    I’ve been living at Skyline at Farmers Market for almost a year now, and it’s been a great experience. Dylan and the team really make an effort to ensure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, they’ve been quick to respond and resolve things. The building is always clean, and the amenities are perfect for my lifestyle. I’m really happy here.

    I’ve been living here for almost 8 months now. The neighbors and staff are very friendly and the complex is nice and quiet after 6:00, Makes for an amazing place to live. Not to mention the maintenance team, whenever I put in a work order it was complete asap, and anytime I had a question they gave me an answer that left me feeling reassured.

    I just moved in and so far there’s been nothing but good experiences. The staff is amazing, soon as there’s a problem or any inconvenience they get right on top of it and they show that they genuinely care about the property and the residents. The apartment itself is very gorgeous and spacious no problems on move in day and even as well as the present. Overall skyline is such a wonderful community to live in Matanance team is amazing and really help out when needed it’s a great place to live!!!

    Theres been several issues here since last year that have significantly improved. The office team has worked really hard from what I can tell to manage the safety and security of the complex. There use to be rats everywhere and Ive seen pest control here weekly helping to fix the issue. Im much happier with them that previous management and with all the changes in the right direction I would definitely recommend these apartments.

    I had to move in very last minute and was so grateful for Ericca’s help, she went out of her way to help me get everything I need and was able to move me in within 4 days. The new apartment is perfect! Updated appliances, huge shower and closet, and a stellar pool!

    After recently moving to the skyline Farmers market apartments My wife and i Immediately noticed the professional maintenance crew at the complex. it is the best crew we have seen in a long-time the supervisor is a professional and a respectful gentleman.His staff is prompt and they Complete jobs In a timely manner, in any situation they are willing to help In any way possible .I constantly see the maintenance group performing their duties in a professional manner every day. With a supervisor like Mr. Able who is highly appreciated. Any other complex in the City of Dallas would be Proud to have a crew like these employees and with a leader like this supervisor.Keep up the good work. 👍

    I recently moved into Skyline Farmers Market and so far, its been a great experience. The community has a pretty chill aesthetic and I really like the layout of my new apartment! Nothing cookie cutter about this place! Also, its my understanding that the community is under new management. I wasnt around to witness the prior management team, but so far my interactions with the current team have been pleasant. Theyre professional and seem to be pretty knowledgeable. I also feel like the property is well kept and clean. Definitely recommend considering this place if youre looking for a new apartment in the area.

    My experience with the front office, maintenance staff and living here in general, has been great! I have experienced some bad management at previous residences, but I have not had a bad experience here, personally. Specific shout out to Abel Santos, his maintenance staff, and Meagan in the front office! Abel and his staff not only fix any problems, but explain what was causing those problems and how to fix it/what to do next time. Abel came to fix the screen on our fridge since there was a problem with the wiring, he replaced the screen AND went ahead and checked/replaced the water filter without me having to ask, thank you, Abel! Meagan is also very helpful and responsive to all my emails and I really appreciate it!! There are some bad managements out there for sure and its hard for them, even the good ones, to keep every resident happy, but I believe that the staff here truly try their absolute hardest to keep the residents happy and enjoy living here!

    Well I moved in April 2024 and I can’t express how helpful the staff overall is here at Skyline Farmers Market. First off the customer service from Megan, Dillian and Erica make me feel more comfortable to ask questions. I always feel welcome when I go to the office.Now the maintenance here is exceptional no lie Santos and the crew are grade A performance every time something needs to be done.Thank you guys for making my stay here so easy!

    Ive lived here for the past 2 years and I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with the staff. go above and beyond to provide the best living experience for myself other residents and always with a smile on their faces. They also create fun monthly events for the residents which is always very sweet. Very great people all in all!

    I have been living here for almost 2 years now. The only complaints I have is the constant change in management. So far our current management has been here for about 6/7 months now and theyre pretty good. At one point in time someone was breaking into cars but since then the gates have been fixed and they doubled up on security(patrol officers and cameras) Its a beautiful and quiet property. We have community events which is nice and the maintenance team has been good since the new management as well. I do utilize the amenities very often and I havent had any problems on that end.Ive always had great experiences with the leasing office from Kayla and Rufus(old mgmts) to now Lisbeth. Its been a really good experience. Any concern I had was always addressed whether I talked to them in person or via email.

    It is disappointing to read these reviews from a select few tenants directing their outrage and anger towards the apartment complex when they should be directing their outrage & disbelief towards the vandals that vandalized our area this past week. I am aware that the gate was indeed broken by a tenant recently & was in the process of repair while awaiting parts. Google reviews should not be a venting platform.This property is stunning, well maintained & has an incredible location. Yes, they have changed management companies but the improvements are day & night. Love the location too!!

    Meagan went above and beyond during my entire application and move in process. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and responds in a timely manner.     I want to shout out Ericca Hale! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She worked to get me the best options and price, so much so that I applied for a lease right away! I had TONS of questions about the move in process and she answered all of them with such grace! I love that she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure a resident feels welcomed and supported.     My roommate and I have been living here for a year, our lease is up and we went to speak to the office about our Apartment and the Lady at the office Jennifer was very helpful. We love our apartment but people were leaving trash in the halls I do understand that people do that and expect others to clean up. She was beyond helpful, genuine and caring. We are definitely staying and recommend living here

    My air conditioner shut down and the maintenance department responded and fix the problem the same day. The serviceman explained the issue and was friendly and easy to interact with. The leasing professional in the office checked in with me to offer assistance if needed. I’m so pleased we have responsive and caring staff at Skyline Farmers Market. Because good help is so hard to find these days.

    This place is awesome. I love the call this place home. The new management is really good. They have four activities a month. I know when you put in a maintenance request. They are there within a day. This property keeps all the noise down. Also, they have security that keeps all the nonsense down. Overall score for this place hands-down five stars

    My experiences here, 2nd time resident, has been very good. I’ve only had a few minor issues but with every one Meagan Morrison greets me by name and is always friendly towards me. It doesn’t matter if it’s a/c, heater, light bulbs, or a mail issue she helps me get those things repaired. She has even served me wine at regular get togethers here. So, I’m glad she’s here and you should be too.Douglas

    I moved in recently and the leasing office was super helpful! They were knowledgeable about the property and really made me want to live there! After having a few minor issues, the leasing staff made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of quickly. I really appreciate the Asst.     I have lived here 2 years and watched different management come and go. We recently have gotten a new management team as well as maintenance and I must say HANDS DOWN! The Best!! We have ever had here. Everyone new in the office has been such a great help to getting me situated/comfortable in my new place and accommodating me with anything I may need after transferring into my new unit but I want to give a special shout out to Edward Fajardo!! who will greet u with a big welcoming warm smile every time you enter leasing office😊”can’t miss him”! and our new amazing manager Dylan Nickless for both going above and beyond making my continued stay here feel like home and taking care of any and all needs I needed help with since day 1 of them starting! This is a beautiful complex with beautiful units and great prices. With our new management team Kairoi Residential I only see this property going Up! from here!!     Skyline Farmers Market has been the best apartments that Ive lived in in Dallas so far! The units are gorgeous, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and the complex is CLEAN!     I’ve lived at this property for about one and a half years now. I’ve never had any issues besides minor maintenance problems which are always fixed promptly when I report them. The leasing office staff is also amazing! Kaylee and Morgan are always super nice and always are doing things to make living on property a better experience. I would definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for a great location!

    My roommate and I just moved out a month ago (we needed more space) but we had a great experience living here! The finishes are beautiful and modern (I’m obsessed with the color scheme) and the pool is really fun on the weekends! We legitimately never had any problems with management, maintenance, other residents, getting packages/mail, or parking. We both feel it was the best experience we’ve had with apartment living! I know they were recently acquired by Pure Management, so hopefully they continue providing the same level of customer service to residents and care to the property itself, as the previous management! Fatima, Emily, Maddie, and Zak were all amazing!

    I have 4 out of 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. Cortland does an excellent job maintaining the property and addressing maintenance issues quickly. The maintenance team is super friendly and very professional. In regard to the front office staff, Kaylee is a total rockstar. She is super responsive and it is obvious this is more than just a job to her. She genuinely cares about the community and the well being of the residents here.In regard to the property and location, I have an amazing Downtowm view at a reasonable rate. It’s walking distance to Farmers Market, Deep Ellum, and Downtown. The pools are great and the property is well maintained.My only complaint is the difficulty with delivery of packages, but that seems to be an issue fir a number of communities in this area.

    Soon to be resident. Me and my GF visited the property this past weekend and weve already signed our lease! The customer service was great. We have been working with Emily and she has been very helpful and responsive. The property is basically brand new and our unit was amazing. Very safe property as well since all entrances to buildings are control-access. Looking forward to making Broadstone our new home! (The sign-up deals are legit!)

    Pure Farmers Market apartments are nice, clean, and modern homes. Great location if you enjoy living in downtown. And the amenities are always clean and convenient to use. Such as the coffee bar, the pool, and the gym. They have plenty of parking for residents. However, guest parking is limited, but I did not host often so it wasnt an issue for me. The office is generally helpful and welcoming. I had no real life issues. Maintenance handled things in a timely manner. They even hang your pet on the wall for everyone to admire, thats cool! Living at Pure was a pleasant experience.As I read the bad/negative reviews. I believe most are women complaining. The complaints are things that the office cannot control 24/7 like scooters being left outside by the doors, people slamming gates, people not picking up after their own dog, loud music, your neighbor double parking, packages missing, etc. Those are things that happen everywhere when you are renting an apartment, especially in the city. If you have zero tolerance for that, than you need to BUY A HOME. The reviews had nothing to do with the interior of their own home. The complaints are people who do not understand their lease obligations, community policies, and are unrealistic selfish millennials who want everything in a snap of a finger.

    I have lived at Cortland Good Latimer for just about one year. I have honestly loved every minute of living here. The location proximity to Downtown, Deep Ellum, the Farmers Market, and even Uptown is unbeatable. The leasing and maintenance staff are incredible, there has never been an issue that hasnt been resolved in a reasonable amount of time and with attention to detail. Morgan at the front desk specifically has been a HUGE help. She always remembers who I am and even my apartment number (most of the time lol). If youre looking for a well kept and incredibly located place to live, look no further!

    I’ve been at pure for 2 years and overall it’s been a good experience. The leasing office has been helpful & responsive. I haven’t had any issues with theft or vandalism. It’s a good place to have a dog, plenty of places within the community to let them go to the bathroom. There are a few residents that don’t pick up after their pets which is frustrating. I’ve gotten unlucky with some louder than usual neighbors but that’s pretty normal for an apartment. Only downsides would be that there’s only an elevator in 1 building so walking groceries up 3 flights of stairs is less than ideal. And soundproofing is non existent. I can hear my neighbors open and close all of their kitchen drawers and cabinets every single time. Overall I’ve enjoyed living here.

    I have lived at Pure for almost a year now. My lease is up in August. Overall my experience here has been great so far. The apartments are clean and modern. The amenities here are really great too. I work out a lot and the 24/7 gym is nice when I want to sneak in a quick workout. The pool, courtyard, and club house are amazing as well, always clean and well kept. The sky lounge view is gorgeous. The apartment complex itself is very nice. Maintenance orders are always done within a day or so and emergency maintenance are great at getting back to you. I love having so much parking for residents. However, visitor parking is an ongoing issue, but you find ways to work with it. I would recommend for people who want to live close to downtown and deep ellum. while the apartment complex is very nice, the surrounding area can be a little sketch. However Pure has security patrol in the evenings which I have seen frequently. I decided to leave Pure as I wanted to live a little farther away from the Deep Ellum area. Overall, a good experience here, thanks!

    I love my unit (especially the gas stove) and the neighborhood. Its a quick walk to the Farmers Market and Deep Ellum... very conveniently located. The maintenance team is also really quick and helpful! Cortland just recently took over management, and its been a night and day difference. They have provided excellent and timely service and the staff is very friendly. The previous management company was, without a doubt, the sole reason for the majority of the negative reviews that have been posted in the past. Im looking forward to all the positive changes to come, and I will be renewing my lease in a few months for the 3rd time!

    Everything has been great since I moved downtown to this property. I asked the office and maintenance team to hang a light fixture-boom! done the next day- Asked to use my complimentary one hour of maintenance service to have my TV stand assembled and BOOM! done the next day! Amazing. The Whole Team is on-it. Never have to worry about having any issues -always taken care of in a very timely manner. Everyone that lives here seems very nice. Great place to live in downtown Dallas!

    This review is based solely on my touring experience -Kayla is an AMAZING leasing agent. You wouldn’t even know that she is new to the property because she is so knowledgeable.I loved the style of the kitchen, however, the unit that I was showed (which would be the one I would be signing for) had a very strong 🍃 smell so that was a hard no for me.

    I don’t usually do this, but I wanted to leave a review to help others who may be considering moving to Dallas and/or looking to relocate nearby and are in search of an apartment.First off, I’ll share a little bit about why I chose Cortland Farmers Market.1. You really can’t beat the location. As cool as it is being right in Deep Ellum in the middle of the craziness, Id prefer being a few blocks way. We also share a back gate with the farmers market. You cant beat that imo.2. The price is comparable if not better than the places youll find around the area. Trust me, I did my searching. Be sure check the website and/or call to see what promos the team is running.3. The team is solid. Theyll walk you through and answer whatever questions you may have. I never felt like I was being led astray.4. The gym, pool, and clubhouse amenities are solid.Now, Ill tell you why I stayed and signed another lease.1. Theres nothing I can complain about regarding the team. Maintenance is timely and the front office is always diligent and friendly (Clyde is the man!). Theyre also very diligent over email and the app.2. The price was right. I moved into a bigger place and actually feels like I may have saved money. I liked the old apartment, but the new lease is even better.3. Location, location, location. I still feel like everything is very accessible. Its easy to hop on the highway in my car, or hop on my bike to go downtown to get to where I need to go.Overall, I highly recommend taking a look at Cortland Farmers Market if youre looking.

    Charming neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Staff is friendly and always willing to chat with me. I appreciate that the property manager makes an extra effort to assist me with any concerns. Its clear they care, even when they cant meet every need, but they try to go above and beyond. I had to break my lease early for personal reasons or I would have stayed happily. they are good and take care of business most times. Special thanks to DANTEIL KIRKLAND Such a great guy. So professional and love that he cares and love he’s job. Ones again thank you !!!

    My car along with several others including a tenants garage have been broken into on different occasions since Ive lived here and Ive only lived here two months. When I signed my lease I was told the apartments would be patrolled by a Dallas police officer but I can count on one hand the amount of times Ive seen one.**UPDATE**Since this occurred management has made several changes including updating parking (marked visitor parking requiring registration), repairing the gates much more quickly, hiring a patrolman, and when I came home from work today security cameras were being installed in the parking garage. I thought it only fair to provide this information to people considering moving to the property as this was really my only point of contention with the property. It is beautiful. The common areas are always clean. The luxer lockers are convenient. The staff is responsive and encourages a community vibe.

    New management was fantastic. The staff was very helpful and the agents we worked with made it very easy to get everything ready and have helped us get settled in. We even had a few light bulbs out and they were fixed the same day we mentioned them which is unusual for most apartments Ive lived in before. Overall its been great so far!

    I have been living here since August and absolutely love it. Fatima is wonderful and so is the manager. Any issue Ive had they have helped with. Everyone is so nice in the front and my neighbors have been wonderful as well. The bottom floors with stained concrete are the best for pets! The whole complex is extremely pet friendly (not to mention deep ellum!). I highly recommend living here.

    The leasing office is great I love my apartment everybody’s so wonderful here. I cannot say enough about the leasing office they go on and above everything Im looking for. You put in a request maintenance and they are there probably the next day if not that day. I would definitely give this place 5 stars. You can definitely call this place home

    I toured at Cortland farmers market and had a really good experience. The leasing office staff was very welcoming and mindful of my budget! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home! This place is so nice and surprisingly affordable! They made me feel really safe during Covid. I will definitely recommend this place! I will be living here years to come :)

    Excellent and smooth move in they were super attentive to everything I needed. Maintenance is awesome and friendly. My building is super clean to be downtown. I always have a parking spot even when I come home at 3am. My 2 complaints here the elevator is super sometimesy which sucks when you have hella groceries and on the 3rd floor. Valet Trash pickup is hella random and I never know when they’re coming. Apparently neither do my neighbors so sometimes the hall smells like straight garbage. Ive only had 4 packages delivered but all were dropped off in the luxer box 1 at my door. Overall love this complex Love my deep ellum view my neighbors are hella cool haven’t had any guest parking issues. Super satisfied!! That elevator is why i gave 4 star bc I moved into this building specifically to have an elevator.

    Ive lived at Pure for almost a year now. Since residing here, ive seen the management staff change maybe once and a lot of things have improved. The current management/ staff are polite, understanding, they listen to any concerns you may have, and try their best to assist you. The staff is always organizing events for their residents for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and other holidays with food =)and they also encourage residents to participate in community events with them. I appreciate the management and staff at Pure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hes attention to detail and making sure youre pleased with everything from leasing terms down to a small service request is outstanding. The complex is always giving updates and making sure to accommodate the tenants needs. Very professional.

    I’ve lived here for 2 years and l love the location. Farmers market and deep ellum are walking distance. There’s a close area were my dog can play. Staff is very nice and they work hard to keep areas nice and clean. I love how they change outdoor flowers according to the season. Staff is fast to solve issues.

    The entire staff have been outstanding. Moved in in October while still under construction. Only minor issues with a brand new building and the staff have addressed all issues in a timely manner. This is a great place to live and the west side of building two has incredible views. If you have a dog the bottom floor units have the best years you can ever find in downtown. My wife and I highly recommend Broadstone Farmers Market.

    My husband and I have lived here for 10 months, and we are really sad that we will be moving for work when our lease is up. The apartments are beautiful (stainless steel, gas stoves, granite countertops, brushed nickel finishes, new carpet), and the location is great. Its easy to walk to Deep Ellum, the Farmers Market, and downtown. The pool, clubhouse, and outdoor lounge are all great and kept in excellent condition. The pool is one of the most popular in the area, so it can get crowded on the weekends. As long as youre there by 2:00ish though, youll definitely be able to find a lounger. Maintenance is prompt and fixes everything right the first time. I love the package lockers. We lived here before the management change, and we were worried when it changed, but the PURE office staff is great. They are really helpful and responsive when you have issues. Ive had a great experience working with Shaquieta on keeping the hallways clean. The new management also does more events for residents. My only suggestion for people looking here is: if you are a light sleeper or sleep at odd times, look for a top floor unit. All units have vinyl floors throughout the living area, so you can often hear your upstairs neighbors if they dont have an area rug or walk quietly.

    I lived at Pure apartments and I am extremely satisfied and happy with their service. The staff was always friendly and helpful in every way no matter what the cause was. I highly recommended living here if you want a great atmosphere and the best staff. Danteil Kirkland helped me out with an issue I had and gave me a temporary sticker, once again great place to live and staff.

    I have lived at the Farmers Market apartments for almost a year. Led by Trayce Allen, Cortland has done a tremendous job as the new property manager. I cannot recommend her and the staff highly enough as they are courteous and very helpful with any questions or issues that arise. The complex itself is spacious and great value for the money as it is close to many fun restaurants and bars. Cortland Farmers Market is a great complex if you enjoy the Deep Ellum area!

    Because of COVID-19 we leased our unit online and in comunication with the leasing office. We were a lil bit scared because of the reviews and the fact that we couldnt see the unit. Mostly Clyde help us, but everyone was great at clarifying our questions. When we got to the unit it was in good codition. Of course there where some minor details but we went to the leasing office and they are going to work on it. Our first packege came in and we got it without any problems and there are cameras on the package area. There is plenty of parking and everything is gated. We feel pretty safe. The location is a bonus (close to downtown, the farmersmarket, etc.) We hope to enjoy our new home.

    Tracy the property manager is amazing. I just want to start by saying I normally dont even go out of my way to review things but her and her staff have been so amazing i have to give them their due. Tracy has always been super professional and caring and as things have gotten tough recently she took time to listen to me and was so awesome.     Living at Cortland Farmers Market was one of the best choices I have made. The amenities are fantastic, the location is prime (Deep Ellum AND Farmers Market) and the staff is wonderful. The maintenance team is also great about resolving issues in the same day which is often unheard of. I believe this complex is the best ‘bang for your buck’ in Dallas.

    UPDATE: Thanks to Kelly at cortland farmers market, we were able to review camera footage and see the people who took my belongings and I was able to provide that information to the police. I was also able to provide my receipt of my patio furniture purchase to cortland and kelly helped to get me a credit for the amount of the patio furniture lost. And in less than 48 hours it was on my account.I have never heard of a apartment complex ever going above and beyond the way cortland has. Very thankful and happy I chose cortland farmers market.Thank you kelly and Danteil!!!!!!!———YESTERDAY I moved into Cortland farmers market and I was so happy and over joyed. UNTIL I WOKE UP TODAY to find that all of my patio furniture was stolen off of my balcony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can not believe this!     Ive lived here for almost a year, the staff is always so attentive and quick to help. Maintenance is available 24/7, and they always come and fix anything with in a few hours!
