I love it here at Silver Creek! The office staff is awesome! Kim is the best. From the tour to the move in everything about silver creek is perfect. It’s peaceful here and very quiet at night. No one is hanging out outside, no loud music, anything. I haven’t had a peaceful nights rest until I moved to silver creek apartments. The apartments come with nice new appliances and comes with washer and dryer. The 1 bedrooms are huge, as are the patio. There’s a dog park here and a bbq area where you can enjoy a nice cookout and not to mention the pool area! It’s so nice I’m ready for the summer to go for a swim. Kim is the kindest and most helpful manager I’ve come across and silver creek also gives back to the community with food drives and has holiday events for the silver creek community. I highly recommend Silver Creek Apartments to anyone who is looking for a new place to stay and the process to move in is so fast and smooth and I plan on extending my lease and staying here longer then intended. Thank you Kim and Silver Creek management team!

Absolutely love living at Silver Creek!The office staff is AMAZING and so helpful especially Kim! Couldn’t ask for a more understanding and attentive property manager. The community is also very beautiful and super quiet. When our lease is up we will be looking into staying at this property and getting a larger unit for our family!

I just moved into my Apartment here at Silver Creek. I love the community and not to mention the office staff. The process from touring and move in was a breeze. I went with a updated studio with a cutest barndoor that separate the living room and bedroom. I walked the property last night with my dog and noticed the awesome pool lights all of them in working condition. I will for sure be going to the pool to read or even swim. As for my move in the unit was freshly cleaned and in great condition. You can tell they really make the effort to make sure your move in is hassle free and enjoyable. I can not wait to see how living here will be. Will be back with an update in a couple of months.

I love silver creek, I havent been here long but so far I love it and the staff kim and Ashley are great, the maintenance guys are sweet and on top of things. I love how small the community is and how quiet its been so for someone who works night shifts 🙃

I havent made a decision yet about whether this is the perfect new home for me, but my experience was so much better than most Ive had during my search. The manager, Kim, was professional and really gave me the impression that she cared about what was important to me. Thats the kind of staff I want at a place I choose to make my home.

Theres a creek, more like an arroyo, with quite a nice barbecue deck overlooking it. All the fixtures, knows door hardware match...a brushed silver. Silver Creek. Ms. Bree, the manager, and Ms Pearl front desk have hearts of gold, though. Theyll do everything they can to get you in and settled. Apartments are arranged intelligently on the slope to allow for what are now large trees. Decks are well shaded. Luxe items: light fixtures, large top of the line microwave, large soaking tub with beautiful tile work, excellent central AC. Peaceful, not much outdoor noise. I am sure Ill enjoy my retirement here for many years to come *knobs not knows...darn robots!

I have been a tenant for several months now and have seen some managers come and go. However bringing Dana to Silver Creek has been best decision Quantum could’ve made for Silver Creek. She has listened to our complaints and resolved them to the best of her abilities. She always keep residents updated via email and has awesome communication. I will be renewing my lease another year because of her customer service!

I unfortunately did not rent here due to the fact that i wanted a newer complex. And I was sceptical about visiting after reading older reviews However I’m glad I did! The team I met was so welcoming and made Silver Creek feel like home. I definitely recommend coming to visit Dana and her maintenance Joe for your next apartment.

Ive only been here for a couple of months, and I have had nothing but great experiences here. Ashley the manager is so sweet and will go out of her way to help you. I see her here working late every day! Even on weekends! The maintenance is always quick to respond when there is an issue in my apartment. I am so glad I found these apartments! Keep up the GREAT work!

Ive been for a month now since Ive moved in requesting repairs for my unit my garbage disposal has not been working and now my stove is literally in pieces on the floor I have put in 3 work order by 3 different staff members caus no on could find the last one that the other put in Ive been getting the run around from your management team and apparently since Ive been here in on month to the day management has changed 3 xs and maintenance once..these problems need to be fix or my next call is going to be to fox 5 news team to report you guys as slum lords

I love living here. I will admit its not the fanciest BUT the management makes it better. Dana is able to resolve any problems I or my fellow friends have in such a timely manner.

The apartment does have nice upgrades New tiles and back splash and maintenance is rather quick will fix emergency issues day of non emergency within three days. Staff is friendly Maxine always explains things to me thoroughly so there’s no miscommunication and is very understanding. The manager tries her best to be nice but sometimes gets defensive if you ask a question so you do have to try to re explain your situation sometimes with her but for the most part is pretty good. Only issue is the roaches, they’ve been here since before I lived Here and the apartment tries they’re hardest to work w me and send out pest control and do full sweeps and I try to spray in between sessions. Although the number of roaches has been reduced they’re not 100% gone. I think It’s more of an issue of the actual apartment building and less on management bc they are trying their best. Other than that I think It’s worth the price very cheap w quality features fast maintenance and good amenities

Never had a problem with bugs. The office is always so nice to me and my dog. I have new mulch by my apartment. Never any mess in the parking lot. My neighbors are very sweet. Rent is decent. And I love that there is a bunch of familys in the area. Renewing for another year here soon.

I had a great experience living at the Silver Creek Apartment. Three major advantages of the apartment: great location, super nice administrative team, and good price. Before I moved in, I checked reviews online and saw many negative ones. However, after talking to Ms. Carmen Williams on the phone, I decided to check the apartment myself. The apartment was very nice and renovated. I decided to move in but negotiated to have a short-term lease so I could move out if I am not satisfied. After living there for three months, I decided to extend my lease for one more year and in total I lived in the apartment for 15 months. During my stay at the Sliver Creek, I enjoyed it and never had any problems with the leasing office. The team lead by Carmen is very professional and respectful and they are very supportive with all my concerns. My A/C heating was not working well in winter and they solved the problem within 1 hour. My car battery was dead one time and Carmen offered me a free battery jump when she saw me standing beside my car. They also took care of my packages when I was out of town. Every time I called the leasing office, they never refused to help me. When I moved out, the procedures are very easy and straightforward. I planned to clean the room myself and Carmen told me that she has a lady to take care of this. After I moved out, they renovated the room further. Some negative reviews might be subjective. Based on my own experience, I strongly suggest that you stop by the leasing office yourself, check the room and decide if you are happy with them. This was my best renting experience.

Silver Creek Apartments have excellent management that have worked with me even in tough situations or when I needed something taken care of. They keep the area clean and I have not had any complaints. The area is quiet, nice, and perfectly situated for anywhere I want to go. The ideal location that Ive been looking for. Plus everything was updated and brand new, as well as affordable. We enjoy it here!

This property has come a long way!!! Managment is so nice and Karla is very helpful. I was going to give my notice and decided to stay, the changes is what is keeping me here. Gates are finally working since they took over, nice grill area out back by the dog park and the Maintenace team is on point. I look forward to staying here and feel very safe! :)

My family and me, we had a pleasant stay for 18 months. We never had problems with pests or rats. The administration is very friendly, and they try to solve problems as soon as possible. The apartments are being renovated, and look great, clean and modern. It is the only place near USAA where they do not charge for covered parking, and it is esscential in times of rain, heat or hail. Actually this was a factor of decision to me to pick this property.The laundry center and gym could be upgraded and expanded, however, for now they are sufficient. There are some gardens and trees which provide a fresh and friendly environment.Tows/cranes entrance should be eliminated. Its a hassle that they take our guest cars because we didnt located the visitor pass. I personally dont think Silver Creek is in a need of that. A more friendly service tho the renter and guests bring more oportunities opportunities to grow.I would like to recommend to the admin to enable a playground for kids. It just need a low investment and could be a decision factor for future renters.Finally, I would like to say that I recommend this place if you are looking for an economic, clean and close to your job.
