Living at Signature Point these past couple of months has been peaceful. I enjoy my fireplace a great deal these days especially when it snowed. It is a must to add reserved parking or you’ll be snaking around to find a space. The trash valet is a great amenity, so is the trail along the water, the dock, the pool, fitness center, and game room. The ducks and birds are a surprise perk that lends itself to the charm of this complex. Lastly, the maintenance crew is attentive and timely making this place feel more like a home instead of just another apartment.

We are new residents here at Signature Point and very excited to be part of this community! We went to a few others and hands down, I had my heart set to be here! Crystal was extremely welcoming, down to earth, and transparent with us, she even made things happen for us months after our initial visit! So far all staff have remained awesome and any maintained call outs were attended too extremely quickly. Moving back home to LC has been a long time goal and my bf and I are so excited to have our first place as a couple as we begin our next chapter here at Signature Point!

My roommate & I just leased an apartment @ Signature Point. The leasing manager Crystal literally went above & beyond to make this leasing process easy on us. The property is very nice and has tons of amenities that we cant wait to start using! Everyone here made us feel so welcome & Rebecca the property manager was so great helping us too along with Crystal. If you are looking for an apartment I would 10/10 recommend you come here and ask for Crystal, her customer service is remarkable!!!

When I came in looking for apartments moving from Houston, the inside staff was so friendly and wanted me to see everything and experience the whole property. they took me around showed me everything. The lady in the front Miss Crystal Stovall is one of the best people there. I thought she was the property manager when I left there. I told her it’s a strong possibility that I’m going to rent the apartment here, but this was the first place I stopped and I’m gonna go check out at least one more, I went to another property walked in the first 10 minutes of me being there. I told him that’s OK. I’ll just go with my first mine came back and Rented at signature point.

I’ve been here for almost 2 months now and so far it has been great. Shoutout to the office staff as a whole for assisting me in my application process, parking, walkthrough, etc. Special shoutouts specifically to Crystal Stovall. She was very accommodating and transparent throughout the whole process! Most of all the amenities here are amazing!

I came to tour some of the two bedroom apartments with my boyfriend. My experience was fantastic!!! Everyone that I met in the office as well as out on site were really nice and gave a warm hello. The apartment that we toured was inviting and smelt so fresh! Crystal was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions! She truly made me feel welcomed. I could definitely see us moving here when my lease is up soon!

Love the staff. The driveway and parking lot are in need of great repair. I was told they were working on it but just few bandaids. The grill is not working correctly and was told a part has been ordered— been several months. Love Alex Oscar, Jose. Love Rebecca, and staff they have been great to work with on a few issues. If you look at other properties in the area, the driveways are kept clean and maintained.

Been here 6 months so far. I can definitely say Im happy here. If I had to pick one thing to point out, it would be the maintenance. Maintenance here is 10 out of 10. If I put a work order in the morning its usually taken care of same day! Highly recommend!

Just moved in.When I called, we had a limited timeline to find an apartment. Crystal was friendly and attentive to time and details of our move in date. Rebecca helped my spouse with questions regarding the app system. Kathy, Crystal and Rebecca are friendly and knowledgeable, a good combination to have when dealing a new apartment member. The amenities : pool by the marina, game room, gym, make it a plus..Management: When details need attention, Rebecca, Crystal Kathy have and Alex are available efficiently.We are still testing the waters in apartment life. I know some issues will arise during our stay. So we will be able to update our reviews.Overall: Good experience!! Thank You!

Everyone is very polite and when something needs to be repaired its always done pretty quick. The parking is the only thing that I dont care for. Yes you can pay for a reserved spot but Its not in my budget and the only spots available near my unit are reserved spots not being used.

We just moved out after almost 3 years and the management here is the best Ive ever experienced. Rebecca, the office manager, is so nice and responsive, and the leasing staff is just as great. Maintenance is also fast and friendly. We lived at the front of the complex, but it was still very quiet, considering the main road being so close. Units seem to be upgraded here and there, too, so thats nice. Also, being within walking distance of multiple stores and restaurants is great. Overall, the experience was good and wed definitely recommend.

I am giving a 5-star review solely based on my visit to the apartments for leasing information. I made an appointment with Carrie for the afternoon and had called her at the last minute to come in earlier. She was completely understanding and let me see her earlier. Once I arrived, she was super friendly and very informative about everything. She answered all of my questions and was really helpful in trying to get me the best options for myself. She sent me everything I needed and had even called me afterwards to disclose some information I had concerns about before to clear up everything. I had seen a few other apartments that day in which their associates were impolite and dry, but Carrie was the best! The apartment she showed me was very clean, upgraded, and nice as well. Thank you Carrie for all of your patience and help.

Ive been really enjoying my time here at Signature Point. The neighbors are friendly, and whenever I have a maintenance request, they respond promptly. The staff is great too, always helpful.The pool with its stunning harbor view is a definite highlight for me. And having Starbucks, Cafe Petra (Greek), and Pomodoros (Italian) just a short walk away is a real treat. When it comes to groceries, I appreciate the convenience of Randalls and Kroger being nearby.Ferguson Elementary School is not only efficient with drop-offs and pickups but also inclusive. They organize family events that we all enjoy. Its a warm and welcoming community here at Signature Point!

My husband and I lived here in a one bedroom from 2016-2019 and liked it enough to move back this year. We were helped by Carrie this time around, and she was so sweet and easy to talk to. She listened to all our needs with moving into a 2 bedroom and really helped us get exactly what we needed without feeling pushy. It helps that we’d lived here previously, so I already knew what to expect, but Carrie spoke to us with such kindness, that I was so thankful to work with her throughout the whole process. Always responded to our emails promptly and answered our questions to the best of her ability. Can not recommend her enough!

This complex is amazing. It’s quiet, clean, the views and lakefront are amazing. The wildlife is fun to watch on a lazy day. The amenities are great. Pool is beautiful. Nice gym. We moved in late June 2020 and it’s been amazing. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled within 24 hours, the office staff are amazing. We had some amazing help and communication with Ashia and Jenna from the very beginning and they’ve been so incredibly helpful and kind to us 100% of the time! We’ve never had to request pest control and have never had bugs in our apartment besides some sugar ants. Although, during the summer there were tons of roaches outside (which is normal) they were never inside! The only complaint would be the parking towards the back of the complex. We pay for a parking spot and we’ve still had people park in our spot who (obviously) don’t pay for it, but that’s the good thing about a 24hr towing company! Oh, and parking lots don’t flood with heavy rain! Not sure about with Harvey, but with recent heavy and persistent rain, the parking lot never filled with water. Definitely would recommend checking this complex out.

Ive lived here for 10 years. I love the community, my neighbors and maintenance crew. They are all top quality. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the current Property Manager of the past 6 years or so.. who Im 100% certain will respond to this review with something clever to say based on reading prior reviews. I was looking for a nice apartment complex while I was in the area working and Diane with Apartment Locators told me about Signature Point Apartments so I called and completed the application online and was immediately approved. I went out at the latter part of the week and meet with Ms. Rebekah and Ms. Carrie and they were extremely kind and showed me the whole complex and I immediately felt at home. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home to stay. Ms. Rebekah and Ms. Carrie were very knowledgeable and willing to help anyway possible. My husband and I love living here! We havent experienced any major issues and the small ones that weve had were handled almost immediately. Ashia made our move in process so simple and smooth! She is very pleasant and made sure our apartment was perfect prior to our move in date. We have never had issues with parking or bugs. Its a very quiet area and I would recommend this place to anyone! We renewed our lease and plan on staying here until we are home owners.

Honestly best place Ive lived so far. Maintenance is kept up which I love and if there is an issue they resolve it quickly. They have patched the pot holes with new concrete,replaced toilets, and new thermostat without even asking for it. They really do take pride in their property. Residents are nice and cordial and I have zero complaints.

I drove by Sunday did a walk in appointment, Jenna gave my boyfriend and I a tour and viewing of the apartment and after viewing started the application process which was instantly approved. The entire process took only an hour. Jenna made us feel so welcomed and was very attentive. We loved the look of the unit, the gated security, the waterfront view from the pool. This apartment has a friendly atmosphere and a clean appearance. I am so excited to live here and recommend Signature Point Apartments for anyone looking for the same qualities as I mentioned.

We LOVE it here. Managment/Chris has always made our family feel welcomed in this community! We love the open concept of the apartment. The view of the channel and the yachts are awesome, there is seating to sit and watch the boats, fish that jump and just relax! The pool area is always nice, clean and relaxing to use. Gym are is again always clean, and a nice variety of things to use. The grounds are always well maintained and clean. Maintenance (Jose) is amazing, when there is an issue he is right on it, very friendly and professional. They get the job done, and truly care about their residents. With just moving here last year from Illinois the difference in culture and people are amazing! Everyone here is super nice and friendly! We love that there are so many things to do here and that they are all super close to the complex! The review before me with the gentleman saying the feeling of a sense of secluded relaxation once you enter the complex, Is right on! But enough can’t be said about the office staff especially Chris!

I currently live here and am very pleased with the apartment complex and staff. Ive been here for a year and just signed on for another. Ive only had to call maintenance once for my a/c and that was resolved very quickly. Chris, Roger and the office staff have been very helpful and understanding with any issues. I love it here and plan on staying for awhile. Its clean, quiet, pet friendly, smoke free, gated and most importantly has a great view. The floors/walls dont block all noises but compared to other apartments I lived in before the noise level is not bad at all. Overall, its a great place to live.

We LOVE it here. Its been a wonderful place to start our family. We feel safe and cared for here. Everyone in the office is competent and respectful. They get the job done, but also truly care about their residents. If ever there is a problem (which is rare) maintenance is on it right away and we never go long without it being fixed. The complex itself is so gorgeous from the water and boats to the buildings, and everyone is so friendly. This area is super nice in general, with tons of things to do, and even the Kemah boardwalk is minutes away. But there is also a sense of secluded relaxation once you enter the complex. Seriously no complaints. Once again, we love it here!

Been here for a few months so far, the staff is awesome! Very professional and understanding and willing to work with you when issues arise. Ex. I was on vacation for 3 weeks and my ac stopped working properly while gone, even though I had turned up the thermostat to 80 while gone it ran almost the whole time. The gave me a credit after I have them copies of my bills to show a few days of very low usage then spiking high and staying that way. They look at any problems and try to fix them the same day!

I notice most of these reviews are 1+ years old. This apartment complex has been the most hospitable, gracious, and welcoming community I have ever chosen to live in (NO I DONT WORK FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!) To anyone who is looking for an apartment, this place is a smoke-free complex with new management and I love it. Much can happen over 12 months and Im sorry for anyones bad experiences; however, so far, mine have been divine!!!!!! As for the leasing staff, it is a rather large property and when your job is to lease apartments, your focus is on the client so naturally there will occasionally be times when the office is empty. This is the first review I have really written about anything and as a manager myself, most comments seem so decorated with drama!

Great community with beautiful views of Clear Lake, a dock for fishing/kayaking, a pool overlooking Clear Lake and a 24-hour fitness center with an attached sauna. The apartments are spacious and the location is right next to CCISD schools, restaurants, grocery stores and just down the road from Kemah Boardwalk. I’ve lived here for over a year, and have enjoyed my neighbors, the office staff and maintenance team!

My husband and I are military and moved from Oregon to Texas. After weeks of searching, months prior to our move, stress and tears, I stumbled upon Signature Apartments. I got in contact with Naduia Hollins who went above and beyond her normal role as a leasing officer. She eased me into the process, wasn’t pushy, and was confident in her knowledge and ability to help me match with the right apartment. She also helped me understand the basic Texas laws, gave suggestion on job ideas, and was genuinely friendly and caring. I can honestly say because of Naduia’s personality and ability to communicate effectively we chose these apartments. Management you seriously have a gem here and she deserves a raise.As for the apartments themself my husband and I are ecstatic. They are BEAUTIFUL and the photos and virtual tour don’t do the apartments or the floor plans justice. They are so much bigger than they seem online or in a FaceTime video the grounds are breathtaking and the tenants around us have been so friendly and welcoming.I highly suggest you work with Naduia Hollins as you make your home Signature Point. You will not be disappointed by any means.

Living here for about 6 months now. I can say this place is very nice and peaceful. Neighbors that don’t bother you and willing to help you out if you need a hand doing anything. Kathy showed us the parent and service was great! Had an amazing conversation with the property manager who helped me with a lot of info! And the apartments are amazing! Would like to make this my next home
