve lived here for almost 6 years in a different unit and have always seen kids outside just being kids. Ms. Reba knows why she has violations and if it really came down to it the management could provide dozens of emails of proof of why they received the violations. Honestly didnāt want write this but these apartment are good and iāve felt safe and comfortable here for years. Itās affordable and thereās many stores and shops near which is so convenient for me. If youāre considering moving here i think you definitely should! -

I absolutely loved staying here... The 2 bedrooms were really well laid out. I upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath renovated and I honestly hate that I had to move. The management was great as well overall and they took care of my maintenance issue pretty quick, even on weekends. -

Big Shoutout to Robyn sheās the best and the sweetest. I came in looking for a one bedroom didnāt have one to show in person but did the virtual tour. The apartment i applied for never seen it she told me to trust her. And i did just that moved into the apartment been in love with it ever since. Itās quite nice luxurious. Rent price is great. -

Robyn, and Destany are amazing to work with, they make your move in experience go smoothly and stress free. Anything they can do to make your load lighter they will do. Even after you move in, anything you might need help with, they will work with you. They have sat and listened to me ramble when I needed a listening ear , they arenāt just leasing consultants but also human they create relationships with their renters and that in itself is worth millions. 10/10 most definitely recommend -

Southpoint has been a lovely place to live this past year. I feel safe in the community, my 2 bedroom apartment is wonderfully priced, the maintenance is pretty punctual when requested, and Iāve never had any issues with management. If anything theyāve always been friendly and professional. The trash is a bit of a problem, it tends to pile up a lot before picked up, but itās still very clean. Iāve never had a rodent issue. The back gate is consistently broken, so the āgated communityā may displease some of you. And the pool in the summer was continuously closed due to some residents lack of ability to clean up after themselves, so thatās very annoying to be punished for others behavior. We pay for the amenity, we should be allowed access to it.Also, you should know that the complex management is offering the residents the chance at a high priced gift card if they leave great reviews. Thatās why thereās so many recent praise.This review is honest. Itās a wonderful place, especially for their price. But itās not perfect.Iām renewing my 15 month lease because Iām pleased with my home, if thatās says anything.Happy home hunting! -

I live here at Southpoint Villas and have been very happy with my new home. I have friendly neighbors and feel safe in this community. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained, repairs to the premises have been prompt. Itās a nice place to live.My experience with the maintenance crew is positive. Iāve had a couple of service calls and my repairs have been quick and thorough.Iāve known the same management team since I moved in and really have no complaints over these past six months. Both the manager and assistant manager have been very friendly and responsive to any concerns Iāve had. Iām counting on them to keep up the good work.Seeing other reviews here about the trash collection. Yes, it can be a problem during the terrible weather weāve had. Bad weather has shut down trash collection to many homes. However, since then the collection backlog has caught up. -

Southpoint Villas are amazing! I have lived her for two years! Currently still living here and Iāve had a wonderful experience both years. The environment is very quiet and clean community. Staff are great very kind and respectful. Always willing to help you with any problems you may be having. Iāve had little to no issues my entire stay! I am considering signing a third lease.The maintenance team are hard working and you wonāt be disappointed. Anything broken or needs fixing will be handled in a timely manner. This by far has been the absolute best apartment complex I have stayed in. Definitely made a great home out of them and they make you feel at home and like family. We moved in during COVID- apartment unseen- just trusted the staff to meet our needs and took their recommendations. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional.After living here for 14 months we have meet many tents and they are like family- polite, respectful and Very safe! We have never felt uncomfortable for any reason.Amazing property, staff, and community!The reason we are moving is we built a home and have to say good by. Bitter sweet- new home on the lake but have to say good by!Thank you to all the staff for all yāall do going above and beyond! -

This was first apartment, first time on my own since college been here for a year exactly .No regrets! Itās clean and affordable. Itās a quiet neighborhood with surrounding homes in the area. Right off of 287 in Arlington.There are tons of attractions under 20 minutes away like the park, Main Event, studio movie grill, gyms, shopping plazas, Restaurants etc. The staff is pretty cool I usually speak to Allison the assistant manager for any of my questions or concerns sheās honest and straight forward! -

Ive lived at southpoint villas since dec 15.2022 and i have felt nothing less than comfort and love from the entire staff maintainance team included . From fast maintenance repairs to even on my daughters 2nd bday i came home to a birthday card on my door for my daughter . I literally felt the love through the card lol . When I originally moved in i requested a garage , the garages they had available werent near my building . The maintenance man reassured and promised me that he would have me a garage close to my building. When i say the same day i moved in the lead maintenance man had his team cleaning out all the garages close to my building lol . It was like instant relief that the staff cared about me traveling a little ways to a garage and acted on it quickly to get me something closer . The staff in the office is very sweet ms.destiny is the best leasing agent ever . She is very soft spoken always has a smile on her face and very warm welcoming . Before moving in i viewed the model home with her like 5 times lol i had concerns of my king size bed not fitting in my room (it does fit very well actually). The unit i have is fully upgraded , wood floors in dining and living area , and a garden tub in my master bath which is exactly what i wanted . Ms. allyson the assistant manager sweet lady as well she keptMe updated the entire time until i received my garage . I really couldnāt have chosen a better apt to move too . The property is well kept , clean , nice and quiet . They even have food trucks come and setup at the office sometimes . They have given chic fil a for breakfast on somedays (they got money money yall lol ) . Im forever grateful for the entire staff at Southpoint villas. Thank you for looking out for my family. -

Kim Francis, assistant manager, deserves special recognition for the excellent service she consistently provides. If she tells you sheās going to do something, it happens! And itās always with her great smile. Kim is a people person and goes above and beyond to help resolve whatever challenge that comes her way. Shannon Spurlock is the new property manager and, along with Kim, is providing the kind of leadership a quality property like Southpoint needs. -

July will be my first full year living here and I can honestly say this is the perfect place! I have lived in various places in the Arlington area in the past and am usually met with this same problems I would say a lot of people can relate to... However, here at Chesterfield, right off the bat, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and very clear about any questions I had! I never felt pressured or rushed and the application process was made simple.Easily one of my favourite parts is that the maintenance staff works incredibly hard to keep the place in tip top condition! The grass is never overgrowing, there are plenty of paved walkways and the public facilities like the computer room and pool area are always clean. Also, whenever there is a concern or something is in need of maintenance, you can fully count on the team to have it taken care of quickly! My AC started messing up during spring, I emailed the fix-it form and left for a few hours (not expecting it to get taken care of that day), only to return to the issue fully resolved! (:There is also a dog park on site which is too cute and my little dog enjoys this amenity when the weather is nice! This is such a cool perk.Overall, I am extremely content here and wont be going anywhere for the forseeable future! -

Great apartments, reasonably priced. Extremely safe community and the majority of tenants are friendly. My only complaint is that many tenants dont clean up after their pets. It would be nice to have a service come through weekly to take care of this issue. Other than that, I highly recommend Chesterfield. The leasing agents also always have a great attitude. -

I signed a lease here for 1 yr and 1 month. The area is perfect. You have a Kroger, Walmart and Albertsons minutes away. In terms of the apartments themselves, maintenance requests are speedy, and if not done within a few days you can call and usually theyll speed up the process. Move out was swift and easy as well, did not get overcharged for anything since I left the apartment as I received it. Only real down side is not having elevators if you live on the top floor, and sometimes the front gate can be open for an extended period of time because its broken. I recommend! -

My boyfriend and I have went through the process of moving in and signed our lease. I cannot describe enough how excited I am. First and foremost, the assistant manager, Ana Oldham, has been the most helpful and most kind person I have ever met. She ensures every single aspect of my boyfriend and I are taken care of. Best customer service I have ever encountered. The feel as soon as you walk in is nothing but positive and friendly. The manager, Mrs. Mazie is such a sweet lady. The proper is very kept up with and we are so ready to move in. Just based off of what we have experienced we recommend Chesterfield to everyone!!! -

Ana Oldham was AMAZING. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the office we were treated with respect and top priority. Ana was able to break down each apartment type with cost and benefit analysis to help us choose the perfect apartment for us. Even after choosing a layout we thought would be best she allowed us to tour three different floorplans so we could make sure it was the correct choice. The service was above and beyond any other complex in the area and is one of the main reasons we chose chesterfield. One look at the new apartments and we were sold as well. With the floor, lighting fixtures, kitchen and bathroom additions it was far beyond what we expected! Totally recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area and wants a totally supportive staff! -

I have been living in the Chesterfield Apartment for a little over 6 months and I love it here. I had looked extensively at apartments in the Metroplex and something about the Chesterfield just stuck out to me. I got the Goldilocks feeling about it lol.
