My experience with the management team has been nothing but positive.When I first moved in a couple of years ago it was a rocky start and I was nervous about staying. However since the new management took over I have had nothing but positive experiences.This new management provides regular consistent notices to its residents through the portal, text messages and just picks up the phone when being called.I really appreciate the team here and have happily renewed my lease!

Update on my review 2025After living here going into my 2nd lease. I will say everything has not been peaches n cream bcuz no apartments are perfect. I can say that the new management have been working hard on things and turning the apartments around. Ms. Potts have been very helpful, all u have to do is communicate with her, reason why I will be renewing my lease this year. Ms. Susie is such a sweetheart n is always helpful as well. Maintenance have been coming in a timely manner. Its nice n quiet. Thank u Ms. Potts and the Sheffield Square team please to continue look out for your residents. Im enjoying my stay here.

Xavier Ford is the Man for sureI’ve been living here for a little time now and I have to say, the maintenance team here is outstanding but Xavier Ford is the man!! Every time I’ve submitted a request, whether it’s for a minor fix or a bigger issue, they’ve responded promptly and professionally.I ran into Mr. Ford when I was throwing some trash away and I asked him if he can check out on one small repair. I was expecting a no however he came right over and checked out the situation. He told me to “hold on I have to go and get some other supplies to repair this door”… I didn’t think it could be fixed. 15 minutes later supplies and tools in hand everything was fix and better than I expected! Thanks for making this experience easy going and fixing this fast! You are the man 💯

I moved to Sheffield Square 3 years ago and I must say, there was a lot to be desired. Fast forward, today I’m still here and the new management team is the reason for my decision. The management staff is very nice and helpful.The turnaround time for maintenance is amazing. The neighborhood is pet friendly, The Pools are well kept and the grounds and landscaping is great!!

After looking at several leasing properties I decided on Sheffield Square. The ladies in the office made the leasing process so smooth. While moving in the properties facilities guys introduced themselves and advised on how to contact them if any maintenance issues came up.The location is perfect; close to shopping, dining, entertainment options, and my favorite gym right next door. The property also includes a gym for those quick days. Being close to Hwy 161 has made my daily commute to the office easy and stress free.The grounds are beautiful and and clean. The pool is gorgeous and was a nice touch to end my summer. I recommend Sheffield Square to anyone that lives that busy lifesyle. It is the perfect fit.

I have lived here for awhile. And just moved out yesterday. One thing I want to say and highlight is this complex would not be as amazing as it is without Miss Sue! She is more than just a leasing agent and is incredible. She was helpful every step of the way from the second I moved in to the second I moved out. She made my experience amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because there were a lot of maintenance issues such as a garbage disposal that stopped working CONTINUOUSLY, leaks in the bathroom ceiling, and just general appliance issues such as the microwave not working. Other than that, great place to live!

I’m not the one to come and leave reviews but I had to for this amazing, and awesome experience I had a few days ago. Went in and got some information from a sweet woman by the name of Saberia. Her smile just lit up the office and her attitude made me feel so welcome. I had a few office visits that day and by far this was the best one. Great staff. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an apartment to go see her.

I will be signing my 2nd lease here. Quite, clean, never have had any issues. Sue is fantastic and so helpful. If you need repairs the longest I have ever had to wait is 24hrs. Neighbors are friendly!!

I have lived at Sheffield Square 13 months and whenever I needed something fixed in my Apartment Julio one of the maintenance men’s would always be Johnnie on the spot and get things done in a timely manner. He knows that I have. He explains what’s going on and tells you to do a follow up if necessary.Sue/Lana/Amanda & Jill have always treated me with the upmost respect.My only complaint is the Trash not being picked up each day. I “PRAY “ that DAYRISE will hire someone that will be consistent. Because we as the tenants pay our rent and valet trash is included.

The thing that truly makes this place great is the staff for sure. They make you feel like you are apart of a family. The manager Amanda Robinson is amazing she is extremely helpful she is definitely one of those types of managers when you need something done she will be there and see to it her self. If that means she needs to get up on the roof and help the contractors she will do it because she has after the winter storm she made sure everything was taken care of. She will see to it that you feel safe in your home. That means building a relationship with the local police to make sure all security measures are in place she has done it. They have made sure all the lights are working to make sure you feel safe walking to and from your car at night. When we were Filling out our applications Lana was extremely helpful she is truly the sweetest most kind of person you ever met. If you ever have any questions she will see to it that whatever you need it taken care of and if she’s not sure she will find out for you. You’re always in good hands with Lana. Shelby from maintenance is the absolute best. Whenever you need a work order is done do you know you are in extremely capable hands. You can have the confidence knowing that whatever you need done will be fixed right. This is definitely a staff that will always take care you first. To be honest the whole reason we renewed our lease was because of the staff. Because if we ever had an issue we did not have to stress about it because we knew the staff would take care of it.

My co-worker told me about this place a couple years ago and Ive loved being here ever since. Amanda Robinson, and Lana in the office are very kind and attentive. If you need anything theyre willing to work with you. They made the moving process go very smooth. I moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom a while ago and they were so easy to work with. All I had to do was worry about signing, payment and getting my furnature moved over. They took care of everything else. After the winter storm Amanda literally walked on the roof to show contractors the damage. Lol I feel like they really do care about their residents.Shelby is one of the Maintenance men. Hes always very friendly. He gets the job done right and makes sure youre happy with your home. Every time I see him theres a smile on his face. I feel like he treats my home as of it were his own.10/10 great place to live. ❤️

Sheffield Square staff have all been extremely helpful throughout my move in process. When I first visited the property I noticed how professional everyone in the office was to other residents including myself as a potential resident. The complex is well kept and the staff response time to issues has been timely and you can tell that they really care about the residents and their safety especially during this pandemic we are experiencing. They are upgrading and modifying the property which is nice and they keep us posted on the new changes.I totally would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a new place that is convenient to stores and restaurants.S. Ive lived here for a year and just renewed. Its my first apartment I like these apartments a lot and recommend them to anyone on the fence due to prior reviews. Ill be completely honest and kinda lengthy. Where i stay its very quiet, its one of the first things you will notice about the community. They keep the area very well kept and clean. Front desk workers are nice, sometime hard to reach by phone so they have an overflow office that takes calls. If you go inside usually you can reach someone no problem. Things do break like washer and sink but, maintenance usually responds within 24hrs. I havent seen a single roach inside the apartment but theres the grasshoppers, wasp, some roaches outside at night but, not problematic. Plenty of parking. Your price will most likely increase after the first year. Never had an issue with power or hot water. Pools are nice. For payments they have Online service, usually opens a day or two before youre due, dont be late or u will get a late charge. Overall happy where Im at and can see myself staying longer.

I am very surprised at the negative reviews. I have lived here for three years and havent had any of the issues I am reading about, (other than them not answering the phone, but they do always call back if you leave a message.)Anytime I have any maintenance issues I have never waited over 24 hours for service, even if its after hours. Every year after i re-sign my lease they clean my carpet and fix anything in the apartment that is major. The staff is nice and help resolve problems as best they can. I like that they actively have little community events for the residents throughout the week. The apartments are very spacious and the price is pretty good, beats out all competitors in the area.

Lived in these apartments for two years and really don’t have anything bad to say. (and I’m picky) They have the best management of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. The staff is all super nice and treats you just like family! Pretty quiet neighborhood and literally everything is close by: grocery stores, gas stations, malls, restaurants. I loved being only 20 ish minutes to both big cities. They had patrol so I always felt safe walking my dog at night. I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan of the apartment color change but the new renovations inside are really pretty nice. If I hadn’t moved into a house I would still be here for sure!

I lived in sheffield square for a year and I felt completely safe. Ive never lived in apartments and for being a first timer I had a great experience! The apartment had its imperfections of course. Any place you move into that you share with a hundred other renters there will be imperfections. Overall it was a Great first place to call home for my husband and I. Very clean environment! No issues with neighbors. I left very pleased. There was an issue with my final payment and I blew up. The manager quickly responded and helped me settle the problem. Im am no longer going to hold a grudge against them. I was impressed how stress-free the experience was! Im embarrassed by my reaction before going to the office and getting to the bottom of it. If I ever go back to apartments I would come back. I enjoyed my first apartment experience.

Since the new owners/staff have come in, the place has been great. The communication is amazing. If they don’t answer the phone, They are really quick at responding back to you one way or another. I have seen major improvements and this definitely makes me want to consider extending my lease to move into the newly renovated rooms they are working on. Everyone at the front desk is amazing and has been more than helpful for anything I need. They are turning this place around quick. A+ Btw Barbara is the best! Always so helpful!

Recently I went for a tour and spoke to a new manager, Amanda Robinson. I can tell she takes her job serious. She was very attentive and she would make notes of the property, as she toured the property with me. She also informed me of what amenities were / were not available at Sheffield Squre since the site I used had incorrect information. Ive delivered pizza in GP part time for over 10 yrs. Previously I would not have considered Sheffield Squre. A few years ago the front gates would not open, even for residents. I could tell the management at the time stopped caring as I made my deliveries. But Amanda seems to really care. As long as she is there I would consider Sheffield Squre as a place to live.

I have lived here over a year just signed my second lease for 13 months. I hate seeing all the negative reviews. I enjoy this complex. The have community events. Maintenance is great and quick. Is this property perfect No but I have never lived in one that was. Please dont move into an apartment expecting perfection. There is a sweet police officer on property for disruptions. The property is clean. If you only look for the negative thats what you will find.

Ive lived at Sheffield Square for some time now...Its had its ups and downs over the years but overall it has been a convenient, quiet place for me and my family to live. My lease is up and weve been thinking about making a change and moving into something bigger... after stopping by the office we were completely taken back by everyone we met new since the management change.. it was a breathe of fresh air. My wife and I are considering transferring into a 3 bedroom now and are excited to see what happens

Good location, attentive new management, and good amenities (when they are open; COVID-19). Though the gates remain open at all times now... I still feel a good sense of security and am not afraid to be alone outdoors at night here. I feel that my apartment could have been cheaper in rent, though, due to no upgrades at all being performed on the apartment. Other than that, I have been pretty satisfied living here.

I absolutely love this place. From the amenities like the pool table and theater space to the very attentive leasing consultants and of course the manager Raquel. They always go above and beyond to ensure all of our concerns that we may have are taken care of. I like the fact that this property has event and does little special things for their residence. From waffle stations to bbqs and even showing residence how to use the new equipment in the fitness room. Thank you Sheffield Square team for all that you do!
