Great management very attentive, office staff is easy to get in touch with. Maintenance is also fast. When there is a issue management is always fast to correct. Love it here

The staff here is amazingly helpful now. It wasnt like this a year ago, and things have been different. They seem to care much more now (whereas it used to be a long wait on everything...@@). Anyway, I am happy to give it a 5 star, for their effort to turnaround, and frankly, it is quite nice to live here, and cheaper than other apartments out there with pretty much the same amenities.

My apartment has changed a lot in the last month. I was going elsewhere, and now I would be happy to stay. The new manager, Gwen, is excellent. She made it all different now. THANK YOU!!!

Much appreciation to Melissa, office, and maintenance staff. They address concerns with professionalism, communicate with tenants in a timely manner, and do their best to keep the units clean and up to date. While most places have trouble contacting and communicating with management, that is not the case with Shadow Bay.

It has been great moving here at Shadow Bay. The management team was changed 3 months ago. Since then, I am seeing the changes and I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff and maintenance. Knowing someone who care after moving in to me is important.

I just wanted to take the time and say Thank you to Mrs. Melissa, our property manager here at Shadow Bay Apartments in Bay City, Tx. for being such a wonderful manager! Mrs. Melissa is very professional, sweet and kind. Since I have moved here, she has made me feel like Im apart of a community and not just another number. She always has time to listen and to help. Which is very hard to find now a days. Maintenance requests are always turned around quickly by the entire maintenance team. I really like living here. Whenever I have any issue or concerns she always give me the time to listen and hear me out, and get right on it. She always get maintenance to come quickly with repairs and resolutions to solve them in the most expeditious ways. So again I want to say Thank you Mrs. Melissa forbeing who you are and for what you do.She is a wonderful person and a very professional kind manager. Also Miss Dasia for being so sweet, welcoming, and very helpful! Also ,Amazing, friendly, and most of all very professional. She genuinely cares about the people living here. She treated me as if she was moving in herself and wants my home to be very comfortable. Mrs. Melissa and her are genuine. The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet. I would highly recommend them to others that are looking for a place to call home. When it goes to those two women, you cant teach them to be that, that is truly how they are. A huge Thank you to both ladies, I love living here.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly. I decided to take a shot (after seeing some review, I was hesitant, but I am glad I came.) I am happy with my unit and everything so far! :)PS. If the pond in parking lot can be fixed soon, it would be better.

For an apartment building that is as old as I am, its well maintained. Although, the parking lot looks its age and needs some repairs. I have been here 3 months now, and I like where I am located. Its nice and quiet. The leasing agent wasnt fourth coming regarding utilities (water), so I was caught off guard when charged for srv. & Havent been told how its billed each month. It just gets included in the rent. Personally, I would like to see the bill. Especially since I know I dont use that much. Manager is new & havent met yet. And theres a pest control fee also included with rent monthly, but have yet to have them come out, even after making manager aware @ time of move in & followed up multiple times since to no avail. But maintenance keeps the grounds clean & are very respectful. I would recommend Shadow Bay Apts to those looking for a little peace of mind.

Been here since April 22. Laid back, quiet, and Maintenence crew keeps it looking 💯. These Apartments got a bad Rep for pass tenants that used to stay out here. But those people are gone for whatever reason. Since Ive been here anything I need fixed its done without question. Grass and landscaping is always on point. Lastly, management goes above and beyond. Dont listen to the whispers and past rumors of these Apartments. These are the best apartments in the Bay to live in by far!!

Nice apartments, great staff, good amenities, and a fast turnaround time on maintenance requests. I first signed with Shadow Bay because the apartments were affordable and spacious, but after living here some time, I can say definitively the price to quality ratio is very high here across the board. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to rent in the Bay City area. The staff, both front office are some of the best people Ive worked with in the area and the units themselves are great!

This place had a bad reputation but is under new management. This company wants to make a difference. They are interested in the residents and their safety. The rates are great. Lots of good deals right now. You wont regret living here. Quiet, clean. Great pest control every week if wanted....

Emma was the nicest person I’ve ever met she had a smile that legit would light up an entire room ! She was so sweet and fast process ! So glad I decided to rent here ! Fixed up my apartment today and it looks so cute ! Can’t wait for the pool to open 😊💕 5/5 stars because why the heck not ! First it’s so quiet they upgraded so much and the maintenance is always on call ! The entire staff is great !

I think it is a fair apartment to live in. It is nice and quiet. The grounds are maintained, and I see the staff working on parts of the apartment each day. I have lived here 5 months, and am seeing a gradual change, especially the last 2 weeks. I would recommend this place for anyone new in Bay City.

I just moved here from out of state. Unfortunately I had to do everything via phone or e-mail, but the staff were made everything so easy! They were really a great help! The apartments are pretty quiet, there’s a courtesy officer onsite and he even patrols every night. I live on my own and safety was a big concern for me. My apartment is the perfect size and very affordable. I definitely picked the right choice when I picked Shadow Bay!

My husband drove here from Arizona, him and some of his workers and the staff in the office were so Awesome!! They were able to get them in on the same day and also gave them 2 air up mattresses.So thankful for everything they did to get them in! Keep up the great work ladies.

:)))Honestly, I wasnt very sure coming to see this place from the previous online reviews, and yelp reviews. I wasnt too satisfied with other apartments in this town when I walked in inquiring about one bedrooms. The staff here is so welcoming, and took me to their tour, and I decided to go ahead. Its been 2 weeks, and I am happy I chose this place.

I moved in last month the office staff has changed and they really treated me great. I love my new apartment and the donuts and coffee in the office are a added bonus. And I got a free month. I’m telling all my friends it’s a great place to be.

Shadow Bay Apts is the BEST EVER!!! I love the staff they are so friendly. I want to thank them so much for all there help moving me and my little family in asap......especially getting a place asap for my kids to start school.
