Just received my keys to my new apartment on Tuesday and the process was so seamless and amazing. Ana, the Assistant Manager is so wonderful and sweet I am so glad I was able to get this done with her. She answered all my questions and made herself always available to help! Looking forward to enjoying my new place in these beautiful apartment homes!

Have been living here 3 months and have absolutely no complaints. The complex is beautiful and the perfect distance to both downtown and Magnolia.Anytime I have an issue, management takes care of it right away. Anna L helped me move in and has helped me with any questions I have had. She and the other staff members, Makayla and Dakota, never hesitate to help. Anytime I have any sort of question, they help me in a very timely manner. 10/10 staff

I’ve been living at South 400 for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it feel like home right away.One of my favorite parts is hanging out in the front office with my dog. Anna, Makayla, and Dakota are absolutely fantastic—they’re always welcoming and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to create a positive community vibe.If you’re looking for a great place to live with a supportive staff, I highly recommend South 400!

Anna L ,Makayla, Dakota have been a great help to me and my family they help us get in a beautiful apartment everything was perfect we have a perfect view everyone is so friendly and helpful they always show the best customer service at 400 south it definitely one of the best place to stay it’s very peaceful it’s a place I call home

It took some time to decide where I’d live…1. because my number 1 priority is the safety and comfort of my two children (11,15 yr olds). 2. Convenience of location and 3. Quality of living and space. Apartment living is an adjustment when moving from a house but not a move I regret when I moved here to South 400! I understand that depending on a management company may be an adjustment but it’s been a smooth ride. 2 maintenance men and 1 porter along with other companies coming to take care of the cleaning and upkeep of the community….are awesome! Another awesome fact is that we have police that live here and look out for the property daily. I’ve seen them drive and walk a inside and outside the property. Their presence is always nice to have anywhere I go…but especially where I now reside with my kids. So much improvement happening here. :)

Im not a resident, but I am here so often I might as well be one. Part of the reason Im always here is because I have so many friends here. There is a great sense of community here with both residents and staff and I absolutely love that. As for the building itself, its nice- inside the apartments are really nice, the exterior does need some love but its not terrible. If I worked closer to Fort Worth, Id totally move in.

Moving here in March 2018 and couldnt be more excited! Moving from West Fort Worth to (what I would consider) the downtown area. Looking forward to being close to downtown as well as the Magnolia area!

I have lived here for a year and it has been great! We have already renewed the lease for another year. What I enjoy most is the staff. Shout out to MARY for being the absolute best and answering all my questions! She is so friendly, helpful, and professional. I am in pharmacy school (so I study every day), and noise has never been an issue for me. The apartments are also very clean. They have prize giveaways for the residents sometimes, too! Great place to live.

This community is awesome and totally rad!! It is located in a great up and coming area with plenty to do within walking/biking distance. You can be in the center of downtown Fort Worth in just a short 15 min walk. They offer many different layouts to fit what ever needs you might have.My husband and I have lived in our fair share of apartments, and this apartment complex has honestly felt the most like a home. The staff in the front (Denise and Kirsten) will assist and bend over backwards for any of their residents. Some of these other reviews are quite humorous, 1-2 stars? Really? I am guessing these people really didnt live here. All I can say is we have lived here going on 2 years now with no complaints. Office staff is beyond great, elevators work, resident events are awesome, and the coffee machine is superb.

South 400 is a very nice property, but what makes it truly special is the office staff. The two managers who assisted me a year ago are still on property (hint to ownership - take care of these two as they would be great recruits for other employers)...and that’s really comforting.Each time I’ve reached out with questions (usually ignorant dumb questions on my part), the staff professionally and courteously responds in a timely manner. The biggest issue I e had, maintenance wise, was a light bulb that went out a month or so ago. Speaks to the quality of the property planning & construction (ownership). Staff knows everyone by name and they work hard to make S400 a “community”.As a high school teacher, I value the quiet hours that are respectfully enforced by staff (including our awesome community police officer) and honored by residents - and my unit overlooks the beautiful pool.The community gatherings sponsored by ownership/management are diverse, well planned, and top-shelf. For example, how cool was it to exit the parking garage one Friday and be offered breakfast tacos “to go” by staff!!!!The parking garage is secure and well monitored. I’ve never heard of a crime issue - unlike several properties within close proximity.Anyway, I just want to say “thanks” to management and ownership for making my stay here very nice.

I have been here since March and I can honestly call this home. The office staff is extremely professional and courteous, and the people here are really cool and laid back. I have not seen one incident here nor person that made me feel uncomfortable and I have been at some poorly ran apartments before. They also have came and not only replaced my fridge, and dryer, but they did it so fast as they always respond to work orders within 24 hours it seems like. I’m so happy to have found this place and would recommend anyone that likes an upscale environment to check it out.

I’ve lived here for nearly two years, was one of the first to move in when the complex was brand new. I have really enjoyed my time here. The staff is excellent, maintenance is quick, and the location is perfect. I also feel like the building is well-built/insulated because I rarely hear noises and the a/c & heater keeps the place warm/cool without much effort.

Ive definitely enjoyed my stay here! Nice apartments, and the skyline view I have to downtown is a plus. The amenities are great and the location makes it that much better, being close to downtown and other nightlife areas. The office staff is awesome as well! The managers are super friendly and make sure the residents are taken care of!

Denise, has been extremely awesome to work with. The energy she brings to work everyday is amazing. I would highly recommended my friends in family to move in if they every decide to move to Fort Worth. The apartments there are great!!! And she knows exactly what she is doing.

South 400 has been my home for the past few months and I have enjoyed every single day here! The staff does an amazing job to make this place safe, fun and making us feel at home. We are so close to many shops, restaurants, brewery’s and downtown of course. When I was first looking for a place to live, it was around the 7th area but I didn’t want to be apart of the noise and crowd so this place was in an ideal location that was close enough yet far from the commotion. If you want to be apart of a great community that’s full of great residents, this is were you want to be! I approve this message haha

Denise has been wonderful to work with. The apartment itself has been clean and quite so far. We have only lived here a week, but we like it so far. The EV chargers a huge plus for those with electric vehicles.

If you are in the market for a new apartment, definitely stop into South 400. The office staff is second to none, and the property does not disappoint. Located on the near south side this property is conveniently located just a few minutes from everything. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with my time at this community, and look forward to renewing my lease.

I’ve felt at home since day 1! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live at, with everything being so close from food, breweries and bars! It’s a big family at South, Kirsten and Denise have always gone above and beyond for everyone there. Their hospitality is 5/5 and know how to keep a smile on our face!

Beautiful area, the people in office is very friendly. Great area for young adults, single people, etc. The pictures below were taken at night from balcony of the apartment. They have elevators, gym, many activities weekly and monthly surprises. Love it!

Went for a tour of the properties today ! Loved the layout, such friendly staff. Manager Kiersten answered all of our questions !
