I’d like to give kudos to Zach the property manager. I was locked out of my apartment because my batteries died on the keyless entry box.. Zach was there within a matter of minutes to save the day!! He was able to unlock it, AND he took the time to change the batteries with durable batteries provided by them. It was in the middle of the winter storm so very cold outside. I was so very grateful for Zach’s prompt problem solving skills!! Both Zach and Miguel have been very understanding and kind. Thank y’all for keeping up with our homes.

Ive been a resident at Seville Manor since September 2024, and I couldnt be happier with my decision to live here. Although there was a change in management, Zack and Miguel have seamlessly taken over, providing top-notch service.The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, and the complex does an excellent job of keeping residents informed about any issues that may arise. I appreciate the regular emails and text messages that keep me up-to-date.As a dog-friendly community, Seville really delivers. The dog park is a fantastic amenity, and the grounds team does an outstanding job of maintaining the property despite the presence of many furry friends.What really sets Seville Manor apart, though, is the sense of community. Zack and Miguel often host community events, complete with snacks, beverages, and even dog treats. Its clear that they genuinely care about the residents and want to create a welcoming atmosphere.Overall, Im so glad I chose Seville as my home. If youre looking for a pet-friendly community with a responsive management team and a strong sense of community, look no further!

Apartment was dirty, floors especially, rust in sink and oven has outside rust as well .. First day I walked in apartment had roaches Laundry room has some water damage .Staff was very friendly. they offered to spray before I completely move in..Im sure that manager and the staff will take care of these minor details and So I can call it home..I have been here 2 months now and have had a few issues getting a few things done. Our new Management team with the leadership of Kyle has absolutely come through for me and has pretty smooth.

Pest control company was not able to get into my apartment for some reason. So instead of having me wait a week for the next time they come to the property, the office took care of spraying themselves. Very impressive!My first floor apartment is basically bug free, other than flies from opening doors.

I had a rocky start when I first moved in but Noe and Eric made things right for me and since then everything has gone extremely well! The maintenance staff are quick to respond and the office staff are friendly and ready to respond to concerns. For the most part the property is quiet and I have friendly neighbors so what more can you ask for! My apartment is updated and I have plenty of space. The property is well maintained and dog friendly and I enjoy living here! Come check them out if you are looking but beware, Noe is so good at keeping the place leased up that it could be hard to find exactly what you need, so don’t wait till the last minute! However, if you can get in and want to change apartments they have a program to make that possible but I don’t know all the details! Stop by, take a tour or go look them up online and take a tour if you’re looking and need a new home! Thanks Seville for addressing my concerns and making this a wonderful place to call home!

Noe was amazing to work with! He was super friendly and really listened to what I was looking for in an apartment. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Update 8/9/2024: Yesterday at 6:00pm the battery died on my keyless entry & I was locked out. Because Id simply taken my dog for a quick walk, I didnt take my cel phone. Luckily, I caught Noe, the Assistant Manager as he was about to leave. He came to my apartment to assess the situation & immediately called Danny our maintenance team leader who eventually climbed a ladder to get into the 2nd floor unlocked bathroom window. Whew! Noe had to change my key code; and, by 8pm my little dog Roscoe & I were back inside. Today, I treated Noe, Danny & Nester to fresh pizza as a thank you for their quick & efficient customer service. I love it here at Seville 😀Im on my 10th lease with Seville Apartments! I am extremely satisfied with maintenance & management. My only disappointment, is in an ongoing issue regarding poor lighting on my staircase. Even though the manager Zach Shipley has attempted to fix the problem, the lights on the staircase diminish as you get closer to the ground floor level making it too dark as you descend the staircase. The wattage of the overhead bulbs on each floor need to be increased. Otherwise, Im extremely happy living here! Thanks - Debbie Linck, Apt 1608

This place is quiet and pleasant to live at. The maintenance team comes quick I have never had to wait longer than an hour to get anything fixed. The management team is awesome Zach, Noe, and Michael are all amazing to deal with and they always have a positive attitude .

I want to acknowledge Noe for his willingness to be there for me when I moved in. He cared and showed concern for me as I was coming in from out of town. He was patient as he told me all the ins and outs of the apartment complex. I had a lot of questions to which he answered every one. You don’t meet people like him anymore. Seville is blessed to have him!!!

Made a report about the dryer vent being clogged. Next day maintenance came by worked with my schedule got in found and resolved the problem with haste. Did a great job and was accommodating.

Place was sold to another company and they have made visual improvements. Dog park improved, parcel lockers are convenient,pool area nicer, signage more contemporary, but safety not as efficient, no more security officer on site, car thefts increased. Quality of residents seems to have declined. Seeing more people leaving their empty beer and liquor bottles and cups in pool area and surrounding area as well as people working on their cars in parking lots. Trash receptacles sometimes overflowing with mattresses or old furniture. People that dont live here walk on to pickle ball and basketball area. This in not a gated community. Rent is increasing, but probably still lower than most surrounding areas. Maintenance to units is responsive and friendly. Office staff helpful and friendly.

I have lived in Seville for about a year and have really enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance are helpful and friendly. The new management has spruced up the place with fresh paint, landscaping, outdoor workout equipment, key pad entry on the doors, hammocks, etc. We like our neighbors. The place is older and therefore has some quirks, but for the price we feel weve found a gem.

Ive lived here coming up in two years and I absolutely love living here.Maintenance is always prompt to my requests, security is quick to respond to safety issues, and the staff is always friendly and informative! They have proven themselves with their superior communication efforts! The holiday parties they have are great ways they bring everyone together! The property is always clean and maintained, and affordable by every means. I will be continuing my lease!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and have found my experience very calming. The area is quiet even though it’s so close to the airport. There are a lot of trees on the property which I find comforting and beautiful. I’m in a two bedroom and though I’ve had some inevitable issues with my A/C the staff have always been attentive to my needs in a timely manner. I’ve seen the property grow a little during my time. We now have a dog park and the landscape has improved. We’ve gotten new doors and windows to help decrease the noise from the airplanes. The main office has even been completely remodeled. There is not a fitness center and I think the property would benefit greatly by adding one. The management staff has changed a few times which to my understanding is common. Every time it has been a good experience. Though mosaic has been the most personable and capable of making positive changes. This is a great place to live because the location is close to all highways! There’s also easy access to food, shopping, groceries and entertainment.

Anytime we needed maintenance (which have been minor issues) have been completed with ease!The staff and maintenance crew are always professional, friendly and courteous!The landscape is always maintained which makes coming home or having guests visit, a pleasant experience!

I’ve lived here at Seville for just over a year now. I have to say... the main reason I moved here was because of the size of the 1 bedrooms. They are huge! You can easily fit a king sized bed in the bedroom and still have plenty of room! The maintenance staff (specifically, Rocky) is great. Any maintenance requests I’ve had are taken care of very quickly. They are in the process of remodeling apartments and grounds. I just love the new exterior paint colors and I’m extremely happy with my brand new cabinets!! I would definitely recommend living here.

Have lived at seville going on a year now and just renewed lease for another. So far it has been great. Maintenance is fast at responding to issues even if its non emergency. Had to have doors to washer and dryer area fixed and they didnt just try to put back old doors they replaced them with new ones. They are older apartments so its understandable there are going to be some issues. By far the best apartments i have lived in.

Ive lived here for over a year and a half. It has been the best place Ive lived. The neighborhood is nice, the apartments a large, the cost is very reasonable for the area, and the staff is amazing. Karisha, Adriana, and Alexis are wonderful and it shows that they care for their work. They are friendly, polite, and professional. If you are looking for a good place to live that is hassle free then I highly recommend Seville.

I’m so very happy with the maintenance department, especially ROY.He was called for a routine maintenance issue, And I ask him to do something Extra and I was going to tip him for it. Much to my surprise, surprise, he turned. down the tip and simply said, just write a good review for the apartment complex.I think ROY is a pretty special human in this apartment complex is a great place to live.

Don’t be taken aback by the bad reviews online, most of them are old and they are under new management now. I moved here because I was living somewhere very expensive with very little space before, now I have a two story town home here with almost 1000 square feet with a dining area, wet bar, and two porches and pay $850 which is a great deal. The location is prime, it’s in the middle of anywhere you would need to go. Stone Oak is 10 minutes one way and Wurzbach and West Avenue are 5 minutes down the road the other way so it’s very convenient. Parking is always available which is a big deal for me because where I lived before I sometimes had to park on the other side of the complex. Moving in I did have a few maintenance things that needed to be taken care of and they got it done within 2 days of me putting the order in. I love the greenery and big trees on the property, they also have two pools and a dog park which is great because I have a big dog that loves open space. The only complaints I have are that there is no gym or fitness facility and the water heater isn’t the best. Other than that we really enjoy living here :)

I have lived in many apartments, and have never written any reviews. I wanted to take the time to express how pleased i was with Jason. He made the process very smooth and fast, and was very patient with me, when i probably wouldve been annoyed, if i was in his shoes. I was very unorganized, but he never made me feel like a burden. Lastly, i had some issues with not having hot water and with a minor bug problem. Jason had maintenance at my door before i knew it, and educated me, once again, that exterminators come every week. I came from a very expensive townhome that had rat problems, so being at Seville now, with no roaches or rats and an affordable price, is a blessing. Thanks again Jason for your professionalism, and wish you the best!!!
