Thank you for fixing our laundry rooms due to vandals and the increasing homeless population who have vandalized our washing machines for parts to sell and breaking the locks we are now have a great code lock. I understand that improvements will take time and patience is required. I know with time we will be thriving once again! Great management!

I needed to move in a short notice time and this apartment complex was able to help me. The time that was said it would be done was done. I love my unit. I ran into some problems and have been on it ever since. Emma is awesome. And when I have a problem she is on it. The Maintenance is awesome. I see that they are trying to solve problems that was there before them. Thank you 🙏 for your help.

Ive been living at these apartments for 10 years going on 11. Although I do miss the old management Rosemary and Frances I do enjoy New Management Emerald and Emme. Everything is going to go slow at first because theyre new and everything is just getting set up. They walk the property every day making notes for needed improvements. Everyone needs to be patient and understanding that they are doing all they can as fast as they can. They are helpful and friendly. Please give them a chance to do their job and get settled in. We do get the Spectrum Internet and Cable for $60.00 dollars no complaints here I work from home and I was paying $150.00 for Internet and cable. Keep up the great work ladies! You have my complete support!

I have been living here for 8 years and we love it we were planning on leaving due to the high rent and our lease being up but because we like the staff so much and because of how safe and like home it feels here we’ve decided to reniew our lease aggreement . We’ve also got real close to Emma & Clarissa in the office they are very helpful and get to the issue almost immediately if your planning on moving here contact these girls ❤️

I was at South Hill for 24 years and really enjoyed living there! The staff are very professional and courteous. Any maintenance job was done promptly! Management was very nice. I moved in not knowing anyone and left with a family! My thanks to Rosemary and Frances the management

Apartments complex is clean, quiet, everyone is friendly. They do go into your apartment when you are not home to change the air filters but they do give you notice before hand. As for roaches, there are none. Lived here for over and have not seen a single one, extermination comes in once every six months to spray to prevent them if there are ever any. This is my second time living here and have not had a bad experience. I would recommend for anyone.

Just Moved in... Brand New Carpet, new paint Very Spacious, Cheap Prices... Neighbors are friendly, clean, quite.... Im very well Satisfied... More Parking would be great!
