I have been living here since march of 2022. It’s a very calm location I’ve never had any issues with noise. Also the parking is great always plenty of spots to park. The management is beyond my expectations. Any time I have questions they respond very quick! I’ve had only one maintenance issue and maintenance fixed it within 2 hours of submitting the request. The only issue I have is some residents don’t pick up their dogs droppings. But other than that I love the property!

Rhonda Edwards at Sevilla Condos was incredibly helpful during the application phase and move-in phase too. She answered all my many questions and helped us navigate a path for my loved one to move in.Upon move in, which was over a weekend, the hot water was not on. Although maintenance was not onsite on the weekend, Rhonda understood the inconvenience, safety, and hygiene concerns so she called all her sources and was able to locate a kind maintenance person who went over to fix the issue on Sunday after church.Customer service so far has been great. Thank you Rhonda and Sevilla Condos. You have a gem with Rhonda!!

Ronda is super helpful and got me and my boyfriend situated the same day we were able to do a walk through! She made sure everything was up to standard and assured us if there was anything we would need to let her know. Maintenance is quick upon requests as well!

Been on apartments before were it sucks, i LOVE this place. Parking space rocks, i can actually park my vehicles, havent had any issues with management couldnt tell you how it was b4, but the person i made a deal and who i have spoke, she does really good job.. Thank you Alma..
