A nice and safe place to live! The staff and maintenance are responsible and friendly. The application process was pretty fast. I got approved in 2 or 3 days. They support rent pay via Bilt, which is very convenient with no transaction fee on cards. The neighbors are fairly quiet and I hear little noise at night in general.The rent is around $1400 for a 1 bed, including washer & dryer. The room is very big with two closets, great for a small family or newly married couple but a bit too much for one person.They have all facilities that you can expect: leasing office with pool table and coffee machine, Luxer One package service, gym & pool and trash service.

We just moved in a week ago and I love it! Even the first day I came to look it felt like home. Will and Kari in the office have been so nice, kind, helpful and cheerful! Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. Residents that Ive come into contact with have been kind and helpful.The grounds are very well kept and I love the package lockers! Overall I highly recommend these apartments!

Skyview west apartments are the best place to live. It is a wonderful gated community. The whole management team is very nice and welcoming even the repairing/maintaining service team too. They resolve all issues in timely manner. Whole team works above and beyond to make apartments worth living. I live there almost for 3 years and never had any complaints. Keep up good work.

Stopped by today since my lease at my old apartment is ending soon. Will greeted us as soon as we came in the office with a welcoming attitude. We had a few questions and he even made time to let us tour the apartment. I love the spacious floor plans at this complex. The amenities are nice. This is the first apartment complex I’ve toured with jets in the tubs lol. Definitely looking forward to leasing here in the near future! If you are looking for a place to call home- definitely stop by and talk to Mr. Will. 🙂

Although we just moved it…. The hospitality the staff at Skyview is extraordinary! Will helped us the day we came to check out the property. He is super personable and made us feel welcome! Cari was amazing and extremely patient with our application process for it had some complications. And Cheyanne was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed upon move in.All three of them did such an amazing job. One thing my husband and I care about when we were searching for a new property, is always the first interactions with the staff members. The apartments we visited prior to them was definitely not up to par with this team.I’m not sure why they didn’t come up with my initial search through my phone, but I’m glad we waited and I was able to find them searching Google through my laptop.Thank you all for having such an amazing welcoming atmosphere! Glad we found our home!

I lived here for a year and loved it! The management is great, and a special shout out to Cheyenne, Cari, and Will for always helping me with any questions I had. Some things I wanted to know before I moved in is that if you need something done quick, maintenance will get on it. Things are kept will clean and they were always willing to help out. I had no issues with bugs or anything lol. The landscaping is also nice and I will miss going on runs in the morning (there are surrounding apartments with lighting and sidewalks that allow for an early morning jog down the street).

Lived here for 4 years. Love the place. Really helpful staff at the office and maintenance is on time. Will in the leasing office was really helpful. Any maintenance requests was done the very next day. There is a separate room for kitchen pantry. Really spacious and looks nice overall. Will recommend this place to anyone.

After living here for 11 months I can whole heartedly say, the office team and management are the absolute best. Maintenence is amazing as well, Ive never had to wait more than a few hours for them to show for an issue. Anytime I had serious problems the complex made it right by me..I renewed yesterday for 13 months and plan to renew again. This place is awesome, dont let the reviews of peopld who got denied sway your opinions, take it from someone who lives here. This place is great.

Man, I love this place! Everything is always so nice and neat, from grounds and breezeways, to the office. The staff is absolutely amazing every time I speak to them. They’re super courteous and very knowledgeable. With the location of the property, there is so much to do. I love the fact that they don’t think they’re perfect, but they strive to be that way! I am impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. Staff changes frequently but they recently hired new management and they’re helpful and friendly. Hopefully they stay for more than a year. Cheyenne is super nice. Talk to her if you’re looking to move in. I wouldn’t recommend living on the second floor because you can hear the tenants above you and below you if they’re noisy or playing something loud. The tenants are respectful for the most part. Safe complex as well.

I really love this place. It is very nice and everyone who has come to visit love the apt as well. So many compliments. Peaceful, great management and they are really great at accommodating issues the residences have. During the winter freeze they were on top of all issues maintenance wise and also opened vacant apartments to those in need of power, water, and food. Very professional and hard working team. I have to thank Smart City for finding this property for me and accommodating my requests in less than a week.

For the most part, I loved living here. I wouldve gladly stayed here longer if not for moving to another state for work. The front office was always super helpful and maintenance was always quick to get any repairs done. Only downside we had was for a time our upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy and the landscape company couldve done a better job. Also while I was working night shift it was very difficult to find a parking spot close to my building, but overall the apartments were very nice and I still miss having that huge pantry at my new apartment!

Had some issues with noise caused by construction. Management was swift in addressing my issues. I unfortunately had to move out but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there at Sky view. Leo is awesome and the rest of the crew is always super nice and greets on their feet. Amenities are the reason we decided to move there. Love the dog park and they keep it in great shape. Pool is always clean and fun to hang around as most of the residents are extremely cool.

Normally I don’t leave a review, but the service I received can’t go unnoticed. I recently moved from STL to Dallas and Skyview West has made my transition amazing so far. I feel safe, my kids love it, the school district is phenomenal, maintenance arrives in a timely manner, the ladies at the front desk are attentive to our needs, the dog park is up-kept, and over all the community stays clean. They exceeded all my needs and then some. Ryan I personally wanna thank you for being patient with me throughout this process. You have no idea how much my life has transitioned since we moved 4 months ago. Honestly your kindness, patience, and willingness to help gave me courage to leave everything I know and start over again. Long story short I love it here!!!!!! 😌

Lived here for almost 2 years now. I moved in two months ago and my overall experience has been great since the moment i walked in to the leasing office. Leo and management have been very helpful and truly helped me make my final decision after looking at other complexes with their hospitality and generosity. The maintenance team is great and work with urgency. The residents are friendly and the pool and gym are amenities covienent to have. I have lived in two other apartments complexes within the north Ft. Worth area and so far this is the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend to look at Skyview West if you plan on moving soon!

We moved to Skyview West back in July and had a rough start. However, the change in office staff has made all of the difference! Cecil is the nicest man I have ever met. I have lived in a few different complexes and never had such a pleasant experience. He always greets everyone by name with candy and some kind words. My 5 year old son loves to stop by the office for some candy and laughs. If you are looking for a place to love where the staff is kind and inviting, this is the place for you!

You are also surrounded by many restaurants and up the street mini bars up by alliance you have a target within a five minute drive and atKroger within a five minute drive it is literally one of the best locations Ive ever stayed and the front office are amazing they are very knowledgeable very understanding when you communicate with them you will not regret living here

*MUST READ!!!!*Y’all, I NEVER and I mean EVER write reviews so this one is 100% worth writing! Cecil, is THE BEST! I have never had the experience I have had with him at NO property. He’s kind, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking and super dedicated to helping. He literally stayed an hour AFTER closing to make sure I got my keys. He called me to update me on prices daily because he knew what I wanted for the budget and EVERYDAY he would update me. He Literally worked with me through everything. I have been to many companies and he is top tier! Like NUMBER ONE! If you are relocating, if you want a certain budget, if you want a few laughs, a professional, a companionate person who’s not looking for the money but really just love to help; please look no further. CECIL GOT YOU COVERED! Also, if you want to steal candy from his desk, he got you. Lol you won’t regret it! When in doubt, Cecil can work it out.

I work nights, so when I was woke for maintenance to come do couple jobs to my apt, they were real respectful and did job to the T without being bothered so I was able to go back to sleep in peace and go about my day. The manager (i.e. Shannon) and staff (i.e. Adriana), went out of there way to expedite the leasing processes at my request on a Saturday. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Shannon assisted Adriana on her day off which impressed me. Adriana got my lease ready in 2 hours and had every thing ready when I arrived to sign. She also answered my many questions in a professional manner. I am very pleased with my experience.
