    I’ve been staying here for 2 years and I’m still here because I’ve never had a negative experience. Maintenance fixes any issue that comes up in 1-2 days. Sharon and Lily the property managers are so helpful and Vanessa the leasing agent is so nice, she always asks me how my day is going and adds to the pleasant atmosphere of this property. 10/10 experienceUpdate: I just read some of the recent reviews and I’m confused, the gym, lounge, pool and all amenities are available and the elevators work. I can’t speak for anyone else but I’ve truly had a great experience.

    Hailey and Vanessa are the greatest 🌟🌟🌟The experience has been great so far. The apartment was super clean, had no flaws and everything was professionally done before my move in date. Since I have moved in. I had 2 different work request, which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Great community always taking care of their tenants!

    I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Maintenance man Jonathan always response to my maintenance request promptly and timely manner, which I really appreciated. Jonathan and his crew was not only efficient but also extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process times of my maintenance requests .The quality of work always been outstanding, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in what they do. He made sure everything was fixed properly, explained what was done, and even went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job.It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thorough service, and I’m grateful for his efforts.     I love living in Skyline for 2 years now. Lily helped me to get the apartment . She was very helpful. Also Everybody , Sharon , Vanesa and maintenance are respectful , and the property is clean . I use gym and massage room all the time. They communicated about registering cars so they don’t get towed.

    Vanessa helped me move in and the process was smooth and easy, she has been super helpful the entire time. Also Hailie and the rest of the staff has been nice and welcoming. I have had no issues with my apartment. Everything works and is clean, the amenities are well kept from the gym to the dog park and bbq/pool area.

    I just became a resident. They have many great amenities here, including the business center. They also have a very friendly staff. When I had trouble in the business center with printing personal labels, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure I got every label that I needed. Thank you Vanessa, I hope they give you a raise.

    I do really enjoy living here, but the leasing office staff needs to figure it out because as much as I pay to live here, they shouldn’t look so miserable every time you walk in the door. They can’t say hello, they just stare down at their phone the whole time. Your job title should include being friendly. We miss Sydney in the leasing office.

    I’ve lived here for a year now and I really enjoy the convenience of location. Lily is absolutely amazing. Whenever I need anything, she takes care of it and has an extremely positive attitude that is absolutely lovable! I would definitely recommend this apartment to young professionals looking to stay within the loop. It’s very convenient to anything im the city. The only thing I wish they would take care of is the carpets in the hallway. Besides that, the staff is great, neighbors are decent and rent is reasonable.

    I had a positive experience living here.When I first moved in in 2022, the management was fairly new and I noticed a few problems, such as condition of carpets in the hallways and mail package locker constantly being full. These problems were address as hallway carpets are regularly being washed and mail room is well maintained. The building is nice and outside noise is well insulated. Easy access to I45 and downtown/midtown areas so location is nice and there is always enough parking space for everyone. There are at times, when the management communications could be better, but I think it is also improving. I do acknowledge that some people might not enjoy the area, and this would be a better place if some residents can take better care of community properties. For example, I do see the maintenance people picking up trash that people left behind every morning, I appreciate the maintenance team taking care of it, but we should know better and put trash in the trash cans.

    Great staff is the biggest thing in an apartment complex to me. From move in to move out they are always available and do what they can to make you feel at home! Sharon the manager is awesome! Great building with great views of downtown and really nice pool area!

    I relocated to the area recently and was very nervous about choosing the right apartment in the right location. After countless tours of other apartments I decided to go with Skyline at Midtown! Sharon, the Property Manager on-site is amazing. She is very patient and kind. Sharon answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Her customer service is unmatched as she showed me around the property and even showed me the same unit multiple times during my visit so that I could be sure about my decision. 6 weeks later I am so happy I did! My apartment is beautiful! I don’t know how they built this building but it’s basically sound proof! I don’t hear my neighbors or any outside noise besides the faint freeway noise. I feel safe here. People are friendly, the grounds are kept clean and the location is premiere! I don’t usually leave reviews so when I do it’s to sincerely express my love/disdain of something. In this case, I love it here!

    7/11/2023 Update: My time at the Skyline is coming to a close and I wanted to provide an update. A five-star review is for a truly exemplary experience, and although what I said below holds generally true, I do not believe the Skyline deserves five stars for two primary reasons.1.) Lack of transparency in communication - I have generally had positive experiences with the leasing staff, but on multiple occasions I have been disappointed in transparency of communication. An exemplary leasing office would intentionally go out of their way to inform you about policies during your stay that could impact you, that would be a five-star service of caring for their tenants. I would expect to receive a letter to remind me that there is a 60-day window to inform the office about lease renewals before being automatically enrolled in a month-month higher-rate lease. I can only complain so much because this is mentioned in the original lease contract, but once again, if they cared about their tenants instead of exploiting them for profit then there would be at a minimum a courtesy letter. 60 Days is also abnormally high. The lack of communication happened twice before as well, with a threatening car-towing letter (that ultimately was immaterial) and an eviction notice when I was simply unaware that the two-month deposit did not include my 1st month of rent. These two were luckily resolved, but not without frustration and panic.2.) I am not happy with my dryer, balcony, or sink/bath drains. The balcony is essentially dysfunctional due to the freeway noise, the sink drains are constantly clogging, and my dryer has torn multiple clothes, clothes that I have been washing for years without issue.Well see how the move-out walkthrough process goes... I may have to update my review again if they are difficult.Original Post: I moved in about a month ago and despite the other negative reviews, I have enjoyed my stay quite a bit. Considering we are adjacent to one of the most trafficked freeways in the country and a number of bars, I find the unit incredibly quiet. I have never once heard my neighbors and have no issues sleeping with the windows closed. I have submitted two work orders, and both were dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. When the elevator in building 1 broke, it was promptly repaired. Sharon in leasing has been incredibly nice and understanding when I had confusion during move in.Is the Skyline perfect? No. There is some equipment missing from the gym, the pool is likely too small for the number of people living here, and some residents do not take care of the community amenities as they should be, but it is more affordable than almost any other apartment on West Dallas and is in a great location. You can walk to work Downtown, Buffalo Bayou Park, or to great restaurants and clubs in Midtown.The unit itself is nice, the appliances are all great, the ceilings high, the color scheme neutral but contemporary. I love my bathroom and walk in closet. At this point of time, I feel quite fortunate to be at the Skyline.

    I have enjoyed living here in my first week so far. The staff has been helpful when it comes to moving in and any concerns that Ive had with my apartment so far, which werent many.I even made a earlier review where I talked about how good everything else was, but if there were something to improve it would be the smell in the hallway. two days later, the hallway was shampooed and smells much better. I can appreciate that.

    Moving here was the best living decision I made. The staff is amazing. Alyssa is always so welcoming and helpful. She always goes above and beyond with helping us residents. My neighbors are just as awesome. But my favorite thing about living here is the gym! Everything I need to get my fitness on is there. I honestly haven’t gone to my regular gym since moving here. Definitely a great amenity for all my gym goers.

    Im the type of person who likes new experiences. I have moved apartments pretty much every year since I was 18. This was not the case this year as I resigned with Broadstone Skyline.First of all please note, I in no way am getting a kickback for leaving this review. I absolutely love living here. From the first tour we received from Adrian, we have always been treated with respect and courtesy.Some of the things I enjoy about living here:1) Whenever little issues come up (very rare), the staff promptly fixes it.2) The property is always extremely clean. The hallways literally smell like Im at a resort.3) Neighbors are awesome. Everyone I have met here in my 14 months at BSS has been extremely nice.4) Billing is transparent. Ive stayed at places where there are fees. This place does NOT nickle and dime you.Thank you so much Anita (property manger) and the rest of the Broadstone staff for making my stay here so pleasant!-Alex

    We moved in shortly after the complex opened in May and have been enjoying it ever since! Lyndsey helped us sign our lease and has been great to work with since. Anytime we have questions or need something they are very helpful. The community has a security guard every night of the week, which we love! Our last complex safety was a concern so it is very comforting knowing they have security. There is a cleaning service every morning mopping and cleaning the common areas. The amenities are also kept clean are nice to use! Overall we would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice, new complex close to downtown!

    Broadstone Skyline and its Staff are amazing. I am the question queen and I am sure that they are annoyed with me by now but I have lived in these apartments for 14 months and never once have I had an issue with getting something I need done! They are genuinely helpful and nice. Quick to respond and have a smile every time I see them! The apartments are also high on the list of amazing things in my life. From the pool to the gym to my home everything is wonderful. Living downtown was worrisome of me because I though I would feel unsafe in my home but that is not the case at all. I park my car in the garage and I feel super secure from that moment on. We love Broadstone so much that we just renewed our lease for another 14 months.

    I absolutely love living at Broadstone Skyline! My lease is coming to an end, so Ive started exploring new options. Each place I tour reaffirms how great this place is and reminds me of why Broadstone Skyline costs what it does! I love my apartment and the amenities, and the management and maintenance team are fantastic. Well, fantastic is an understatement.The building is kept clean, and management is very responsive. Anytime I see a mess in the elevator or around the rest of the grounds, its promptly taken care of.

    Cool property and the office staff is super awesome! Of course there are a couple of issues like the elevator but you can see in the managers eyes that they are pressing for a solution. I did transfer apartments because of the elevator and so far everything has been great in the two building and I have an killer downtown view.

    I have lived at Broadstone Skyline for a little over a year and just signed my renewal. Thus far, it really has been a great experience. The apartment itself is very nice with modern appliances and a large walk-in closet (full-sized washer/dryer!). I am on the second floor with a downtown view but don’t ever hear I-45 thanks to the soundproof windows and doors! The exercise room is very nice and never crowded! They also have TWO Peloton bikes so my friend and I can workout together (everywhere else I looked only had one if any at all). Management is superb and Anita is dedicated to making skyline the best living experience! I have lived at many different apartments in the area (Camden City Centre-building 6, Post Midtown Square, and Pearl Midtown) but Broadstone Skyline is by far the best living experience I’ve had and I’m looking forward to many more years at Broadstone Skyline!

    My time living at Broadstone Skyline has been a wonderful experience since I moved in January 2019. The staff is outstanding; they are compassionate and very attentive l. Anita, the community Manager, is superb; no words can describe her genuine kind heart and she goes above and beyond to help anyone and everyone. Brea, the assistant is a nice, sophisticated lady who is also extremely helpful and ALWAYS has a smile on her face! Scarlett is so kind and always gives me excellent recommendations on local bars and restaurants. Living at Broadstone Skyline has been the best choice Ive made since living in Houston!

    Gorgeous place, phenomenal people, and would 10/10 recommend. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in.     New management has been great so far compared to previous management. Maintenance and cleaning of the complex has been fantastic under new management. It is such a relief to have people who actually care about the property and the tenants compared to the last management team. Now I actually want to re-sign a lease here.

    The review is based on just touring the property and the helpfulness of Patricia. We ended up going with another apartment this time but this place was a close second. Great location and big living areas are what really made it hard to say no to this place. The reasons we said no were probably the small pool and underground parking garage. Big living area window and big kitchens are also a plus here.

    I absolutely love Broadstone Skyline! It’s lease renewal time. I’ll be honesty I did shop the neighborhood because I need a bigger closet. I didn’t find anything that compares to Broadstone Skyline! After a very disappointing search I gave Shay in the front office a call. Luckily someone was finally moving out of one of the A7 floor plans that has the largest closet on the property! Perfect timing for when my lease is up. Talk about excited!!!lol I appreciate Shay, Anita, and the fellas in the front office. Always very helpful and pleasant to deal with! Maintenance guys keep the property looking amazing as well!

    I have lived here for four years and have loved every single minute of it. The complex is always immaculate and maintained very well. Maintenance requests are often resolved the SAME day, which is a gold standard compared to some of the other complexes I’ve lived at. The location is also super convenient and is super close to a lot of great restaurants and night-life. HIGHLY recommend Broadstone Skyline!

    To be fair with my review, I gave four stars for this propertys cleanliness and proper maintenance as I recently toured this complex when searching for a new apartment for myself.However, one very obvious weakness and a BIG black stain on the face of this property is their current Leasing staff. Pls. let them go, dont force them to work there. They might be more happy to work at a Burger King flipping Burgers instead of uselessly sitting in offices all day!They are highly impolite, specially the guy who is at the front, I think his name is AJ, the dude is manners less ! These guys are too busy chatting with their buddies, they dont have time to talk to the anyone or answer office phones.Pls. send them to take some Basic customers, office skills learning classes. They even have NO clue, if their online sites appointment system is working or not!Customers cant make online Appointments and these Celebrities dont like to answer office phones, Walk-ins are unwelcomed,. I dont understand, How someone can rent a place at this place??WHY DONT YOU GUYS PLS. Go HOME, rest up well. Leave property Management job to the ones who truly deserve to work there!I cant imagine what kind of poor service this office must be providing to their residents !!!! I guess, Poor residents get stuck at this place only due to the leasing contracts. Else most of them would like to leave right away if they are allowed to leave!Lastly, No doubt, its good to have elegant building, location and a Flashy website but whats the point of all of this if you even cant provide basic customer service to the customers. These are serious signs of How poorly this place is being Run - Now, its your own choice If you still want to gamble, take a chance !!

The management is extremely helpful, the amenities are luxurious and they have an app where you can submit tickets in case anything go wrong and they ARE QUICK!     My move in process was super easy and went very smooth! Management is extremely courteous and ready for all of my questions. The apartments themselves and facility is extremely clean, modern , and well kept.

    Settling in and it has been really good so far. Wish the Skyline would have an espresso machine in their clubroom for residents and not just a coffee machine in front for the hospitality lounge. The other broadstone complex, tinsley park, has espresso machine, much bigger gym & pool, ping pong table. Other than those comparable amenities, I feel Skyline lacks and is suppose to be a more upscale luxury living. Hard to do anything about the pool now and the size of gym with what equipment it has space for. High end gym equipment are used for both broadstone complexes. The views from skyline is a lot better though and think location is better to walk to midtown nightlife and about a few blocks from Buffalo Bayou and Elenor Tinsley Park from a having a nice run outdoors. The resident award program and package concierge adds a nice touch to get cash back for being a resident and notifications of packages once they have been delivered. There are still other amenities though Ive probably unnoticed, but Im sure ill find out with time and once completion of the 2nd building comes to completion.

    We moved in a few months ago and love it! The location is perfect, we’re closed to everything and even found a new coffee shop we love! The staff is absolutely amazing and always ready to help when we need anything. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would!

    Love it here Jose and Abraham from maintenance do an amazing job. The complex is very lovely as well. Nice recreational area, Gym and pool. Definitely recommend this place.
