Been living here for 4 years and I must say that this is one of the most decent & affordable apartments around the area. The staff at the leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Great experience

Lived here for 6 months and never had an issue that they couldn’t take care of. Our place went beyond our expectations for such a low price, and 24 hour maintenance was a blessing. Installed many new security cameras last month. Although parking is full most of the time, you don’t pay extra for parking. So can’t complain too much. We would definitely rent here again. Recommend for those on a tight budget.

The front office ladies deserve the biggest raise they could get. Very helpful, kind, patient, and overall the best guides you could have. My first apartment ever and they made it happen. Aida and her coworker who’s name I don’t know but they are really great and helped me every step of the way. 10/10 highly recommend. The whole process was a success.

I love this property so much, I have been here almost 12 years and indus is great. SONIA the manager and her team AIDA are the best. They are always there to help when I need them and the maintenance Cristian and Fransico are amazing! If I ever have a issue or a maintenance request they get it taken care of the same day. The renovations are beautiful and they know how to make me and my family feel welcomed to be apart of this community ❤🙏🏽 I am very happy to renew my lease and call this place my home.

I dont normally give all stars, but the family oriented residents @ Sharpstown Manor hooked me up with sandwiches & all you can eat tortilla chips & bottle water ! Alot of negative things can be said about the Manor, but you all have selected the most caring people as residents...I love ❤️ my neighbors !

Ive been living here for 6 months now and they have been nothing but great! The office staff is really friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well kept they answer and fix all my maintenance issues super fast! There is a playground for my kids and laundry machines on site. I love it here its a very calm environment. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and its huge perfect for my family!

Recently I was contemplating moving out of Sharpstown Manor Apartments for reasons not related to the apartment or the management. I wanted to move for personal reasons that have to do with my own living situation in my Apartment. The entire Office Management have worked with me to give me a different apartment at the same location. They have also worked with me on late fees while making ready my new apartment. I would like to thank this entire team, starting, with Anna, Stephanie, Sonya and the great manager of our office, Jennifer Nunez, for their understanding and caring. My home is not just where I live for me, it is also where I work. The office team has been working with me and they are still working with me, to accommodate those needs. If it was not for those great workers, I would have for sure left the complex and I would have never brought any of my friends here.So again, my greatest appreciation to the entire team. Keep up the great service that you are providing. It is you that makes this place pleasant to live in.Medhane.

My leasing agent Francis made my application process so easy I recommend for you to apply here she will help and understand your needs. I love my new apt. Really clean. They have a strong team Ms. Daisy the manager gave me Tour of the property. And the bookeper Ms. Sonia helped me with my payment process. I felt really welcome.

Manager Mrs.Daisy is great she is really helpful. We residents can see the difference in the property. Power wash has been done, parking lot is a lot better and also the pool. Thank you sharpstown team for making better changes to the property.

I been living in this apartment for a long time and I love it here, maintenance is fast and office does their work accurately and respond to calls and concerns quickly, some changes and rules may need to be enforced on residents but mostly I love it and would recommend it to My friends and people I know.

She is hard working positive attitude with everybody. Sonia she is wonderful she help me with the rental assistance. Francis helps me and residents every time they need help. They all are nice and hard working people we all residents love them.
