    I was really amazed at how the leasing office able to help me get it my apt. I mean they didnt just give up on going the extra mile for me by giving me a chance. Tabria was such a big help for me from the beginning to finally putting my keys in my hand with such excellent customer service. Im happy to say Im a resident here

    I love it here at Soho, the apartments are always clean, hallways are never trashy, the Leasing agent Tabria is very attentive, caring, shes always available and she always goes above in beyond for us residents. The apartments are so quiet & my neighbors are nice. I would highly recommend!!

    Ms. Tabria was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring when it came to making my move very easy especially while I was preparing a funeral. The apartments are clean and very comfortable. I’m so excited to be a SoHo resident.

    Updated review, after being here a month I honestly don’t see what the bad reviews are coming from. If you’re looking for a place to live SOHO IS IT! It’s clean, quiet, my neighbors are friendly and the office staff is amazing. I’ve been dealing with Poncie and she is amazing! She very helpful, caring and will carter to your every need. We just got a new office personnel by the name of Tabria. She has been here roughly 3 weeks and she has been on top of everything! Every time I calls no doubt she’s going to answer and make sure my needs are met. Her customer service is beyond amazing and she’s always sweet. Did I mention she actually greets you with a smile? You don’t get that often nowadays. Great job at keeping this property up ladies! 100% would recommend.

    These apartments are everything, Ms. Tabria in the office was really great. She answer all of my questions in concerns, she literally showed me 4 different units despite being crazy hot outside, she never complained. The property is very clean in well kept. It’s really quiet and I cannot wait until I move in! I’m really looking forward to being apart of Soho! Great job Ms. Tabria!

    Tabria is amazing, she made my move so smooth. She was very attentive to my every needs and assisted with greatness. Her customer service should be used to train or something because Ive never felt so heard, so comfortable as I was around her. She is most definitely a gem.

    Poncie the manager is awesome! She definitely goes above and beyond at her job! I had a bit of a situation with my apartment and it got handled very quickly by maintenance and they did an awesome job as well! Anytime I have any issues they are resolved quickly, definitely recommend living here. I have been a resident for two years.

    Our new manager Monique Ortiz is the best. She honestly cares about the residents and the property as well. She is very professional and I can see changes just in the short time she has been here. The new maintenance person is so much better than the previous one and the property shows the difference. The property is cleaner the parking lot is not full of junk cars anymore . Job well done Cirrus on placing Monique here! Thank you.

    Miss Tabria is amazing, I havent gone through the process of getting an apartment in awhile and wasnt as prepared as I thought I was. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I only did a tour of the unit but I cant thank her enough for her assistance

    Amazing! amazing! amazing! Monique gave great services. made me and my family feel welcome. I love my new apartment the space is spacious. the floors are nice. the appliances are beautiful and the countertops are beautiful. As we were moving in Monique gave us some flower pens with a beautiful welcome card for Valentines not a lot of managers go out and beyond to do this for the residence. You must check it out definitely!!!

    Soho Apartments has been a good experience. Once Monique became manager of the property things drastically changed and issues that had lingered with property were addressed quickly. Monique speared headed a campaign to keep the property in high regard, professional and customer oriented. I can honestly say that Soho has been a good experience, especially with Monique in management. I would recommend property as it is quiet and peaceful. Residents are friendly as well.

    Ms. Poncie and her staff are GREAT! This is my second year at this property and I have had nothing but great experiences. Every single time I have ever put in a request it has been taken care of the same day or within 24 hours depending on the need and the time of day that I submitted the request. When the storm hit a few weeks ago every single time I reached out to her with a update on when the water would be turned back on or the lights she was responsive and even offered to give other options for assistance. She is the sweetest lady and the maintenance team will speak to you whenever they see you whether coming or going and they will ask you if everything is ok in your unit. I love it here!

    Great customer service by our manager Monique even though these hard times we are facing. She make you feel like your home. She is the most friendly and helpful person that I have experience here. Im glad to say that I am renewing my lease to complete 20 years at Soho!!!

    Eric Ramirez gave us an excellent service. He is very friendly and polite. Cleaned after he finished fixing our sink which is something I greatly appreciate. Would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

    On my search for a new home I went through so many apartments. The only one that stood out to me was Soho! Monique was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. Ive been here 4 months and Im still enjoying my stay here. I love my home, everything is upgraded, spacious and Im SUPER IN LOVE with my appliances and crystal quartz countertops. 5 stars all the way!!!

    Manager is extremely friendly and responsive to make changes and repairs when asked! Maintenance is quick and clean when repairing. Park issue is being solved, and outlook is bright for the remainder of our contract!
