The people and apartments are so nice. Have you ever had a screened in porch and patio in an apartment!!! Here I do! It’s nicely quiet and peaceful. It’s are walking about so family oriented. And there is a sun side too. It’s a 5 but I put a 4 because it was hard getting in and I hv a service dog and still having to pay, I am 67!-‘ all the different computer pieces are hard to get together and so bore help is needed to help us seniors. But I love the office group !

Just moved into my new apartment and so far I’m nothing but pleased. The staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns I had. When I first moved in I had two needs for maintenance and they were both fixed within the day of reporting it. Laundry room is very clean but be aware you will have to use a separate card to use the machines not quarters. Very happy with my place here. I highly recommend getting into contact with zusly she was a rockstar with my leasing process.

I’ve been here for a year and I’m not renewing my lease, but it’s honestly not because of the new management. Ida in the front office has been nothing short of AMAZING! I love the fact that she’s not just in the office but she walks around the complex and talks to everyone. The previous management NEVER did that, nor did they listen or fix things properly. I’m really glad Ida is here and that I was able to experience her kindness and she’s a total fashionista!

I just wanted to give Zusly at the front office a huge shout out. She made our entire experience from the tour to the application and move in a pleasant experience. I’m not sure why I see some bad reviews complaining about pest and trash fees since I’ve paid those at every apartment I’ve lived at before and it’s my understanding you pay them at every apartment. I’ve been here since February and I love it so far.

The best place to live in Lewisville! Wonderful staff and great property. My lease is up in a few months and I will definitely be renewing!!! If you need a new place I would definitely recommend coming in and speaking with Zusly, best staff member!

I recently moved into these apartments at Somerset because they were very close to my work. I want to say that not every place is perfect but I want to thank the leasing and the maintenance for making sure that my unit was at least the very. It has been harder for me to get a work order but when I catch Rudy and the other maintenance people here they always seem to find a way to get things fixed up in my apartment. They are always very optimistic and happy people when talking to them that very appreciate them while Im here. I love the feeling of coming home and seeing that what I needed was done that means that the people that are taking care of or I live or actually care. Thank you Rudy and staff!

When it comes to customer satisfaction I highly suggest coming to Zusly. She has a positive attitude and makes it a welcoming environment. She is always on top of any issues and gets the job done. Overall amazing staff. I would recommend this complex to friends and family!

The new management for this property has been amazing. I have been working with them since I moved in a month ago and they managed to get my roommate and I during their transition to the new management. In the process, they have also managed to get everything fixed in the apartment quickly and efficiently. Their new maintenance team has worked with us for the last week in fixing our toilet (which was previously neglected by previous staff), replaced the flooring to stop a leak, and fixed the mistakes of the previous maintenance team. The staff at this location is easy to work with, very responsible, quick to solve problems and great to work with. Not to mention, the apartments are very nice and a good price. Thank you, guys, for the opportunity to live here.

Looking at the reviews here are crazy I’ve had nothing but good experiences living here. I worked with all the ladies in the office and they’ve all been nothing but helpful. I would like to add it is a high traffic location so I can see it being difficult for them to attend everyone all at once.

I recently visited this property and was amazed by customer service. Zusly was so knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything so well and the property manager Tatiana was so kind and on top of things. This is on my top of the list for my next apartment.

Jennifer Medrano is the most awesome manager assistant here at Somerset. She goes above and beyond her duties, her patience and care for the tenants is impeccable, she deserves the highest rating and it is a pleasure to have her here. Her presence alone brings great joy and i can tell she is passionate about taking care of her tenants. Great dedication and what a great person overall. If anything needs to be done, she executes the issue swiftly and in a timely manner. She listens carefully for the needs of her tenants and based on my personal experience I can attest to this in confidence. 🙌🏾

I lived here for about 8 months. In all honesty I thought what I paid for rent was overpriced compared to other nicer complexes in the area but the other complexes wouldnt let me live there with my huskies soooo I paid more and lived there cause I wasnt gonna get rid of my doggies. So overall I thought the management was nice, I never had any issues with them at all. The apartment itself was in serious need of upgrades, its all carpet aside from the kitchen and bathrooms (pet owners nightmare) and bland kitchen and bathroom. The sunrooms are very cool. The complex itself is decent for walking, anyone I ever talked to was always nice, kids always stopped to pet my dogs. There was always cars driving by or sitting outside with their bass blasting late at night which was annoying, and someone did try to break into my car once which resulted in me having to replace the back window. You also tend to get a lot of passive aggressive notes left on the door from management to everybody pretty often. I ended up moving out 4 months early which I thought would cost a ton but it was just 85% of one months rent. I had $400 in pet deposits and my move out bill ended up being about $450 AFTER they took my deposit out of that which I didnt think was bad in the least considering that included the 85% charge for ending the lease early and the fact that I promise you that carpet was ruined and needed totally replaced. Overall I had a pretty good experience there, probably wouldnt do it again if I had to, but not bad.

I love these apartments, the staff is absolutely the best staff, Khloe , Melissa, and Ebony. I have never had an issue that was not taken care of in 24 hours. They have something every month for the residents, to show their appreciation. Maintenance crew is awesome, I love my apartment, my neighbors are of a older population, which makes me feel a little more safe , we look out for each other, no problems with noise. These reviews Im reading , if you do your research in the community no apartment complex is great it has its ups and downs, like anywhere no apartment community is going to be perfect. Buy a house if your looking for perfection and homes have their share of problems as well. Thats life. have a good day all continue being the best you can be....

Ive lived here almost two years and its been a joy thus far. The apartments are minutes away from the airport so its great for constant travelers. Its also minutes away from the Vista Ridge Mall and plenty of eateries.The apartments are clean and its a great value for the price. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance requests are completed typically the next day. Although you cant pick your neighbors, I havent had any issues with anyone around me. Its actually fairly quiet and uneventful (which is a blessing).The management team is cordial and inviting. I havent had to use the business office or the fitness room, but they are available. I anticipate being here for a few more years.

Front staff has a few new faces....but none the less, they always hire the best people. I Have been living here for going on 2 years and Honestly the best place I have lived. If I ever need anything the staff is quick to resolve. I LOVE THE OFFICE STAFF and the Maintenance team is pretty awesome also. Most welcoming place. No plans on looking for another residents until i purchase my home. all 5 around from me.

This place is beautiful and theyre very involved with the community. The Office has been great so far. My only complaint has been a couple of rowdy neighbors but that isnt the staffs fault. Good price, really neat unit, we get compliments on the property and the layout of our home every time people come to visit. We really feel at home here! Plus theres plenty to do around the area, good school district as well. Definitely recommend!

The new office manager Ms. Ervin has been so much easier to work with. Her communication has been much better than the last 3 and is shows even with her communication to the maintenance staff. During my stay there I had no problems and loved my neighbors, my apartment, and Gloria from the office was always there to help me with certain situations and she is a very understanding person. Im unsure what experiences previous reviewers have had but I love living at Somerset. The office staff are friendly and attentive. The facilities are more than adequate; the pools are great and the gym has just enough equipment to make a late night session worth it. Overall, very happy that I moved here a few months ago.

Ive lived in Somerset for over a year and have had a wonderful experience! Maintenance is quick and friendly, even going the extra mile to work around my busy schedule. The office is nothing but incredibly kind and welcoming, while helping with any and all questions I have had. I have zero complaints, and will continue living here for the foreseeable future

I have lived here for almost two years and have had no problems with any thing. The old manger Heather was very hard to work with but now the office manger Chris makes you feel like he is there for you the tenet, the old office team is gone and now we are working with the new ones has been very pleasant. The grounds are kept clean the only complaint I have is for the money we as dog owners pay there should be a garbage nearby the pet areas. People would pick up the poop if we didnt have to carry it so far the waste can. The rent we pay each month just for having the pet will pay for a can and some bags. This is my 9th year here at Somerset & I dont plan on moving any time soon. Melissa & leasing staff are wonderful, always staying on top of requests or concerns I may have. Maintenance is always fast & reliable. The grounds & buildings are kept in great shape, absolutely beautiful! The pool is always open & sparkling clean. The 2 things I like the best here is the courtyard outside my screened-in patio where I sit & watch the blue Jays, cardinals & squirrels play. My most favorite are my neighbors! My next door neighbor has been here longer than I have & within the 3 buildings in my corner are many friendly folk. Weve BBQd, played cards at the pool & swap stories almost every day. Its a quiet complex where I feel secure & well taken care of. Thanks to my neighbors & staff, I call Somerset my home!

I have lived here nearly a year, and have nothing bad to say. :) I love everyone in the office, maintenece is SO fast, always fixes any issue i have, never had any loud neighbors, its beautiful and green, they constantly have landscaping services come and clean debree, pizza days???Hahahah. Not to mention, the prices are very fair, and i really love my apartment. The kitchen in my unit is definitely small, but its worth it for the price, and for the giant patio i wanted so badly. 😁 ive never worried about my saftey. Ive always felt at home. The location is great! I live by EVERYTHING. Also the ice cream truck visits our complex, which is something i never knew adult me needed. 😂🍦
