Love my apartment. Everything is going smooth. After putting my application in, I did have to come and check on my application status a few times and took about 2 weeks until I found out I was approved. But as soon as I was approved everything else went very smooth! Picked up keys and had everything complete super fast. Jabari was a big help in making sure things got done. He even scheduled a pest control appointment for me without me asking. Leslie is very nice and patient, I love that about her! I DO NOT AND HAVE NOT seen any roaches or any type of bugs in my apartment or surrounding. I have been here 2 weeks so far. Love it!!

I just wanted to say that I love the workers here at Sola. All of the staff were wonderful and very polite. I worked with Leslie and she was awesome. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. Plus she got me exactly what I wanted. I love her. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’m now a new resident at Sola Westchase. Ask for Leslie when you come and visit.

I met Sandra the new property manager as she was walking property. She introduced herself to me and my husband and I’m delighted to see all the changes happening.Especially the new AC in the gym! We had complained to AJ and his rude front office staff for months and nothing had been done about it. Thank you Sandra for showing concern and doing something about it.

I have to agree with the others this complex has been amazing the office staff is amazing they walked by I see the staff throughout the day theyre very helpful every time I go into the office theres a Hispanic lady I dont know her name she is so kind and always walking the property Diamond is very helpful and attentive to all of us as well the complex is not trashy its maintained cleaned well theres is nice gym equipment its a really nice place to call home. I been here going on a few months now so I have had some time to observe the complex before writing a review

The office staff is amazing! The manager Aj is very professional and so is the assistant manager Matthew and of course the leasing agent Diamond. They are all very friendly and the maintenance here is very well kept.I enjoy my time living here, the price is actually worth the apartment you are getting.Of course there are going to be a few flaws here and there (which apartment doesn’t) but overall the service, the community (it’s very quiet never had issues with anyone) and the security here is very good.I highly recommend living here!

These apartments are beautiful , I am going on my second year living here and me and my kids love it her , between the quiet neighborhood , well kept pool , as well as the gym its been great ! Any minor fixes I have needed was fixed right away . Diamond was so very helpful and made my move in process so smooth ! If you are suggesting these apartments I absolutely recommend .

Good experience from my first moving in until I moved out to buy a house. The office staff always friendly when I came in to get my packages and put in service for maintenance. On my last day Matt walked my apartment with me and made sure I knew my final utility so I could get my deposit back, very helpful. Other girl, I think her name was Angelice is also very helpful and nice. I have not seen the new apartments but they are supposed to be nice with granite and steel appliances. A good place for the price.

This apartments is nice. It’s an older apartment but good place for the price and they keep it clean the best that they can. I ask maintenance to fix my toilet a couple times and Juan is always so Happy and pleasant while he fixes it but the office people is always so nice. AJ, Matt, Diamond take care of any issue I have. I would recommend someone to move here

I had a great experience touring these apartments! I am transferring in the spring for a new position and am in town for the holidays. Couldnt be more excited about my move. I want to live near my new job and this place is super cozy and I really enjoyed my tour. The office is very professional and the manager is very knowledgeable and stood out from many other apartments I toured. The other apartments didnt really care about giving me a tour. I am really big on customer service and a big believer in making sure that reviews are written when I am treated well. I will be moving here in the spring and will refer my co-workers and friends here too! Thank you and happy new year!

Great place, amazing location, close to every restaurant, clean pool and gym with new equipment.The apartment is big and has tall ceilings, great layout.The staff is awesome! Special thanks to Matt and Aunjelice, they were always helpful and nice, quick to respond and super nice to have a conversation with. Made us always feel welcomed and at home.In a year of living here we only had one issue, with the AC, and it was fixed very fast.I most definitely recommend Columns at Westchase apartments to live in!

So far so good! The apartment has great inner and outer appearance. The location is great and minutes away from plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.My move in day was made simple and easy. There was a small hiccup with my move in but my Agent, Matthew Swann made it seem as though nothing happened. He had a solution to the problem before I even knew there was a problem!The staff was very pleasant and helpful!The community seems quiet. Not too much was going on when I moved in and so far the area is quiet and seems a bit laid back.

I have lived here for a year and will be moving out due to purchasing a house. Columns at Westchase was great for me and my wife. We had our AC go out back in April but their team worked hard on getting unit working. Matt and Aunjelice was great and easy to work with. Anytime we had questions or issues he was quick to get them answered or solved. There has been new owners and some new team members since last year. Everyone has been great to work with.

I recently moved in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Matt specifically greeted me with so much information about the apartments. He was just very kind to me I felt so welcomed. They also have a beautiful pool with a GYM!!! Which is a major plus for me.

I lived at The Columns in building 9 on a 13-month lease and here are my reflections upon my experiences. At the start, the Office Administration made the move in transition very simple and smooth. At this community I felt a sense of security and comfortability with my neighbors. I chose a 1 bedroom apartment that was beautifully upgraded with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and a neutral color setting for flooring an cabinents. One of the outstanding features for me was just having these up-to-date appliances and my own washer and dryer. Additionally, the garden tub was fairly large and the water temps functioned as one would desire. The surrounding area was peaceful and very seldomly would you hear any social noise from neighbors. The parking was very generous in the central area, so that was nice to have when expecting a guest. Valet trash was an option, however its from a different vendor than ECIGroups, so when things didnt get done, you have to give Valet Living a call. The pool and hot tub were amazing features because they were always clean and had plenty of areas to relax. I enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor, there is plenty of tree tops to see and a great spot to see the sunset if your patio is facing west. The property is only 4-5 minutes away from Westheimer where there is a diverse amount of food, shopping, and entertainment; such a great boon.What spoke the most volume to the community for me was the friendly neighbors and the office staff, Matt, Sontiel, Anjulice, Ms.Diamond, and the mantainence man, Juan.Who went above and beyond for me was the Assistant Manager, Matt. Matt and the Regional Property Manager, Tammy N., helped me resolve a major issue regarding a submitted written notice to vacate that was misplaced by another staff member at The Columns. My advice is that if you intend to vacate after your stay, be sure you recieve a signed & dated copy from a staff member you are familiar with.This place was a great place to call home. The community and office hospitality made it all worth while. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in the West Chase area.

I have no idea why the negative reviews are posted. We have lived both under the old management and now the new. The new management is doing an outstanding job with the new renovations and also promptly takes care of all maintenance problems. This is a HUGE improvement from the old owners. I also think its completely unfair to call out the property manager Tyson. Hes always been professionally and upbeat with his personality. Matt the manager for rent payments is nothing but thorough and professional plus very kind. The receptionists in the front office are super nice and friendly. I think The Columns at Westchase is the best kept secret in Houston and more people need to visit and lease an apartment. And by the way, Im not a ghost writer Im a resident.

I moved back in Dec 2018, and although my relationship with the property/staff started off a little rocky the staff quickly turned things around. Matt and Aunjelice (assistant manager & leasing agent)made sure that maintenance made it a priority to have the unit just right before i moved my belongings in. After about 7 months into my lease i was having noise issues with my upstairs neighbors, after consulting with the staff they made sure that it was address so that i could feel comfortable in my apartment home. i am on my second year at this property and im looking fwd to my move to one of the newly renovated units! The team in the office are defiantly making sure my transition is smooth. overall i will say having a great team in the office is a vital part of me feeling safe and comfortable; being able to go to them with my concerns and they never made me feel as though i was a bother! this property is safe and clean and i am glad i chose this as my home. oh and its easy access to interstate,shopping centers and food places!

I’ve been living here for 9 months and I love this place! The only negative thing that I can say is that there was a $300 price increase for my renewal lease. But aside from that, the office staff are great and attentive & I haven’t had any issues with my unit! Definitely recommend.

I moved here late March of 2018. Had a couple of minor issues but were taken care of in a timely matter. It has been a good experience so far. The upgrades around the complex have looked great. Staff is by far the best, Tyson, Matt and I cant remember the other young ladies name lol but she is also as great lolI would give it a 5 star but my appliances are yet to be upgraded (they were suppose to be upgraded since July). Anyway, its been good so far! Thanks to the staff, you guys are awesome!

I have to say. Not everyone will take the time to write a positive review. As a long term resident I have noticed a difference in the maintenance team completing my request and have seen a lot of improvements around here lately. I also visited the office recently regarding a few questions and the new manager and staff were extremely professional and friendly. I think they are headed towards the right direction. I’m happy to see the improvements and I appreciate good customer service. That’s truly hard to find now days. Reviews always have negative experiences so I took the time to actually write a good one because sometimes it’s good to show the management team that their residents care too.Thus far I’m a happy resident. Sorry for the others that have had a bad experience I’m sorry and my recommendation would be to stop by and address your concerns with the staff or manager.

This is my 2nd year living here, so far so good. There were many confusions at first when the management changed, e.g. the auto payment service changed, so I got charged for not registering with the new site for overdue fees. Whenever I email the front office, it doesnt always respond in a timely manner. And it seems every time a reply comes up, its a different person answering the email so you sort of have to reexplain the details over and over. Two weeks, the bathrooms are reinstalled with new toilets, I give a plus on that. Except the installing staff changed the position of my sink, now when we wash hands, the water spills up on our face gotta get them to fix that too. Generally I like it here, because of the remote controlled gate system, visitors cant access our complex easily, so it is quiet at night and we can sleep. During Harvey, nothing was flooded! So awesome for high grounds, just love this place in general!

I’ve lived here about a year and a half and I wanted to take the time to write a review to say how much I appreciate Aunjelice and Cash in the front office. Any time I have a question or concern, they follow up in reasonable timing. They will go above and beyond to give you the correct answer (not just tell you what you want to hear) and I respect that so much. I trust them and I believe that’s very important when it comes to your living situation. The maintenance team deserves 5 stars as well. If they don’t come the day of, they are there the next if they have what you need in stock. Hats off to Aunjelice and Cash, they both deserve recognition for their hard work.

The Columns at Westcase is a great place if youre considering moving. The staff has always been there to help. Even though it seems they are always moving about, they take the time to listen to any issues you may be having and will get things done. The staff has been nothing but friendly, helpful and makes sure the community is safe.The location allows for easy access to the beltway and theres a lot of shops and places to eat nearby.The complex is beautiful with adequate parking and my unit was move in ready with no issues.

My experience as a tenant at the columns of Westchase has definitely been one worthy of a 5-star review. I’ve lived here for the last 3 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The service Rockstars Aunjelice, Matt and zarina are always readily available to help with any requests. The maintenance team are also always on point with maintenance requests which is a rare case at some other apartment complexes(not this one). Thanks to everyone here for making this place a fantastic place to call home!

OMG!!! I just fell deeply in love with this apartment complex, I actually came with a friend to help her look for a new place to call home and ended up leaving the tour wondering how soon do I have til my lease is up. Everything was amazing from the staff especially the staff ( I must say you guys have a great staff in order) never have I went on a tour and the staff was so helpful. The updated apartments are breathtaking as well as landscaping and the amenities such as the gym and pool area. You’re also less than 15mins away from the amazing galleria mall and there is so much to do in this area. I look forward to my friend hopefully choosing this place as her next home. By the way a lady named Aungulice was a very help and the best. I’m so sorry if I messed the spelling of your name.

Had a maintenance request and was taken care of swiftly according to the urgency of the issue.Special shout-out to Aunjelice Williams and Matt Swann at the leasing office for being very helpful and resourceful right from the apartment tours to picking up mail and such.All in all a very good option in the Westchase area!

The office staff is super friendly and accommodating, they are even making exterior changes and fixing this place back up better than it was before.... great location, really close to everything, 20 mins from downtown, super quite community, plus a great pool, gym and lots of parking... I love my apartment!!!
