Absolutely Gorgeous!!!The other day I went on a tour with my sister and we both fell in love with this luxurious complex!!!!Kyle P. added another level of comfort when he was showing us the place around as well as answering all of our questions... I wish more people were as efficient and friendly like him. Not only that, but he made a personalized tour based on what we were looking for.I loved the architecture and the spacious floors. The interior design adds a touch of modern elegance that I have Not seen around the Fort Worth area.The fitness center is super convenient because it is 24/7 and they have amazing equipment that my GYM dont even have.I loved the Social Louge, its a perfect way to bond with loved ones.Overall, the accommodations are phenomenal, its affordable and the area is so convenient because is in the middle of everything...tons of restaurants, stores, and entertaining locations. This place gives me peace of mind and security.I would like to thank Kyle for helping us out in making such an important decision!!!

I searched and searched until I came across Solay Fort Worth apartments, not only were they luxurious and clean but the office personnel were Angels! Mary Cooper was the person helping me out and let me tell you the amount of patience and kindness she showed me was incredible. She not only made my transition extremely smooth but also made it effortless! If you’re looking for great luxury apartments look no further because Solay Fort Worth is the one!

Good place to live. Next to the Presidio Shopping area. The surrounding area as a whole has all the shopping destinations you can think of!I love all the amenities that they offer, THIS PLACE HAS A MOVIE THEATER?!! I love the fact that its a small community, I feel like I am NOT just another tenant, management knows your name and with 2 buildings only, I feel like I get all the TLC when it comes to maintenance services! I appreciate that coming from a rather large community where I was just lost in the shuffle and repairs needed took forever.

What an incredible and professional team they have at Solay! I had been looking for an apartment for my daughter (due to rotations she was not able to help in the physical search) and found everything needed at Solay. I had a wonderful experience working with Kyle. He was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and had a great personality as well. He showed me several apartments that meet my daughters needs and all the amenities they had to offer, WOW! Kyle went out of his way to even live zoom with us when we had additional questions about the property, green space and dog park. He walked the property showing us everything and answering questions on the way. It was a wonderful experience to work with him!Thank you, Kyle Perry, Solay is lucky to have you!

Honestly, Ive never written a long review in my life, but I just had to share my experience at Solay. Kyle was an amazing tour guide and really helped me see why my mom raved about this being one of the best apartments. After a long search, I couldnt find any apartments I liked until I saw Solay. The application process was smooth, and Kyle was so welcoming and answered all my questions. I think Solay might just be my new home!

My wife and I are moving to this complex at the end of July from South Carolina. We were so thankful for Holden and all the help he provided us! Holden continued to help us from start to finish during the entire process going out of his way to stay connected with us and help us find the apartment that we wanted. We can not be more excited to move into our new home and enjoy Fort Worth.

I lived here for a year, definitely one of the good places I’ve lived at. My unit was on the highest floor and was happy staying here. Immediately on my move in, I noticed a tote bag on the counter inside my unit, with a coffee mug and a bottle of wine! That made me feel welcome and I’ve always liked apartment that do that (very nice touch).Janet the manager, and Holden the leasing agent, were the two I mostly interacted with while staying. They are definitely people that will get you good customer satisfaction. The property manager even gave me some good contacts for my future move to another state. Apartments look nice and modern, great gym, the business center was a life saver at times, has package lockers for deliveries, no fee/open parking spots, gates always worked, and the grounds were always kept clean.ONLY FEEDBACK I hope they consider: Would be beneficial if the music volume in the business center/computer area was lowered down or just off. Makes it more comfortable for using as a study area or for “business” type use.When I move back to FW, I’ll definitely consider this complex again.

Solay Fort Worth is a really nice place. I just moved in two weeks ago and I absolutely love the place and the amenities.The management team was wonderful. Holden Chao was amazing. Edit: the leasing team has changed and they are also soo amazing. Holden is the best, he goes above and beyond for resident safety and satisfaction. The amenities have opened and they are so awesome! They host resident events in the different spaces and they’re one of my favorite things about living here. The maintenance team is fantastic as well as super friendly!The leasing office team is incredible!! Luis, Preston and everyone in there are always so friendly and willing to help with any questions! I just moved from out of state and the process was easy and efficient! The leasing staff is VERY timely in responses and assisting! The amenities aren’t quite open yet but I can’t wait to see how they turn out. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have really nice finishes as well! Location is amazing with so many things being so close by!! 10/10 experience so far!!

Great apartment and the leasing office has been so accommodating and polite. The staff couldnt be any more understanding as we are all unique to what we are going through and theyve always made me feel comfortable and compassionate of my situation.The gym is great with lots of different activities you can do. They also have a doggy spa! When I was told there were elevators - I was sold. The moving process was so much easier and faster!Yes, Harmon Road does get busy with the traffic time but its very convenient to lots of shopping and 35. The apartment has been a great time since I moved in October. I look forward to my year here.

I have been been living here for about 6 month and by far the best apartment I have lived at!The staff is by far the friendliest, most responsive, and helpful staff I have had.The property is such a great value. The apartment has the finishes, and feel that would rival literally any other building in DFW. The complex has a plethora of amenities, and is extremely quiet and safe.The location is great as well! You are right next door to a ton of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Downtown Fort worth is only about 15 minutes away too!100% would renew my lease here and would recommend it to anyone else.

Such an incredible experience with the entire staff! Alissa and Preston went above and beyond to help us! I’m sure I was probably their most difficult lease yet, but never felt like I was being a pest. The apartment is so nice and doing many home renovations, it was done with great taste and the insulation is really good, which will lower the electric bills. Just a great experience and I need to add the property manager sent the lease agreement through right at closing to ensure our quick move in. Big thanks to Preston and Alissa for all you do!

Janet, Preston, Luis, and Alyssa are professional and accommodating. The maintenance staff is always out and about taking care of the property. Martin, Sergio, Damian, and Maria are an asset to Solay.

Apartment is coming along nicely. Has a nice dog park with doggy fountain. Outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area. Gym and theater room. Nice location. Lots of selections of food in the area and things to do for enjoyment. Also can walk to the shopping center is thats your thing.. extremely convenient for shopping did I mention haha.. extremely busy at times with traffic so get where you need to go before certain times of day..
