The Solana has a clean and well put together environment. The professionals in the leasing office are very warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable on the goals that they have for their current and future residents. I personally believe Bea Ramirez and Briana Villa deserve all of the benefits and awards that come with managing a property as efficiently and effectively as they do. -

Lived here a month and so far so good. Manager and staff have been really nice, thorough on all policies, and honest. Very quiet neighborhood only seen my immediate neighbor once, i havent experienced any noise problems. I havent experienced or heard of any crimes. Appartment was received clean, and all appliances were working. Only have seen 3 baby roaches, and appartments are relatively well kept. -
