    My family and I found Sire Wellington a few months ago and moved in August 2024. The professionalism and their kind hearted approach to what they do is amazing. We have not experienced this quality of customer service, both before we moved in and after we moved in. Thank you Sire for treating us with respect!We love everything about Sire; the gym, the pool, the common area, the coffee and tea bar, the computer room, the private offices, etc. I constantly see the cleaning crew making sure that this place is clean and spotless. We couldnt ask for a better place to live. Maintenance is great, they respond in a timely manner. All of the staff members have been great with us, Thank you Sire once again!

    The Sire Wellington is a clean, organized, and beautiful place. The apartments are fully equipped, and the floor plans are excellent. We’re moving in on Monday, and we are excited and eager to become part of this community.Drew’s service made all the difference! She was incredibly attentive, provided us with full support, answered all of our questions, and showed us everything the complex has to offer. Her assistance was truly outstanding.We can’t wait to start this new chapter at Sire Wellington!

    We just moved in a day ago and cannot say enough about this community. We felt welcome the moment we arrived. Victoria helped us throughout the whole process and went above and beyond for us. From the apartment to the resort like amenities so happy to call Sire Wellington home.

    Future tenant here. I was immediately impressed with the aesthetic and condition of the complex. The single-bed units I toured were spacious and feature-complete, and the propertys amenities appeared well maintained. Drew was an excellent guide throughout all of this, she gave solid answers for any questions/ concerns I had and I was never under the impression that she was lying to close the deal. I look forward to moving in and starting this next stage of my career in Fort Worth.

    When we toured, we were greeted warmly and with a welcoming smile from Property Manager Saige. She showed us the property in a complete full-circle manner that made us feel like we already live there. She answered every question and even thought of things that may help us decide that we hadn’t thought about which was helpful. Everything about this property is A+.

    I moved into this complex 4 months ago and have enjoyed it from the pool that makes you feel like you are on vacation daily to a well kept up gym. It is also nice to see they are pet friendly and welcome your fur babies in as a member as well. Big thank you to Jasmine at the front office for the help with any question I have . She is very professional but also a fun / outgoing.Update 10/22/24: Dominique Love is so nice and always willing to assist me with anything I need. Dominique has been such a great addition to the team!Kynnady the assistant manager helped make my move in process smooth and is always smiling and makes the atmosphere welcoming!

    My experience at the Sire Wellington Apartments was an experience of a lifetime. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kynnady, who is one of the property managers on site. She led me into her office where she explained the various space models upon my request. She offered me a vanilla latte, in the Gourmet coffee and hot tea lounge before we road the golf cart to the various apartment models. As I entered the first model space, Kynnady made Sire Wellington feel like it was my dream Luxury Apartment. Her personality was so warm and welcoming. As we viewed the Community Amenities, the property was clean, well maintained, with beautiful architecture and luxury decor. The staff at Sire Wellington made me feel at home.

    Great place to live with amazing amenities. the pool is great its a giant lagoon style pool. the front stuff is very personable and very helpful. Dominique is wonderful and engages well with the community. the gym is very clean and has a good variety of equipment.

    Great place to live, office staff and maintenance team is AWESOME.Dominique is so AMAZING, she is super fun, we had a blast with her during the resident social event ( Sip and Salsa). She has a bada$$ breakfast spot recommendation as well, ask her about it! 😉

    I wanted to wait about a month or so to leave my review, but needless to say I am beyond please with my new apartment! Victoria and the staff in the office are so friendly and awesome, they made the move in process such a breeze. As soon as I entered the community I fell in love. The community is so beautiful, unlike any other apartments in the area. The amenities are amazing and are also stunning! The complex is quiet, peaceful, and very kid/pet friendly, which I love! The apartments are spacious and very reasonably priced for being so beautiful! Im truly so happy we found this gem. I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends!

    To anyone reading reviews, read this one!!!!!People tend to leave reviews when they do not get the results they want but I MUST give this property and staff some praise!!!!!I am in the industry and can tell you that there is no better GM and Assistant GM! Cisa and Kynnady are spectacular!!!They are super personal and attentive to all of their residents needs.Every request I have made has been followed through to completion and every concern is investigated and resolved according to their expertise and their guidelines.From the tour that Kynnady lead me on, to the move-in experience... And from Maintenance, to the Housekeepers preparing my unit to move-in... It was wonderful!My move in gift was uber sweet and my neighbors who have been living here have all stated how much they love it.No property is perfect but their hard work to get things right speak volumes about their character.Thank you Cisa, Kynnady, and Benjamin for leading a great team at Sire Wellington. Keep up the good work!!!!!

    The Sire apartments are great.I appreciate the leasing office and the management as a whole.They took time and made sure my family was taken care of in the renting process.And now 3 months in living here it’s been spectacular.Everyone and every business has flaws but they go out their way to be involved with residents and our living experience

    This is the best apartment Id recommend to my family and friends. Its beautiful, clean and pet friendly environment.All of the employees here are very very helpful and friendly.The neighborhood are pretty nice and very convenient. Get you a minute to the freeway. School, Stores, and restaurants are around about 10mn.Most importantly I feel safe and secure living here.Thank you Sire Wellington for an amazing living community.

    I moved here from Florida, and the entire process went very smoothly thanks to Stephanie, Victoria, and Amy!! They were all so nice and helpful, and made the journey very easy for me and my sister. Victoria made sure that all of my furniture, that had just arrived in boxes, was placed in my apartment safely. I am very grateful for all of them and glad that I chose Sire Wellington as my new place of living!

    I have lived in the Sire Wellington apartments since November of last year. I love it here! Victoria Pauken was the one who helped me with the process. She is AMAZING! Every step of the way! Amy has helped me too! She is Great! Stephanie is also here and she’s so kind too and helpful too. They know what they are doing! If I ever need anything done in my apartment, it is almost immediately done after I put the order. This place is convenient to everything and that means a lot to me. They also have great events for the residents. Check this place out, you won’t regret it at all!

You have complimentary Starbucks in the morning, a quiet and comfortable business center for parents that work from home like myself and a pool table and movie theater that’ll always keep you entertained.     Sire Wellington is hands down the greatest apartment building I’ve been to yet. I truly enjoyed myself at this place yesterday with Mrs. Victoria, Mrs. Zoie, and truly forgot the other lady’s name. But they all were wonderful. You will not be disappointed moving here. They had a resident pool party for the residents, and children as well. It was such a beautiful experience knowing that everyone was truly enjoying their time with themselves, their families and friends. Once again you WILL NOT be disappointed.

    Sire Wellington Apartments made all of our dreams come true! It was the friendliest community from the welcoming neighbors, committed leasing office, and helpful maintenance team. The manager will work endlessly with you until you are satisfied in every aspect before, during, and after your time here.     I want to share my experience and knowledge about Sire Wellington apartments Haslet Texas. I moved from Kentucky to Texas after 18 years as I was from here originally. My transition in getting my application and all the process that goes with renting an apartment with them was extremely easy and painless. Even I had personal problems and the management worked with me. From the start till end of my 6 month contract waiting for my house to get built they worked with me even giving me options like if it takes few days or weeks they can prorate the rent until my house is ready to move in, with all that being said Victoria Pauken had a big hand in all this assisting me in all my needs. She was amazing at getting things completed or worked out for me and moving out of my apartment was really straight forward with no problems. I recommend this franchise anywhere in the Dallas fort worth area.

We are now moved and the staff went way and beyond to guide us through the entire process.     I have to say this is by far the best apartment I have lived in. It is like living in Club Med. When I first moved in, the staff gave me a bottle of wine, a cheese cutting board and a cheese knife. The amenities are outstanding which include a movie theater, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and more. There is also an office area with many computers which is an excellent place to complete work. The gym and pool are outstanding and you can even get Starbucks coffee in the office area. The units are very luxurious with hardwood floors throughout and they have access to state-of-the art internet service. The kitchen and bath areas even have marble countertops and the washer and dryers are top of the line. The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful and they host many events throughout the year for residents to mingle. So if you are looking for a comfortable place where you can relax, be entertained and enjoy luxury amenities for a very low price, this complex is definitely the place where you want to live. I love my place and am proud to call it home.

    Sire Wellington is absolutely lovely. You walk into a beautiful space at the front office with amazing natural light. Decorated in a simplistic but elegant way. They have every amenity that you could wish for, including a movie room. By far the most gorgeous space I have seen in apartment living.

When we got to my unit, the key wouldn’t work. What did Katie do? Fly downstairs & got the key! The moment I walked in I knew I made the perfect choice to call home. I accidentally threw something away that was very important to me and I called the office in a panic once I realized what I did.
