Afternoon,The past year or so here at Shiloh Oaks Apartments has been a lot better with Management and Maintenance. I had seen a lot improvements. Especially Mario one of the maintenance guys. He always make sure repairs or replacements are done right and done in timely manner. I will say Shiloh Oaks Apartments has a great maintenance team!!!

We’re new residents here to Shiloh Oaks. The initial process had some hiccups, but Jo Helen went above and beyond to assist as much as she could! She’s very helpful and does a lot in the office. She works tirelessly but remains professional and customer friendly all at the same time. The new property manager, Alfred is like a breath of fresh air! He is a true business man! He handles business. He is very personable, empathetic, and professional! We’ve only been here for a little over a week and I can say with confidence that I love our apartment! Though we’re still waiting on maintenance to give attention to some minor details, I understand that this company recently took over and cleaning up the mess that was left behind from the last company. Therefore, we can be a little gracious because I know there are some residents whose apartment needs are greater than ours at the moment. I have confidence that Alfred will truly continue to make Shiloh Oaks a place called home!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have seen some serious improvements ever since Alfred has become manager. He has been very helpful, I recently had a leak in my apartment & there was no problem fixing it. I have also seen that it’s been way cleaner here. Definitely a great place to live, I recommend!

Since the new leasing manager who recently took over Ive seen in a change in operations and the attentiveness to help us residents. Not to mention the recent step up to actually enforce security to do their job. Very respectful man and understands what needs to be addressed in our community. Alfred and Jose welcome

The new manager alfred has been so helpful with any issues we’ve had recently, i’ve only been here for 5 years but in the short time that he’s arrived there’s been a vast improvement. Although it’s never been a bad place there has still been a noticeable improvement in maintenance. Any troubles with the apartment & he’s always been on top of it quickly

When we moved in we felt right at home as we felt like this has been the place we’ve been looking for a long time! If you are trying to find a affordable apartment this is place to live.

Edit to update since there is a new owner.I used to hate this place. They never answered maintenance calls, the work was sub par so when they fixed a pipe or ac it usually broke again a few months later. Then there were new owners from California. And a new property manager. And things got worse! They accidentally turned the carport i pay for into handicap parking, then couldnt figure out how to assign it and the tow company was constantly trying to tow my car.(From an assigned spot that I pay for) Plus Everytime the maintenance worked on my building, they would park in my spots! They also attempted to raise the rent by more than 500 a month! Finally, they got a new property manager (who can work a computer!) and suddenly things are better. Maintenance work is still slow. But with these guys you can see its because the main guys are trying to make it continue working. And Im sure they are backed up with all the work that never got done. They dont bother me and they arent trying to raise my rent to match the luxury apartments down the street so Im happy

They recently replaced the staff AGAIN and finally the place seems to be back on track. all the work the last mgr seemed to refuse to do for a year, suddenly is done within a couple weeks. the new maintenance team is AMAZING and so skilled in their work and now we dont have to move!

The new staff are the nicest people. Before they took over the previous company wouldnt fix anything, but this new staff truly cares about their residents. We had no water on Christmas Eve but they fixed it as fast as they could and got it back on for us. A lot of people were upset but its not the staffs fault that pipes busted it was happening all over the city. Yes the rates are going up but they are going up everywhere so it just something that everyone is having to deal with nationwide. I am grateful for this new staff though they really are some great people and when you go to the office Kimberly and Chelsea are always greeting you with a smile and they are ready to help you in any way they can. I will be renewing my lease regardless of the increase because we have a staff that cares.

This is my first year staying over here and it’s been GREAT honestly. I haven’t had any issues and they always give notices in advance if they’ll be working on the water or anything around the complex. The ladies in the office (Chelsea, Renee & Kimberly) are so sweet & they really care about the tenants.

I have really enjoyed living here for the last month. The leasing office is very nice, but more importantly they are very responsive. They are easy to get a hold of through calls or email. The maintenance crew is responsive and respectful. Granted, these aren’t luxury apartments. The countertops aren’t granite. The gates don’t close. However, the apartments are clean, there isn’t a bug problem, and the price is reasonable. Overall, it’s an apartment that will function well and fit into a budget.

This place isn’t loud for apartments and you don’t constantly hear every step your neighbor takes and it’s peaceful. Maintenance is almost always available and they fix problems when they arise, they are older apartments but I have no problem with that.
