Im not a resident here but I often hangout at the benches to sit and charge my phone. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the vibes are nice. The residents treat me well and are friendly when talking to me. Im new to the city and so its nice they make me feel welcomed. If I ever look into apartments or condos, I will definitely start here.

I have lived here for over 2 years and have had a very enjoyable experience. The concierge staff is top-notch and are very friendly. If you live on the side facing west, the views are breathtaking. The unit rates are reasonable as well. The leasing staff is very accommodating. For instance, I was able to upgrade my unit in the middle of my existing lease, and was able to transfer without any additional fees or penalties -- they are one of the few apartments in the area wholl do this. The maintenance team is very responsive, typically within 1 business day and the housekeeping staff is great too.

I have truly enjoyed living at SkyHouse Austin for the past year! Starting with maintenance, they are so attentive and FAST! What I love about them is that they also teach me about maintaining my apartment while they’re here and show me how to update or maintain different appliances. Great service!The front office and concierge team are top tier! I’ve never felt so seen and cared for at another complex! Their communication is very timely and informative. There’s a great community of people here because the management team is great!Now, the only issue I’ve experienced is the elevators going out every now and then. It’s inconvenient for sure but it’s not the end of the world to wait a little longer so I try not to complain. However, the elevators are fixed usually within 12-24 hours so the problem persists for a short amount of time.I love living at here at SkyHouse! I feel safe living in downtown Austin because of this place and I highly recommend living here!

Ive been at SkyHouse for a little over 16 months, and have already renewed my lease once. Its on the edge of downtown with a great view of the city and is in walking distance of almost everything. My favorite part is the staff, whether its the 24 hour front desk staff or the leasing office, both parties have made my life very easy. I am in a wheelchair and the building is very accessible for me with a walk-in shower in accessible doors. Lastly, the building is extremely secure. No one ever comes to my door unless they are invited. Plus, many friendly people in the building that Ive made friends with! Great choice if youre moving to Austin.

I cant even begin to express how much I’ve loved living here. My husband and I have lived here for 6 years now and even welcomed our first son. Surprisingly our one bedroom apartment still provided plenty of space for us 3 and our dog and cat as well. Beautiful complex, amazing view, the BEST gym. And yet, I still haven’t mentioned the best part. The staff. Some of the concierge staff have been with us the whole time and we consider them family. We consider Chance and David close friends and I’m so grateful for them. Cameron is the newest member and is quickly becoming just the same. Not to mention our leasing office working with us to make sure we not only have everything needed for our family but Rob has evened helped us when we are in need of immediate pet care!I love Skyhouse and it truly is underpriced for what you get, let alone the location. The best in Austin for sure!!

The concierge people are the best! They get to know each person individually and make you feel like you’re truly “coming home” every time they see you. The neighbors are generally quiet and courteous. The apartments are kept clean by an amazing woman who is the absolute best to talk to.

Working with them is easy and breezy. Management is friendly and courteous and always willing to offer a helping hand when possible. Property is very nice and well kept up. Maintenance is friendly and is always on their A game. Convenience to Rainey street and downtown is unbeatable along with views from the rooftop lounge and pool.

I moved to Austin from Az after living all my life there. Looking for a great place to move to, we tested Austin. We loved it here so much we decided to move here. We used an apt locator and after a looking at several apartment buildings, we picked Skyhouse hands down. We have enjoyed our first six very much. Social gatherings here and at local businesses are fun. We like working out in our gym. Trash and recycling are super easy. Mail room and mail boxes too.But the best part is the staff! We have been treated well with rapid response to our occasional needs.The concierge staff is amazing. Friendly greetings, helpful with any request, and are very good at their job and interactions with us. Chance is a delightful character who fits our “young” building demographic. We enjoy the interactions with this fine young man. He is very personal with immediate help always. Funny and playful.David is also very helpful and friendly to us. We are similar in age and relate well. More like a friend. Always a kind word and greeting. The other staff, Cameron and those I don’t remember the names, make this a great place to live.

My experience with SkyHouse has been very positive over the past year and half. The leasing office (Rob in particular) and concierge staff (especially Chance, David and Hakim) are extremely responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The gym is small, but has everything you need; Im a fan of the yoga classes on the rooftop. The building itself has an overall great sense of community, and it is easy to make friends.

Ive lived in Skyhouse for a while now and Im actually moving to a larger unit in a few weeks. Why am I renewing? I could say its the apartment building, location (thats right next to the lake trail and downtown), or the neighborhood vibe… but its really the very good staffing that I dont want to leave. The concierge crew (mainly Chance Copeland as well as Hakim and more!) just make it a friendly place to live!

LOVED it here! Management, maintenance and concierge staff were always friendly, helpful, attentive and courteous. Rob always went above and beyond in helping meet my needs. My unit was super cute and well laid out for its small size and the real hardwood floors are a plus. Amenities were usually well-cared for and resident activities well thought out. I always felt so so safe in this building and the parking garage despite being in the middle of downtown Austin.Only complaint about my time here would be the neighbors who very clearly moved in straight out of college and thought they still lived in a frat house. Out of the 23 floors, there were maybe 6 units with roommates who met this description, but it was enough to be annoying when others were trying to enjoy common areas. The fact this building is on Rainey St is no excuse for overflowing pool trash with White Claw, dumping cans in elevators, or getting rude with a yoga instructor because you wanted to ignore the fact the roof was clearly reserved for yoga when you wanted to pound seltzer and grill cheap chicken (if you know, you know, lol). Even with these issues, management addressed them calmly and confidently, but its sad management should have to say anything about this disrespectful behavior to someone old enough to sign a lease in the first place. If youre in the 21-33 demographic and considering moving into Skyhouse Austin or anywhere where neighbors are found within 20 feet, please remember the men who signed the Declaration of Independence were within this same age range and thus there is more to life than the next party, and no excuse for acting like your parents never taught you right from wrong, respect for others, or the fact that the world doesnt revolve around you.Even so, I would totally live here again and these adult toddlers were not the reason for my move. Like I said, super clean safe building and very cute, stylish and comfortable unit.

I honestly can’t recommend Skyhouse enough! The leasing office staff ( Rob and Chris) to the concierge team (Chance, David, Hakim) and the maintenance team are all absolutely wonderful! The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. The floor plans, location, and natural light can’t be beat. I have lived in a handful of apartments and nothing has even come close to comparing. Thank you Skyhouse team for such an awesome place to call home!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but i had to take the time out to do so. Rob hicks in the leasing department has made my move in and all of my concerns a breeze! I’ve never had such hands on customer service. I’ve been at skyhouse for about a month and everything has been handled very quickly and smoothly. Christopher has been amazing as well!! Skyhouse couldn’t have picked a better leasing team. Thank you guys!!

I lived here for a couple of years from 2017 to 2019 and loved the duration of my stay.Pros:1- Excellent location2- Lovely floor plans - Spacious and floor to ceiling windows3- Bright apartments with floor to ceiling windows4- Concierge guys are top notch (Shoutout to Chance, David especially!)5- Nicely maintained building6- Nice proximity to the trail/lakeside walk7- Quite safe!8- Modern appliances which just work! (Unlike some previous places I have lived)Cons1- A lot of residents dont adhere to basic rules (noise, pets on leash) which the building administration struggles to enforce2- All the folks from the leasing office were nice and warm barring one - she seemed standoffish in her conversations and didnt really care after you signed the dotted line in the lease.

After living in SkyHouse ATX for my first month, all i can say is that it keeps getting better!! After very smooth application and move in process, i am amazed with this building specifically the amenities! OMG feels like vacation every day. The staff, my guy was Chris was very professional and addressed my questions and anything i needed promptly and professionally. After living in Chicago, then Bay area... this is the place to be especially for the price. Great experience thank you SkyHouse and thank you Smart City for helping me discover this place.

I’ve truly had the best experience with Skyhouse. I moved in 8/2020. From the first phone call to receiving my keys, the leasing experience was fantastic. They dealt with me coming back multiple times to look at similar units just so I could take measurements. I think I was pretty annoying, but they NEVER made me feel that way. I was never acknowledged with anything but a physical smile or a smiling voice over the phone. Everything went smoothly through the leasing process. There was not one thing that seemed off.I’ve been here now for a month. I am impressed with their at attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. The office staff, concierge staff and maintenance staff are all great. My apartment is everything I was looking for. When I did the walkthrough, there was essentially nothing I could find- the place was clean, freshly painted and in perfect condition.I’m pretty blown away. I did not expect this. It is a great building in a great location, but I figured there would be some trade off. There hasn’t been. This place, so far, is the community and home I was hoping for. I feel very fortunate to call Skyhouse home.***Update: I’ve now been here nearly half a year. Everything I said previously holds true. I absolutely, 100% recommend checking Skyhouse out. I honestly don’t have a single thing to complain about. I am so thankful to be here. I checked a lot of places out and lived in one of the other high rises downtown. If you are like me and checking Austin out from afar (or even close) this should be at the top of your list.***Update: I’ve renewed my lease and definitely think Skyhouse is incredible. They were with us through SNOVID and went to extraordinary care when we lost water. Thank you, Skyhouse team, for being so incredible. For anyone reading this: I am a regular tenant. I have no connections with Skyhouse. They have been incredible. This is, hands down, the best place I’ve ever lived. I am very thankful :)

As a long term Skyhouse resident, and having lived in other apartment complexes both within Austin and elsewhere, I can honestly say Skyhouse Austin is the best place I have ever lived. The staff, the facilities/amenities, the location, the soundproofing (Im a musician) are all top notch - but the hidden gem is all of the remarkable friendships I have made here. Im talking about real friendships with interesting and fun people - the kind I didnt think were possible after college. I recommend living here to anyone and everyone, it will be an experience you will thank yourself for, for years to come.
