I have lived here since October, and absolutely love it so far! I have had to move around a lot in the past and by far, feel the most at home here at Shannon Creek. Within the first month of living here, there were only a few issues regarding charges on my lease agreement that were issued by accident. Though it made my moving in experience, just a little bit stressful the Ladies in the office, made sure to make me feel valued and heard while they took care of the situation in a timely manner.The dog parks throughout the complex are awesome, because no matter where you live in the complex, you have a dog park at a very close walking distance. Also there are plenty of dog waste stations throughout the proximity.I understand this is a gated Community but I will say the gates have only ever been closed maybe twice since I’ve lived here. Though, I’ve never once felt unsafe in this complex, and that was a big deal for me throughout my apartment hunting search. All of the super friendly neighbors made moving into an unfamiliar area so much easier and less stressful. I’ve experienced such a wonderful community here so far, and am excited to call this my home for the next few years!

I moved here in July. This place was a spur of the moment visit on my apartment tour stops. I am so glad I made it. The location is perfect. It’s secured but still close to everything. The community is beautiful and the staff are awesome!! I love the pools and the sand volleyball court. This is my first apartment ever and it has been the best experience!

Im going on month living here. Its peaceful and quiet. I love living by the dog area.Ive had a few issues inside my apartment and all do is report it and maintenence people came out the same day. Repairs were done quickly. Girls at the office are friendly and helpful. You get emails about events at the complex. Bingos, raffles and food truck since Ive been here.You can receive your packages and there are left at your door and they are still there when you get home.I made a good choice about moving here.

I moved here in January and I could not be happier. This place has everything! On site officer , gated community, attentive staff. There are also so many perks as far as several dog parks, dog washing station, beautiful swimming pools and an incredible club house with all kinds of fun games. It’s a very quiet and friendly community. My family and I are very happy here. And the size of the units are very spacious. The units also came with a washer and dryer and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Not to mention the location, we are right outside where all the action happens. Minutes away from old town burleson and within walking distance of a grocery store as well as a spa. I have been referring all of my friends.

Beautiful apartments! We moved from the DFW area to Burleson in the hopes of being in a nicer area that has a small town feel and this was the first place we looked at and instantly fell in love. Ill admit maybe our expectations were really high when we first moved in because of how they looked because we struggled at first with a non working washer and dryer and the place wasnt very clean and we had spiders but all of those things were fixed in due time and now we cant imagine living anywhere else! The only concern that needs considering before you move here is how many people take their dogs to the dog parks late at night just to bark for an hour. Hence the apartments are not very sound proof and we hear our neighbors all the time with their loud music. Other than that I would still recommend this apartment just because the price is so good for what youre getting 😄

The apartments are absolutely amazing! Me and my fiance made an amazing choice moving here coming from dallas. They provide everything you could possibly need, and their service is top notch. The team is fast, responsive, and incredibly understanding, they are very sweet always going above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

We’ve had a positive experience living here overall. The dog park is a fantastic feature, and we’ve found the neighbors and staff to be friendly and welcoming. There’s also plenty of parking, which is a big plus. While our move-in experience was a bit rough, the management team stepped in and helped resolve the issues which was greatly appreciated. It’s been a good place to call home!

I got so lucky to find Shannon Creek Apartments! I am newly relocated, mid-life- and could not be happier with my new home. Shannon Creek offered several unit options, but I dont need a lot of living space so I was able to choose just what I needed. The floor plan is modern and the appliances are new. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that a washer/dryer comes in each apartment. Parking has been a dream- always a place for everyone and I do feel safe inside the gated property. Every staff member has been extremely friendly and helpful since I first reached out to get information and all of the neighbors are friendly as well. Everyone, even the pets, seem to truly enjoy the extras- Dog Walk, sand volleyball, Fitness Center, lovely pools, and the outdoor lighted meeting/seating area. Oh, I dont want to forget to forget to mention the front door Valet trash service. Excellent little perk!! For being such alarge property, it does feel like home to me already. I am very happy to be a member of the Shannon Creek Apartments community.

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and while I can only speak on my experiences, I have had little to no “real” problems while living here. Move in was a breeze, any issue I have had has been taken care of within a couple days of submitting a work order, and my neighbors have been great too. I live in the back of the complex beside the train tracks and while you can definitely hear a train passing it is still incredibly quiet inside my apartment. My only complaint would be that the gates have been broken quite a few times but they seem to be very focused on maintaining them as of late. Overall I am very happy living here and plan staying as long as I can.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this complex has been great from start to finish. I had to move due to work but they made the whole process as smooth as I could wish for and the gates were fixed most of the time but when they weren’t they were fixed and maintained promptly. It was quiet with the property being clean and tidy, never dealt with any bugs or anything unusual with a complex. Definitely was affordable too but I highly recommend this place and will be returning if I’m back in the area.

We have loved our stay here over the past year! We had our ac and washer both go out and the maintenance people came within 2 hours of the call to replace both of them brand new! The staff is really nice and helpful too with questions:) We also use the workout room everyday and love it and the people are so friendly! The pool and clubhouse are extremely nice and we use the sand volleyball court last summer, so much fun as well!

I have been living here since November 2021and I recently upgraded from 1300a month to 1700 a month because I PREFER the new/current management in particular: Meagan,Brittain and Tracy also the maintenance guys Jesse and Preston. Please note that there were no maintenance staff whatsoever prior to the current management.Meagan has helped me dealt with problematic pot head neighbour that lives above my unit that the previous managements (yes plural) seemed to have shoved the problem under the rug for 8 months!! in which I have called the police 4 times!!These potheads bringing in their girlfriend, boyfriend, friend(s) with them that do not pay the rent nor have their name registered that uses the facility and parking space. That is the reason why parkings are full because of these people that should not been here to begin with!The new and current management actually have tenant car registered which is the most sensible thing to do. If ones car is being towed because they park their car in a reserved space than their car needs to be towed. People actually pays for that space!Regarding some comments that stated people moving out, that is not true! I can attest to the fact that the PREVIOUS management let one neighbour do karaoke at 5 am in the morning and 9pm to 1 am in the morning. This went on for at least 6 months.****Update:We moved to another state and moving out was a breeze. We paid for the final moved out bill and that was that. Sheena was a great help. Thank you Sheena.

I lived at these apartments for 2 years, while here management switched. The new management seemed to be alittle better than the last one. The apartments are nice. The price is good and more than fair and during my rent renewal both times they did not try to increase my rent which was awesome. The maintenance workers here are super friendly and always around when needed. The grounds are kept clean and the second pool was very helpful with all the people that live here. I can honestly say I enjoyed living here.With all the good there are also some things that could be improved- one being the gates, for more than half of the time I lived here the gates were constantly broken. Cars were being stolen and some had their tires taken off and were put on cinderblocks. I’m not saying the gates could have prevented it but it would have made it more difficult for people to get in if they were ever working. The dog parks weren’t taken care of as much as they should have. They did have people come pick up dog poop out in the mornings because the people living here are lazy and that was SUPER nice but the benches were always broken and it was a muddy mess a lot of the time. They needed to do something like leveling the ground out and put some sand down or something cause when the sprinklers ran the night before or it rained they are pretty much unusable. The dog washing station was an awesome amenity especially with all the mud but the sprayer broke and they have just never fixed it. The refrigerators in the units aren’t the best either. The ice machine would stop making ice every other month and half the time holding the button down to reset it did not work. I talk so highly about the maintenance crew cause I literally saw them for this issue every other month. The last thing I will say is the parking. The new management fixed the issue by enforcing towing because for awhile you couldn’t find a spot to park but now it’s hard to find a spot for guests to park because the designated spots are always filled on the weekend and they can’t park at the front without being towed. Additionally, and this isn’t necessarily their fault but people in the complex drive through there recklessly. I have almost been hit numerous times since living there because people fly around the corners. I’m pretty sure 5 months ago or so someone actually hit an older person walking across the street cause they were going so fast. They need to put in speed bumps because the problem has just gotten worse.My all around thoughts on these apartments is that I enjoyed living here. The things mentioned above aren’t the worst things ever and are really just annoyances. I would recommend these apartments especially for the price. I have also made a lot of friends living here that I still talk to even now. They have a good little community and are in a good location in Burleson. Like mentioned before with the price you really can’t go wrong. If you are looking for a decent apartment complex in Burleson I would recommend these.

We moved here from ARIZONA and I don’t know a thing about Texas but the staff here at Shannon Creek made me feel so welcome. No issues with management, they’re very patient and professional. I’ve been here about 5 months and we decided to renew our lease because of how much we love living here. Very family friendly, kids playing all the time in the pool and near the sand volleyball court. Staff keeps the grounds clean and beautiful. They’ll even pick up your trash for you!

Lived here for nearly two years and would say it is about as good as you are going to get apartment wise. Lets be real no place is perfect but maintenance is quick to fix issues, it is clean and the apartments are fairly new and kept that way. I transfered units and when I moved to the second unit the carpet was a mess, before renewing my lease I asked them to replace it and they were quick to do so (wish I had asked sooner). The main issues are with the gates constantly breaking and with the parcel package lockers. We pay a monthly fee for the lockers, but 90% of the time they get filled before they get to my packages. Once they are full delivery drivers drop the remaining packages at your door (more convenient but I have had a number of packages stolen while I am at work due to this). It would be one thing if I didnt pay for the locker, but it is another that I pay for a service that I have only gotten about 10% of my packages delivered to since moving here in 2022.

Shannon Creek Apartments in Burleson TX is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are only a few years old so everything is in great shape, and the apartments are really well-designed and spacious. The maintenance staff is amazing and really responsive, talented, and friendly. The amenities are top notch, with an exercise facility, a clubhouse with a billiards table and other games, regular events hosted by management in the clubhouse for the residents, and even food trucks that stop by on a schedule. I would definitely recommend Shannon Creek to anyone.

I have lived here for almost 2 years with mostly no problems besides inconsiderate neighbors (trash, noise & pet waste). I also really hate that people fail to stop at the intersections & will just come to where the streets meet and turn without looking or yielding. I think stop signs are needed ! It has almost caused an accident a few times but otherwise I love it here and mind my business. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond when needed & there aren’t bugs except crickets in the summer.

I just renewed my lease here. My family and I absolutely love it here. The apartments are new and very nice, the staff is very sweet and kind, and cops patrol at night so it makes me feel safer. When we first moved in our dryer had some issues and maintenance showed up within 30 minutes which was absolutely awesome. The only downside is the gates keep getting broken as soon as they get fixed by people running into them which isn’t anyone’s fault but the people who keep running into the gates with their car. One of the new pools was a little gross immediately after people used it so we wouldn’t go swimming. Other than that, absolute perfection for an apartment complex. Very happy we found this place!

We have been here for about 10 months. These guys are amazing. Property is well maintained, our unit is beautiful, pools are incredible, and dog parks are the best. The garbage valet gets a little unpredictable, but with this heat, I understand. Maybe tip the valets during severe weather. The exit gate gets broken every time it gets fixed. Other than that, the property is secure with regular police patrol. The lease clearly shows all extra charges outside of the rent when you sign it. Very transparent management. Like family here!

We have lived here since July and we could not be happier. The apartment amenities are always nice and clean every time we use them. The leasing office also offers free monthly resident activities which is a great way to meet your neighbors. We’ve only had a few minor maintenance problems since move in but, maintenance is always very quick at fixing an issue which if you’ve ever lived in an apartment you know that in itself is huge! The gates aren’t always working but this complex is off the Main Street and in a safe area so we don’t worry much about it. The leasing staff also does such a great job of communicating with the residents about any unexpected changes. All in all we have definitely found an apartment that feels more like a home in Shannon Creek.

Just walking in I already felt that this was the place for me, very friendly and helpful staff, the tour was absolutely amazing, the units are very beautiful with lots of different options. Theres an officer that lives on site as well as cameras around the unit. And if you have a pet there are dog parkS and its very own dog washing station. The clubhouse is where its at though with shuffle board and ping pong and giant tvs (I know where Ill be watching the football games) and the special they are offering right now with 6 weeks for free I couldnt pass up! This is definitely a huge upgrade from where I was at before.

Have been a year. Other than a few hick ups. Like the waterheater stopped heating water which was a simple fix. Thank you for having a maintenance person on property.Had a new management company take over means a whole new group in the front office. Most of us like to build a business relationship with the office personnel.Brittain Blackwell has been the one person you can talk to from the original management company. Some of us are thankful for that.Only thing I have a issue with the new management company is there is no community page of upcoming events.

She does not do her job. She is also hooking up with someone in building 10 in which is also unprofessional.
