I recently started my lease in November and will be in the process of moving in officially in January. In the interim, there were several issues that needed to be addressed with my unit. While it has taken almost two months to fix everything, each of my maintenance requests were completed and Bianca (the assistant manager) made sure to follow up with me to make sure nothing was forgotten. They even went above and beyond my expectations and installed a new front door and microwave since both were in bad shape. I greatly appreciated this! My only suggestion would be for better cleanup from the maintenance crew after jobs are done. But overall, I am satisfied with my experience so far.

For me, shadow Ridge has been one of the best places to live at. Customer service is amazing. Work orders that I’ve put in, Have always been taken care of in a timely manner. They make sure their residents are well taken care of. The complex itself is very clean and very well maintained. Looking forward to another year here with them.

Noemi at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. Ive had my issues with my apartment fixed within the same day of making the work order. The maintenance guy (blue chevy truck) dont know his name 😅 always very informative and friendly as well.

Exceptionally great service! I walked in and was immediately greeted, and after those few who arrived before me finished, I sat down and got the VIP treatment. Great service, I came in on a Saturday, and I was told it wouldnt be available until Monday. Ok, great I said! Monday I went in as soon as the office was open, and they do open promptly. All my paperwork was approved, I signed my lease 15 minutes later, had keys and codes in hand, and was on my way. I searched 12 other apartments, and Shadow Ridge by far made me feel at home before I even had my place. Ive been here for almost a week now and everything is great! I bet my water heats up faster than your place does. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. The landscape crew is outside every day taking care of business. Centrally located so its less than a 10-minute drive to most stores I shop at. Alright, so Ive given you the sustains, and if you made it this far and it seems all too good to be true, well here are my improvements. Build another dog park closer to the office and the buildings surrounding the office. Slowly but surely start replacing the flooring. There is a creaking from the upstairs but it is minimal nonetheless, it might be a no-go for someone who is interested in leasing. P.s. I understand how big of a task replacing the floors would be. Ill leave on a good note though. Unlikely other apartment complexes, where they raise the rent by 100, 200+ dollars for a shorter lease term, not here. I pay an extra $50 for the short-term lease I signed. Great job Shadow Ridge. Keep doing good work! Oh, they are military/veteran/service animal friendly. Happy hunting!

My husband and I lived in this complex for 1.5 years. Honestly.. a very pleasant experience. The complex is very pet friendly. The gym, pools, dog park and mail boxes were always very clean and well maintained. Definitely would have stayed here if we did not have to move states. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.. are the other tenants. In our first apartment in the complex, we had neighbors that constantly gave stink eye for no reason, left trash in the halls, let dogs urinate on the patio that leaked onto ours, ect. In our second apartment within the complex we had neighbors that disliked living next to dogs and had tried to make issues for us and our dogs. Over all the complex is in a great location, its fairly quiet despite the occasional loud vehicle. Maintenance is very responsive and gets things done within a day or 2. I definitely miss my 2 bed 2 bath at Shadow Ridge, kitchen was small but it was a very lovely apartment. Prices are fair for the apartment you are in and the amenities that you receive. I would 100% recommend Shadow Ridge for anyone looking for nicer, comfortable living in El Paso.

This is the best place I’ve lived in so far. I’m in the military and so is my husband so we have a lot of gear. They have your own personal storage right outside your little patio for your or just a nice day to sit outside your apartment. They have nice bedrooms and kitchen is spacious. The maintenance people only took 2 days to get to my issues and all it was was a creaky door. When we moved in they told us exactly how much of everything we needed to pay and when. Gave us a tour of the place and welcomed my dog even. I just live this place in general.

Where to start? There’s so many great aspects of living at Shadow Ridge. The studio apartment floor plan is perfectly comfortable and doesn’t even feel like a studio! The space is amazing with plenty of room; it’s more luxury than efficiency. The beautiful, lush, land scape makes hanging out on the balcony so peaceful and relaxing. 24 hour fitness center with the most amazing pool right outside. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel right at home. Which is awesome ‘cause when I want to hang out in the club house I don’t feel like a stranger, it really feels like home! I absolutely love living here.

I never had a problem with this complex. I lived in both a two bedroom and a three bedroom apartment. I personally preferred the three bedroom layout but both were nice apartments. The three bedroom building is in a quiet area, I liked that. Maintenance responds in a quickly and timely manner. Office staff is friendly. I think their standards are about what you would expect from any complex. So those that complain must not have much experience with apartment complexes. I would (and have) recommend Shadow Ridge to others.

Living at Shadow Ridge has been a great experience since i moved to the complex in August of 2016. The location of the complex is near many restaurants, shopping malls, the airport and it is now considered the central part of El Paso since the city has grown so much. The leasing office and staff are very professional and attentive to our needs, and any issues which we may have with our apartment unit. When i submit a work order request I can easily enter it online and I receive an immediate response from the maintenance team! I have submitted work order requests while I am at work, and they have been completed by the time I get home. I have truly enjoyed living at this complex and I plan to renew my lease this year :)

I love these apartments and for me maintenance has always been great. Very helpful and never really had to wait too long for assistance... I put a 4 star mainly because recently I think they got new front desk staff and they dont seem to be as good as the previous guy who was there. So i think they need to work on their communication skills, customer service and overall need to learn the position more . Also because they pulled up the bushes around my apartment and it doesnt look nice. Looks ugly and ill kept. So once those things are fixed itll be damn near perfect.

One thing I can say about in my experience is that the staff, especially Karen, has helped me with find what I needed for my apartment needs. With little to no time to plan a move or go house hunting, the leasing agent helped me by being flexible when i needed to decide on a floor plan which I not gotten see. I was able to see floor plan hours before moving in and making last minute changes to what i wanted for my apartment. Staff is very friendly and always capable to help. I had no issues with these apartments. Will recommend seeing Karen or any of the leasing agents for all your Shadow Ridge Apartment needs.

Absolutely love these apartments! Everything from the clean brick and wood look of the outside to the well maintained inside of the apartment. What convinced us was the large patio that can be entered from both the master bedroom and living room. The complex itself has a serene feel with beautiful trees and landscaping. Management is nice and helpful. Love, love, love!

I loved here from 2014-2015 before moving the Colorado. Compared to what I pay here in CO for what I get compared to Shadow Ridge is glum. I compare the accommodations of Shadow Ridge to apartments I see here (minus the tiny kitchen) since I have the same style kitchen now. I also had a two bedroom at Shadow Ridge and pay about $400 more for a one bedroom, no balcony, no washer and dryer units (hook ups), and outdated. I’d choose Shadow Ridge over my place now any day. 🙌♥️

I have lived here over 4 years .The management with Karen Gutierrez has been a great experience . She helped resolve terrible tenants and neighboor issues . She was supportive and the grounds are always well kept .The location is wonderful .I wish my apartment was newer and my mail was delivered correctly , but other than that - I am happy I moved to these apartments .I appreciate they have high standards for their tenants to keep us all safe and happy .

I loved living here! The location is great. Its really close to the highway, so it took me about 12 minutes to get to work in the morning (WBAMC/Ft Bliss), 15 minutes in case of traffic, which is rare before 0700, and about 15 - 20 minutes home in the afternoon, including traffic. Also its about 5 minutes from the mall, Cielo Vista, the Fountains, plenty of restaurants like Hooters, Olive Garden and Red Lobster, and stores like walmart. Everything is pretty much right there.Also I want to thank the staff. The ladies at the office were always very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. They treated me like family and always made me feel welcome. I never left their office unhappy.The pool/grill area and gym are really nice and really convenient if you dont feel like wasting time driving to a gym.Also the entire apartment complex area is kept very clean and nice. Not only the pool and gym but also the parking areas, green areas and parks. I absolutely loved the dog park. I spent a lot of time there and met a lot of great people and dogs. The trashcans are emptied every day and there are always plenty of bags to pick up after your pup.Considering how windy El Paso is I really appreciate their personnel. Every day I saw them sweeping and cleaning the areas.The apartment itself was very clean when I moved in, with new carpet and flooring, and was the perfect size for me. There is plenty of parking space right outside the building and a small laundrette available for the residents as well. I lived in the larger of their 1 bedroom apartments and felt very comfortable. A big plus were the low electric and water cost. Also, for active duty military, shadowridge apartments is part of the RRP, so you are eligible for a discount on your rent. Just check with housing.All in all I am very happy about my decision to live in this apartment for the past year. I had no issues, not with the apartment or any neighbours or else. I just had to move and even during this process the entire team was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I ended up running out of time when I was moving and had to extend my stay by another day in order to move out but that turned out to be no issue at all. It took me about 5 minutes to walk to the office and let them know and I was able to go right back to packing without having to stress or worry about anything.I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great price, a nice and safe place to live, very good service and a great location.

Karen which is the property manager is very attentive. The property is always clean and the pool is amazing they are always looking forward for community improvement. I have been living at Shadow Ridge since 12/01/2017. Looking at some of the negative reviews I wonder if I live in the same complex as those that find so many things wrong with this development. I worked with Christine Garcia when I was applying for a rental and Christine is a sweetheart. She walked me through the entire procedure, even helped me get my furniture from CORT and with my permission allowed Cort to set up the furniture so when I arrived all I had to do was put sheets on the bed. Moving from NYC to El Paso was challenging and that is an understatement. Christine made it easy and I appreciate her efforts very much. The complex is clean, well maintained and safe, Im very happy to call Shadow Ridge home.

Shadow Ridge is an excellent place to call home. Its location is great as its close to shopping malls, dinning, and ft bliss. All the amenities that the apt complex offers makes your monies worth. Love my floor plan which includes washer & dryer in the apt and is super spacious with walk in closets. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are always clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. Its a wonderful place to call Home!

Few parts of the apartment could use some Tpv but all in all it’s a nice apartment complex and great location by the playground for my kids. Some people can be a little inconsiderate when having their dogs use the restroom by common walking areas so it may smell like dog urine but it’s not too serious but it is something I noticed. But a great plus to the apartment is the light. So many windows and and the balcony access is great too. My wife and kids love it and glad to be here in El Paso.

But I wish they would have left a note saying that they were here, I got scared since I knew someone had been here, soon after I inspected my apartment I realized it had been the maintenance team. This is the second time I have lived here and the reason I came back. I have had nothing but the best experiences here . First off the office staff is amazing Christine my consultant is always here for me and helps me with any and all inquiries I have. The apartment I live in fits me just right they offer some of the best sizes in town and have a variety of floor plans I believe & reasonable prices for what I needed. Not only that the storage closet!!!!! so hard to find someplaces that offer a balcony and a storage closet. they have a great work out room two nice pools and two gas bar-b-que grills which helps out in the summer so more than one person can grill. The maintenance staff is always there to help within 24 hours the problem is fixed. I have no complaints about this apartment complex and its located close to a bunch of good places malls, stores, food and venues. I would tell anyone who is thinking of moving in come look see what they can offer you they are one of the best in the city and have reasonable prices.

These apartments are in a great location and close to most things located in El Paso. I only a couple minutes away from the Fountains of Farah, 10 minutes from downtown and 15-20 mins away from UTEP and 5 mins away from the airport.The management team here is great. Karen, helped me transfer from one apartment into a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. They worked with my finances and schedule to fit my personal needs and desires. The maintenance is relatively quick, you have to be very specific about what the problems are because sometimes they dont get it right the first time. But they quickly take care of your needs within 24-48 hours depending on the circumstances. Theres a Ross Dress for Less, Hobby Lobby and a Dollar Tree. I love this area and plan on staying here for the next couple of years. Give them a chance and enjoy the location! :)

It was a pleasure to live in this community, my children were happy with the pool, a very quiet place and we never had any problems. Only the repairs that we reported to the kitchen were not done, and one of the doors was taken away but not replaced and was broken when we got there.
