    The Sonoma team Giovanni and Maria provided me upmost experience visiting their property. The communication and details of availability surpassed my expectations very PROFESSIONAL!!! They were very open and welcoming answered all my questions and concerns 100%. I decided to continue the application process I move in Nov. 1st they did their part in staying in communication during the process. The property is very clean and the units that we walked through very nice and updated. Highly highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a new apartment PLEASE GO VISIT THEM!!!Other apartment properties in the area cannot meet the professional expectations and expectations of Sonoma Apartments guys go stop by you won’t be disappointed

    I’m on the hunt for THE perfect apartment so I decided to stop by earlier today! I absolutely loved the friendly and inviting atmosphere. Giovanny was the one who helped me out and he definitely helped me feel welcomed. I say if you’re able to, definitely stop by! I was super shocked by how affordable, and how well the area is. I am definitely considering moving here.

    The team at this apartment complex is truly outstanding! They are not only friendly but also professional and incredibly efficient.When an outside lawn service accidentally broke my glass door while trimming the grass, they immediately took responsibility and notified me of the incident. To my amazement, the team had the door replaced within the hour! Their quick response and dedication to resolving the issue left me thoroughly impressed!I couldn’t ask for better service—this team goes above and beyond to take care of their residents!

    Myrna is an absolute blessing. We moved to Houston from Dallas area and were so nervous about finding an apartment. She has been with us every step of the way. She has been knowledgeable, friendly, and very understanding. We have now lived in these apartments for about 17 months and are about to transfer to a 2 bedroom. Shes supporting us again as we upgrade our space. She has always remembered our names and greets us while out on property. She is extremely friendly and has made living here feel like a home. Not only within the walls of our apartment but also within the community. We love living here and plan to live here for many more leases. Thank you for everything Myrna!!! You are truly one of a kind

    Great place overall! They have a great staff there especially Giovanni. He helped me out a lot and was very understanding on what I needed. He took care of what was needed to be token care of and got straight to the point. Made everything 100x easier, I definitely recommend asking for him if you need any help.

    I have lived in the Sonoma for over 1 year. The staff are amazing. Especially Giovanny Cruz. They are the most caring people I’ve ever met1. Anytime I have an issue, it’s handled in a timely manner. My apartment is clean inside and out. It is definitely definitely worth the money I pay. The location is great. I don’t think I will ever move anytime soon

    I’ve been looking for a new place to live and I happened to stumble across Sonoma while driving by and I’m so glad I stopped!!! Giovanny was such a help in answering all of my questions!! He was super kind and offered friendly service! Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in need of your next home. Great area and great neighborhood!!!

    Great atmosphere as well as a wonderful team who are willing to help you. I especially had great help from Giovanny. Who helped me with my questions and was very patient with me. Enjoyed the tour of the apartments, and had a great time taking interested in this area.

    Good apartment, lovely maintenance and new staff. Only complain are the kids who leave trash on the floor near building 5. The parents don’t pay attention to their kids and allow them to fight, say curse words to adults and hurt the resident cats that live there. Just last week a kids wanted to poison the cats with ant poison-month ago. Sep 08- the parent allow the kids to do what they like even being supervised the kids fight, throw egg on the floor and leave trash. Neighbors don’t make noise on Saturdays but on Sundays they always decide to make the most noise.

    Great team that genuinely cares and wants to help. New manager Charlene is super friendly, knowledgeable and will take great care of you. New Management is working on some great updates to the community and I can’t wait to see them completed.

    We loved living at Sonoma!! The management team and maintenance team were great. Very helpful and loving team. We, unfortunately, had to leave for more space. But if you are a young family and looking for a great place to live, this is a great place! Thank you guys!!!

    We love our home. We’ve been here for over three years, everything has been great! Best management (Jennifer) and staff we’ve ever had!! Plus great maintenance team.Property is always taken care of. Every unit is super cozy no matter the size. Grass always looks super nice. Love the pool, play ground and new pet area!! Amazing place.

    You will not find a community that feels safe and quiet in this price range. Everyone is really sweet, maintenance people are respectful. No roach problems like other apartments.Edit: I want to add that they have a great playground for kids! Very family friendly apartment.

    Jennifer the property manager is the best, I have been here for a long time and when issues arise, she is quick to resolve them. the maintenance staff is very professional along with the rest of the office staff.

    This place is to Die for! At first I was spectacle. I was in need of a Quick move in. The Ladies in the office worked with me and helped me in a time of need. The staff is very professional and kind. As for the grounds.... Hands Down the complex is very well manicured. There aren’t people hanging out late at night. It’s a very quiet and clean complex. The laundry area is really nice. The residents are cordial. The unit itself is Super Nice all upgraded. I’m extremely HAPPY to have moved in this complex, I plan to stay for a while!!Thank you all.keep up the wonderful job you all are doing to keep this complex 100%

    I love this place! Can’t beat the price for the location. I’ve been here about a year and half and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff and management. They’re super friendly, quick with getting back to you, and provide several ways to reach out them. If you’re having trouble with rent (like the majority of us this year) all you have to do is talk with them to discuss some type of plan to keep you living there. Only thing I wish was improved is the amount of cabinet space in the kitchen and restroom and maybe my neighbors sometimes 😅 Parking isn’t too bad either. If the apartment runs out of spaces, there’s parking outside the gate or right across the street, so no having to park on the side of the road and risk car damage. Pests are a non-issue, the outside areas are clean, these apartments are great.

    One of the BEST apartments I’ve lived in i moved due to needing a bigger apartment for my family but other then that i would of stayed , pricing ,floor plans and over all customer service from the office was incredible i would recommend these apartments to anyone i know looking for a new clean quite home ! These apartments will be deeply missed by me and my husband!

    Great place to live. Nice friendly staff. If you don’t like kids, don’t come here. Gets a bit rowdy on the weekends but no one really messes with you.

    Sanoma is a beautiful property, spacious, quiet, clean and safe. The people who work in maintenance are always there to help you and the women in the office are excellent, they always have time to listen to you, understand you and solve problems. I lived in this property for a year and I cant complain but I lived satisfied with my husband and my baby 🐶 luna, I really never wanted to leave. But due to circumstances there was no other way, I am Venezuelan and my Cuban husband recommends this property with so much security and honesty, they will love it, plus its new remodeling is the best and so are its residents.
